Leslie takes her time to go over your individualized care plan with so much detail-it is so awesome. I work as a nurse practitioner, and love having her take the time to explain everything in the way I need. The staff is always so accommodating. Truly love this practice!

Between the both of us, we’ve tried nearly every service and product offered at this point and the level and quality of care is bar-none. The office and setting is gorgeous beyond belief and everything is handled professionally and efficiently. Leslie is also an angel with hands of pure gold. Her eye for balance, her gentle technique and approach. The conservative and natural (but better) results. The deep knowledge of her craft. Literally everything you could ask for. You’re not just a medical record number, they get to know you, care for you and welcome you like an old friend.All of this in an office feels like a spa. It is gorgeous, and impeccably clean following proper protocol for a medical setting. No detail has been spared…emerald and pink marble, arched doorways and ceiling, and a lovely scent throughout the office. It’s truly an inviting and soothing place. I highly recommend IMO.

I had an amazing experience at IMO. Firstly I love the efficiency of the Practice and I loved how everything is fully automated and coordinated. I’ve been to other places that were chaotic so this was a wonderful experience.Now on to the good part, Leslie dissolved old filler that caused a lump on my face that has been causing me so much distress. I finally feel myself again. She used a method like an artist to get my face looking symmetrical and I loved her precision and care. I barely felt pain and it was just a lovely experience. She and her staff explained everything carefully and was very detailed, I felt very comfortable.I will definitely be going back!

As soon as I walked in I loved it, it is so nice and aesthetically pleasing. Brittany and Leslie were so welcoming. I did laser hair removal under my arms, and after going to so many different places, none of them compared to this. The laser was not painful whatsoever and it was so fast. After being able to try a laser hair removal session, I was shook at how much just one session effected the hair in my armpits. There was zero pain (which isn’t always the case with some laser technology). I’ve joined the club to get tackle all of the spots…hairless mole here I come! Seriously, you will notice the results the very first visit. This technology is so much better than anything else on the market. Katty is super knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable!

If you’re looking to get any treatment done with someone who actually knows what they’re doing, then you need to come here.The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which was so important to me given my extreme fear of needles lol.Leslie, who administered my Botox, was particularly impressive. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, from how the procedure works to what I could expect in terms of results. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and really put me at ease. I felt like I was in very good hands with her.The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless, and the results have been amazing. Ive had Botox before at other clinics, but Ive never been as happy with the results as I am now.Overall, I would highly recommend the IMO to anyone looking for high-quality Botox treatments or any of the other services they offer.The staff is amazing, and Leslie is a true expert in her field. Katty is an incredible esthetician. She is kind, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable beyond her years! She is skilled at performing procedures offered at IMO properly, effectively, and safely. She stays up to date on the latest technologies and regularly participates in continuing education and it shows in her work. I personally received the Morpheus 8 treatment, as a Nurse Practitioner in the industry I understand that this platform is completely user dependent so going to an office with providers who truly understand how to select the proper candidates, perform the procedure appropriately and safely, as well as educate regarding pre and post care was of the utmost of importance to me! This entire office is a SOLID 10/10. It is one of the best cosmetic derm offices the industry has to offer-do not walk, RUN to IMO. Thank me later :)
