    This was a life changing experience. From start to finish it was very simple and affordable. I had a 4cm keloid (huge) and I had been trying to get rid of it for 4 years. Calling dr Khari was easy. He answered all my questions. It was $100 to schedule the appointment but it was factored in to the cost of my surgery. I had no insurance and there were No surprises whatsoever. He told me the surgery would cost $270 less the deposit to schedule the appointment!!! I have gotten 9 quotes over the years for my sized keloid and the least I have heard was $2300. So I was sure there were going to be some added fees once he actually saw it. NOPE!! he collected $170, gave me a very brief run down and got straight to work. In 55 minutes I was waiting on valet and headed home. I still feel like I owe Dr Khari. Because the confidence he has restored in my life is simply priceless.

    I went to Dr. Bridges about 2 weeks ago. The staff and Dr. Bridges were really responsive beforehand when booking our appointment. I followed up with questions and when I did come in, Dr. Bridges had all the answers prepared.The receptionist was extremely knowledgable.The office is massive and outstandingly clean.The nurses made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.During my appointment we went over the laser treatments and the technology was astounding.Top notch derm with state of the art tech!

    I came in for my appt on time. The office seemed bare and empty. No complaint there except nobody was waiting st the receptionist desk to greet clients. Dr. Khari Bridges came to the window after a few short minutes and greeted me. He gave me a surgical mask to put on first then began to collect some information such as insurance card and driver license. He explained that my deductible had not been met snd so my responsibility of the finances was about $135~ which made sense. The doctor explained I had to fill out the paperwork about 6 pages back and front, and if I had any questions he said I should let him know. I was led to the clinical room and explained that I would be in there for a moment to fill out the paperwork. I did so and then popped out of the room and saw he was with another client, when he signaled for me to come back to my room with the clipboard since he would be in there shortly. He did come in the room a few moments later and began his review of the paperwork I filled out. He began the triage assessment. His manners were appropriate and he was professionally dressed and even tempered. Dare I say too calm? I had a growth on my scalp at the crown I was concerned with due to possibility of being alot of things, dare I say the C word? He asked me more or less where the lesion was located so I pointed it out. He had on a surgical mask since greeting me and now had placed gloves on while in my room. I am a medical professional and this made me feel comfortable. He sifted through my head of hair and found the lesion. He grabbed a magnifier instrument and analyzed what he saw. After a brief 30 second window, he said good news and calmed my fears. He explained it was not cancer nor could it ever turn into cancer. It was seborrheic keratosis, which he translated to greasy skin growth. I felt he was confident and assertive but also humble. He gave me a pamphlet specific to the condition for patient information. He explained treatment would be to freeze the lesion with liquid nitrogen. He asked if I was interested in treatment as this condition can at times be left alone. I opted in to the treatment as it is bothersome when brushing hair. He explained the cost, which I feel was a little pricey at $140~ but mostly because of my deductible and lack of visits in my health record since I am quite healthy otherwise although shouldnt avoid my health visits as much as I do. I agreed and he came back with some liquid nitrogen. After explaining it to me, he targeted the lesion, it was cold and mild burn-like sensation but entirely tolerable. He said it would scab over and fall off, but due to its size may have needed a second treatment. He asked if ai wss interested in paying for the other treatment off the bat, but I chose to hold off and see if the first treatment is enough to do the trick. I was led out afterwards and we had small talk. He seemed well trained and professional but if I dare say, a bit too flat? Apologies to the doctor as he was honestly great at the task at hand and maintained a professional tone. I would recommend him to others in the future.

    The visit was for my 97 years old client who has been suffering with a skin cancer. He expressed to me that Dr. Bridges is a good man and doctor. He expressed, that he appreciated the information provided and the understanding of the severity of an untreated cancer. Dr. Bridges was very professional and informative. It was Marty’s first telemedicine visit and he understood and was able to answer the questions asked.

    Dr. Bridges is an excellent dermatologist and my family has been seeing him for years, starting with my two sons during puberty for acne which I believe saved their skin from scarring, my husband for skin tags and now myself for cherry angioma removal, rosacea and other skin concerns. Dr. Bridges quickly gets to the root of the problem and offers solutions that work without all of the run around with procedures that don’t work. I highly recommend Dr. Bridges!

    I was pleased with the aesthetics and cleanliness of the office. The staff members are very friendly, answered all of my questions, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Dr. Bridges has great bedside manner and he listened attentively and helped me with all of my skin issues from questionable lesions to skin tags and moles. I’m excited to see the results and I’ll update my review once the scabs come off and I see how well everything heals. I’ll definitely be going back for some of their other services.

    Nice office. Professional & caring staff. Great cute understanding and knowledgeable doctor. He be low key chastising ya 🙄😁. The wait is a bit long sometimes. The parking should be FREE. However, its $4 for the 1st 1/2 hour and $1 each additional 1/2 hour. The sometimes 2 hour wait run that tab up very quickly. Might as well pay the $15 for valet. Those are the dilemmas that gave him the 4⭐. Despite of, I still would recommend him. With the wait and parking caution 😬

    The office manager gives exceptional customer service. Got me in earlier than I expected, was patience with all of my questions, and very helpful.     The facility is very clean. The office staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Bridges was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns patiently.     It is now 67 minutes after my appointment and still no doctor.Update: I continued to wait. I forget how long. Once the doctor appeared, everything went fine. The place was new and clean. Everybody was cool, including the medical assistant. I got what I needed, and I went on my way without delay. Sorry for the bad review (I gave 2 more stars). When it comes to doctors, nothing pisses me off more than waiting far beyond the appointed time (not even phone tree hell). If I am waiting in the exam room for over an hour, I post a review (I have done it before). I encourage others to do likewise. Nobody shows up in my office on time for an appointment and waits that long. They could have called me before I showed up and said they needed to push me back an hour. I would have given high marks for that.

    Dr. Khari Bridges and his crew not only are extraordinarily professional, they are relatable and nice and are there to answer any questions you may have for them. Although it’s pretty painful, I go for Botox injections to stop hyperhydrosis, and the treatment lasts about 8 months to a year. They (2 people. 1 person per arm) get the injections done simultaneously so it’s very fast; therefore, they know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
