Paola and The staff are an absolute dream. They are knowledgeable and care about the patient. I have had hyperpigmentation/melasma on my cheeks that nothing has been able to help them fade. I had tried everything from peels to laser to creams and this is the only place that has been able to fade my dark spots! She is a miracle worker and so personable . After having a terrible dermatological experience regarding looking for various solutions to my skincare issues, I was ready to throw in the towel. I got into contact with Amy who was beyond generous and kind to answer my questions even BEFORE I was one of her clients. Once I knew how much she genuinely cared for her patients, I knew I had to become one myself. So I booked a virtual consult with her (I live in NJ), and she spent an entire hour carefully listening to my concerns and goals for my skin while thoughtfully creating a regimen as a personalized reflection of what she thought was best for me. And let me tell you, after religiously following this routine for about 2 months now, I have NEVER seen my skin look so good. Paula Purpera is such a great medical professional and a lovely person indeed!I have adult acne and since I was very young. I have gone from dermatologist to dermatologist. I came to see Paula once, she recommended a topical and easy treatment which changed my skin in a week! My face was inflamed in different parts and very red. The result was a very clean skin, looking healthy, nothing drying as previous treatments that I have had. This was the most effective treatment that I have done in many many years, since I do not want invasive treatments.I also had a very deep line in between my eyebrows that used to upset me quite a lot. She applied a botox there and it now has gone, giving space for a much more relaxed expression.I enjoyed the whole consultation with Paula, which included the help of advanced technologies to provide a comprehensive portrait of my skin types and issues.I am really grateful for the whole treatment. I feel indeed more beautiful and comfortable with my skin.

I consider myself easy to please, hard to impress... that said, these ladies impressed me. Extremely knowledgeable staff, professional beyond words, they take time to explain everything and truly instill a sense of expertise on their craft. My first time getting Botox - they took into consideration my dog bite scar and how it affects a droop on the right side of my face. This is completely undetectable to the untrained eye. So much that I, in fact, did not even bring it up, they did. They injected my forehead higher than otherwise would have been recommended to not further push down my eye brow. I doubt greatly that any other office in Miami would have taken this into consideration. It is where science meets art and they work in the sweet spot. They win my business for life.

This is indeed a dynamic duo.It’s so refreshing to see clinicians who remain plugged into research, understanding pharmaceutical/cosmetic brands, and willing to take the time to articulate it in a way that their patients can understand and feel empowered.I paid out of pocket, but the results were worth the thousands that I’ve spent in creams snd treatments. They found a way for my prescriptions in my regimen to work along with cosmetic brands. It wasn’t expensive either. Within days, I saw the change and they work.

They also do a skin test so you can see different issues you may have and they recommend an entire treatment plan and you get get the products right there. I always feel at home here and cant wait to get my facial with Ali in 2 weeks!!! Highly recommend.
