    I’d never done IV drip before coming to Restore and I’m so happy I came! Joshua greeted us and gave us a tour of the facility. He was very attentive and professional as he went through the various IV drip options. Julio was our nurse who provided us with the IV, he knew very well what he was doing and he made me feel very comfortable as he came back a few times to check on me. I can’t express enough how good of an experience I had here. I feel great post-IV and I will be coming back. The whole staff was very friendly and professional.

    I first came here to try the IV, after doing my first IV session. I notice that this place had a lot to offer. I ended up purchasing a package and since then I’ve tried the sauna, IV, red light therapy and cryo! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most definitely recommend a try in any of the services they offer.

    From the moment I walked in, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The staff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. Joshua makes sure that everyone is comfortable and understands their treatment/service and what works best for each individual. Jay was very helpful and informative on my cryo treatment and gave me a truly informative explanation on how it works and the reactions my body will have to treatment.     Returned from a 2 week Euro trip and feeling sluggish, tired and achy, decided to try Restore in Pincrest for the first time. My husband and I got the IV therapy and also tried the Cryo, which is a cold walk in therapy. I was surprised at my age and for my first time that I was able to stay in for the full 3 minutes, what a rush.The staff was amazing, so caring and attended to our every need, making sure we were comfortable. I also liked that before any services were started, we had a virtual call with a Doctor to go over our chart that we filled out with our medical history. Very professional!This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Looking forward to visiting again soon and becoming a member! Highly recommend.

    I had my first IV and facial done and WOW! Service is top notch. Josh runs a great store and makes sure all the customers are being taken care of. My facial with the esthetician was wonderful she is really knowledgable. If you are in the area the Pinecrest Restore is the BEST!

    This place gets 4.0 stars but couldve been 5. Staff is great and service is great. The complaint that i have is i bought a package of services a while back that i was not told had an expiry date. Then the ownership of the place changed back to corporate and the manager informed me that with the change in my management my package would no longer be honored! Needless to say i was disappointed.

    This place is the best. The team is super friendly and helpful. They’re always making improvements to their services, like they recently added TVs to the infrared sauna rooms. And they consistently have great deals running. All of the staff treat you very warmly and are considerate of any and all needs you may have. I’m a very happy member of Restore Pinecrest 👍🏻

    I recently had my first Cryotherapy experience at Restore Hyper Wellness, and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff took the time to walk me through their wellness center, explaining the various services offered. They gave a detailed overview of the Cryotherapy Machine, the procedure duration, and guided me through every step. The professionalism and care displayed were truly impressive. I was so impressed that Ive already signed up for my next visit, including a facial treatment. Dont hesitate – schedule a visit and experience it for yourself; you wont be disappointed!

    I was referred to Restore Hyper Wellness for mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments in order to assist with detox after mold exposure. The whole team there is very attentive and thorough, making it an easy and comfortable process for me to get them done. I highly recommend them!

    From the moment I got connected with Olivia (the GM), to the moment I left. I was treated with such warmth and experience a genuine type of hospitality. I went in for a cryrotherapy session for some back pain I’ve been having and walked out with little to no pain.     Restore Hyper Wellness is a 5 star plus wellness facility on so many levels. I was visiting from out of town and decided to walk in and ask about their IV therapy treatments. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they made me feel very welcomed. Julio deserves a medal, he was very personable and helped me figure out what the best treatment for me would be based on what I was looking to accomplish. I was also able to receive treatment that very day. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

    I was really curious about althea IV drip places opening up.all over the country. I saw Restore online and needed some quick hydration- not because I partied too hard- just because I felt dehydrated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My first ZiV drip was a breeze and I opted foe some B12 and B vitamin upgrades for some energy. The next day I felt great! While I was here they introduced me to.some other cutting edge technology that could improve my looks and health. Im taking advantage of as many of the new technologies as I can to see what they can do for me. Ive been back two days in a row already. Love this place

    The whole body cryo was amazing. I instantly felt better after just one use. I constantly suffer from back pain due to sciatica. Jay gave me a tour and was very attentive and patient to answer all my questions. Super clean facility too, i had to sign up for membership just so i can go often during the month.

    What a wonderful experience I had!!!I decided to add IV infusion therapy and compression therapy to my weekly preventive selfcare. It was my first visit to RESTORE and I was impressed with how thural the RN was in reviewing my medical history before we began. She noted recommendations for my therapy that day and for future therapies.     RESTORE PINECREST sets the bar! Super inviting. Super Clean. Super Staff. AWESOME equipment. TREMENDOUS suite of products and therapies. FRIENDLY. KNOWLEDGEABLE. Several of us were doing a fundraiser and we were challenging ourselves to complete the 4x4x48 (Run 4miles Every 4 hours for 48 hours)... Needless to say, several of us NEEDED RESTORE treatments DESPERATELY!! ... and REPEATEDLY! Steve and Olivia led the Restore Teams efforts to get us back on the field and allowed us to stay in the game. The CRYO is NEXT LEVEL... fully enclosed (if you want) and no rotisserie-ing necessary! Additionally, HUGE fan of the SPOT-CRYO treatment. Normatech compression pants... aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh. Finished off the 4x4x48 with a re-hydrating Post Competition IV (first time for that); and I swear I felt positive benefits for several days after. Cant wait to go back!     I was going through caffeine withdrawal symptoms, and I was at the peak day when everything hit hard. I looked up IV drip therapy places and found this place close to my home. I didnt even make an appointment. I just walked in feeling and looking horrible and ready to die. I didnt really know what to do because this was the first time I was doing something like this. I explained to Josh and he helped me out by giving me advice on the best treatment, the New Meyers Treatment with additional ingredients like the Toradol to help the intense headache. One hour later, I felt so recharged. Josh really helped me out. He talked to me and made me feel really comfortable. I enjoyed my experience. And now I know theres a place I can go to for a pick-me-up. With two toddler boys, I need those pick-me-ups.

    I had a hydra facial at Hyper wellness. They were very welcoming and ran on time. Lolita did an amazing facial that included cleansing, peel, massage and so on. She is very kind and explained all the steps as she went along. I highly recommend her! And will not hesitate to book another one.

    I’ve been to a few Restores across the country and this location by far has the best customer service. From the time you open the door the team greats you with a smile.     I have been coming to restore for over 6 months I believe, I would continue my membership but I will no longer be living in the area. I mainly come here for the infrared sauna but I love that there are so many other options for me if I become interested. The last thing that I will say is that I love the staff. They are all so friendly, helpful, welcoming, hospitable, I want to share my appreciation specifically with Jay, he has been nothing but the best! Sad to leave but will definitely be visiting again whenever I am back in town! ❤️

    Restore has literally kept me on the move. I have chronic pain in my hips and neck. Im always on the go, so there is very little time to take a rest because Im in pain. The app is very convenient to schedule and track my credits. The staff is great. They try to engage the clients in conversation to show interest and to discover if there is anything else they can help you to feel better. I was a little concerned at first about committing to the monthly fees but its so worth the investment.

    I had an exceptional experience at Restore Hyper Wellness Pinecrest during my visit from Atlanta to Miami. The customer service was excellent, and my IV specialist was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I was feeling intensely dehydrated and sick, on my birthday of all days and their IV treatment made a world of difference. In just 1 hour and 30 minutes, I felt as good as new. I highly recommend their services for anyone, but especially the IV if you’re in need of wellness and hydration support.

    I had the most amazing experience here. Josh is awesome and the place is amazing and everyone is so friendly. I came in with a hamstring injury and he first did local cryotherapy and then put me in the full body machine. I’m a little claustrophobic and he was super supportive and it was an amazing experience. 100% recommendation

    I went to the Pinecrest facility for the cryotherapy and compression therapy with a friend and we loved it. After the cryotherapy I felt awake right away with a boost of energy!     I went in feeling really sick because of something I ate I explained to Josh what was going on with me and he was quick with the recommendations and knowledge of what each fluid was. It was a struggle to find my vein at first but, but I acknowledge that he realize it was the wrong spot and immediately took it out and went in on the opposite side was the vein was . That told me that not only is he observing he knows what he’s doing and knows exactly what he’s looking for so even if something is wrong you can assure he will see it right away.! Thank you to Josh not only did I feel better but he made sure i felt right at home . Asking me if I needed water giving me a blanket because he saw I was cold and even turning on the tv so I can be entertained while I was there. 10/10 all the staff are super nice . Definitely will be back I always go back everytime I’m in the city . Whether I’m feeling bad or not it’s great to get your essentials the body needs ! Thank you everyone again

    Well guys I went to restore because I wanted a one stop shop for my wellness pamper myself day. Amazing staff. My goodness my nurse was AMAZING. He got my IV in with just ONE shot at locating my vein and I hardly felt anything I almost fell off the chair. That never happens for I have seriously small veins. It can take 5 or 6 tries and several nurses before other IV places find my veins and take forever for the IV to finish. Not so at Restore Pinecrest everything was quick. Joshua is super nice too, guards his service with his life. They Treats clients with respects and super attentive. They gave me a free red light therapy session too.     Josh is amazing. Incredibly accomodating. Restore has great selection of wellness products at reasonabñe prices. Its our go to for IVs and fuñlbody redlight therapy.

    All I can say is waoh. I was in my couch shivering with fevers, dry cough, body aches and just feeling awful. On day 3 of being sick I couldnt take it anymore and I came to Restore at 5:30pm, it is now the next day and the difference is SO substantial that I needed to leave a review. It genuinely feels like I skipped 3 days of sickness, i woke up with 0 bodyaches, no stuffy nose, no cold shivers. I still have a few symptoms but my cough is now the kind where my body is getting rid of the phlegm! (Sorry for the tmi). This might not be cheap, but if you need to recover faster, do not doubt for a second that this will work. 10/10, thank you restore team for bringing me back to life.

    Great facility! So clean and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The hyperbaric chamber was something I’ve always wanted to try and I’m so glad I did! I have never napped better in my life. Highly recommend!

    I like to do the red sauna for heat shock proteins, then cryotherapy for cold shock proteins and then I follow up with hyperbaric chamber improvements in cognitive function , Brain health, memory and overall healing of the body.
