    IBrows and Beauty is the best in town. I have been a client for longer than I can remember. The Spa is warm and inviting. Nikki does an excellent job and her staff is equally talented. Nikki shapes brows to compliment the face she is working on, it’s not just a cookie cutter look. When it came time to not just shape my brows but also enhance them, Nikki took the time to explain the process to me so I would know exactly what to expect. Getting an appointment can be tricky, but it is well worth the wait.

    It is rare to find a business and the people who own and work there to provide both excellent services and a true desire to make certain customer satisfaction is top priority. I recently had an unusual situation where my lash lift and tint just didn’t hold. I was hesitant to call but finally did. Nikki the owner got back to me immediately. I was leaving the area the following day for several months so was fine with waiting until I returned. Shortly thereafter she called me back and had made special arrangements to fit me in that same day! I see Fabiana who is also wonderful and came in special to perform this service again when she wasn’t even scheduled to work. Friendly, attentive and professional with customer satisfaction a top priority..why would you go anywhere else? They go over the top to guarantee satisfaction! It’s only IBrows and Beauty for me!     Nikki has been my esthetician for the past 9 years. I have not let a single person touch my eyebrows since finding Nikki. The salon is organized, clean and friendly. Nikki is passionate, knowledgeable and caring. The process from scheduling the appointment to arriving and completing the appointment is seamless.     Nothing compares to Nikki at IBrows and Beauty. She is amazing. She has specialized in brows long before everyone else In town. She is the best of the best. She is smart, talented, CONSISTENT, knowledgeable and will make any brow- I mean any brow-the perfect shape to frame and enhance your face... she is better than anyone. I never cared about my brows- that is until I met Nikki - and realized what I was missing… it’s been more than 10 years I’ve been going to IBrows and beauty and I still look Forward to seeing her every 4 weeks… her talent in unparalleled.     Wow!! If I could give Nikki 10 stars I definitely would! Everything from the beautiful spa to Nikkis professionalism and talent were totally worth it! Nikki was recommended to me by a friend whos brows I have envied for quite some time. I finally bit the bullet and stopped plucking my brows for 7 weeks and used the Neubrow serum as instructed. I was extremely excited for my appointment but was still setting manageable expectations for my results because I do have permanent makeup done on my brows. I didnt love the shape or color of the permanent makeup but never knew of any options to correct them besides getting more permanent make up or removing them and those options did not interest me. Well Nikki completely blew my mind with my results!! She was able to alter the shape and color through her amazing shaping skills and tint! I am now a loyal customer for life and I cant say enough good things about Nikki and my experience!!

    Nikki is truly an artist. She is the ONLY person I will let touch my brows. I live in Iowa and spend 4 weeks or so each year in Naples. I book my travel around Nikkis work schedule so I can ensure a brow shaping appointment with her while I am in town. Shes THAT good, people! Ive brought friends from Iowa, my mom, and my sister to see her - all are very happy customers! No matter what your brow situation is, I guarantee you will be beyond pleased with them after 20 minutes in Nikkis chair.

    I love my eyebrows! Im really so happy to recommend Nikki. Beyond my beautifully shaped brows, I was pleased with the service. Nikki helped me to set up my appointment and sent me a reminder. Im always so nervous that a stylist will wreck my brows, stripping them far too narrow, and Ill have to spend several months trying to fix them. Judging from my eyebrows, Nikki has the experience and talent to win my business again.

    Nikki, Roberto, and Jacky are all amazing! For several years I have had issues with finding the correct and knowledge individual to meet my cosmetic needs. Nikki has done a fabulous job with reshaping and continually improving my eyebrows. She excels in all services. Including Roberto, he is another knowledgeable individual. Since I started my acne facial treatment, I have seen incredible results that have not damaged my skin. I am beyond ecstatic with both of their knowledge and how they are able to provide scientific information with their technique. Jacky is also a fabulous individual! She always assures that payments are processed correctly and always has a friendly and welcoming personality. She does a great job assuring all appointments are scheduled correctly. All in all, these individuals have made a dramatic difference in my life. They definitely excel with assuring that you received a professional and appropriate service.     I have been going to Nikki for over two years now and my eyebrows have never looked this beautiful! I live in North Port and I drive to Naples to get my eyebrows done with her, all I have to say is that Nikki creates Movie Star-Worthy Eyebrows!!! And now her husband, Robert, is delivering the same high end quality results through his customized facials! I just had my first mini facial done with him yesterday after my brow session and the results were amazing. My face feels smoother, more hydrated and my complexion is glowing! Even my husband complimented me on my skin and he didnt know I had a facial done! In addition they are both super nice and honest people, which is just a bonus! I guarantee once you try them you will become a satisfied and loyal customer like me! :)

    Jess is absolutely incredible when it comes to waxing and tinting my eyebrows. She’s definitely a perfectionist which I appreciate so much because my eyebrows always come out looking perfect! I refuse to let anyone other than her do my eyebrows!!!! She is also so sweet and I truly look forward to seeing her whenever I am in Florida. In addition, iBrows and Beauty as a business has definitely been taking covid very seriously, (must wear masks, very clean, clients must wait outside until told to come in).     I am on vacation from Maryland and I waited to have Nikki shape my eyebrows after seeing all of her great reviews. I have had several bad experiences with waxing prior to my visit with Nikki. However, Nikki exceeded all of my expectations. My eyebrows look better than they ever have and the process was quick and easy! She is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone.     I never write reviews but I am blown away by the ibbrow serum and I feel the need to share with others how amazing it truly is, it has changed my life! I had a few small bald spots in each one of my eyebrows and within a week of using this product I started to notice new hair growth, after a few weeks those areas are completely covered in hair! My brows have never been fuller or stronger than now thanks to this serum. I would recommend this to everyone I know!

    This place is 🤌🏼 phenomenal!! 🤌🏼 I have had the best experience getting my eyebrows tinted at this facility. I suffer from anxiety, and let’s face it, (no pun intended) that getting your eyebrows tinted could be a scary thing because it is on your face!! But walking into ibrows and beauty i was instantly calm. My esthetician was so soft Spoken and calm and confident it made me confident in her ability to shape and color my eyebrows how i wanted. She kept me updated throughout the process keeping me informed and didn’t forget about me. She was absolutely amazing! I recommend this salon to everyone! Especially people like me who hate to draw on their eyebrows! So get out your phone, and make an appointment because this place is worth everything if you want to look fierce with fresh eyebrows!

    Since discovering the women at this amazing place, I dont let any anybody touch my brows. Nobody. Sometimes hard to get into, but totally my fault.     My first experience was for eyebrow tinting and a facial. Both were absolutely fabulous! I then had a wedding to attend so went back to have a ibrows touched up and have a professional makeup application. Nicki did a total transformation! I received multiple compliments at the wedding.     I was so impressed with how awesome my dermablading and facial was with Robert! He expertly explained everything as I was understandably nervous. He has the best energy, he made any nerves I had completely disappear before he even started. He knows his products and read my skin like a book.     Absolutely loved her work! Ive been going to wax my eyebrows in the first nail salon I saw over the years and they always did them a different way. I was always super rushed and never satisfied! Nikki definitely has the make touch! She takes her time and she is great at what she does! She won me over as a loyal client for sure! Im extremely glad that I was referred to her by a friend who also swears by her work! Once you have Nikki do your brows you will NEVER let anyone else touch them! Im in love! I also recieved a mini facial by Roberto and all I have to say is O.M.G! The difference in my skin from one day to the next was incredible. I get facials monthly at a local spa and I can admit that Roberto won my business over! I am excited to try a full package facial!     The BEST eyebrow bar in town!!! I have been a longtime client of another local wax center but was never really wow-ed with my eyebrows. I always felt no attention was given and often felt rushed and recently have been so thankful to have found Jackie & Nikki. All I can say is WOW... they truly spend the time in waxing, shaping, trimming, and even tinting your brows. I am so happy. I am just sad I had not found them sooner.

    I recently moved to Naples area & was looking to find a good Brow place. The place is beautiful, clean & the front desk girl was very nice. They took my temperature upon arrival. Once Jessica was ready for me she greeted me & walked me inside the wax room. She was very nice & knowledgeable. I explained what I’m trying to accomplish( let my brows get thicker &Even) . I lovedddd how she did my brows, no pain & she left few hairs to start the process of letting them grow.     If your looking for a new place to get your eyebrows/facials done, ibrows and beauty at The spa at Bellasera Hotel is the place to go! I got a mini facial done by Robert and it was by far the best facial ever! He is so passionate about what he is doing and it shows and so knowledgeable! I very much enjoyed my facial and will be visiting again quite soon! Thanks Robert! Also if you are looking to get your eyebrows done Nikki has the hands of gold!     I got a signature facial with Jessica and she’s amazing since the begging of the appointment I felt pretty comfortable with her.     I booked an apt for my son last month to have a purifying cleanse, his nose was full of blackheads, due to sweating from karate. Robert did a great job, he took the time and explained everything he was doing. The result was amazing, the blackheads disappeared. The quality of the service was outstanding.     Staying at The Bellasera Resort was much enhanced by visiting The Brow and Beauty Spa. Roberto did a wonderful job of providing a therapeutic massage. He found knots in my back I did not know I had. Christian did a great job with my pedicure. Worth every moment!

    Had an awesome facial with Roberto today. My skin truly looks so much healthier. The facial I had was the anti aging facial and he used a machine that somehow infuses mosture into your skin. My texture is now firmer, plumper, smoother and brighter. While I had a facial mask on, he massaged my hands, arms and neck...so relaxing. Such a treatIm very happy. I highly recommend his services

    My 3 children are all 14 years old 2 girls and a boy and like most teenagers have issues with there skin. They have all had facials with Robert and are using the skin products he advised.
