    Very happy with my first appt. Filled out the new patient indo online before, arrive 15 minutes early and was taken 5 minutes early. Received several reminder texts and an email before. Very nice waiting area as well as exam rooms.

    My 2 surgical procedures went perfectly. Dr. Wassermann, PA Luis, nurse Vivian were outstanding and professional. They explained each step in advance, super knowledgeable during the procedure and quite detailed with post surgical guidance. Luis also followed up with post surgical calls to check up on progress and status.

    Dr Grassi is wonderful and has tremendous credentials. Office staff is great. Final payment and scheduling person needs to speak to people much better than she has shown. My wife and I definitely recommend this practice!

    I greatly recommend the practice. Iā€™ve seen the PA, Renee, and she is lovely, very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. Iā€™ve been to both locations and never waited a long time. The entire staff seems nice and professional.

    My second visit to see Dr. Tremaine in just a few months. Total professional and digs into the issue. Took care of several issues expeditiously and walked out feeling great. The staff is fantastic. I put Dr. Tremaine against the best doctors in NY/NJ. She is a pro, excuse me for saying, a very lovely woman. She even went as far as to review my daughters teen acne issue with her colleague that saw my daughter a month or so ago. Sheā€™s in the details. And always gives you the time. Derms I know are usually focused on speed and turnover. Dr. Tremaine has a fervor for what she does and is a perfectionist. On a scale of 1-5 I rate a 6. If the appointment is far out. Book it.

    Wonderful experience, I was able to fill out the paperwork on my cell phone before my appointment which is nice not to have to show up early to squiggle everything on paper with a clip board balancing on your lap. I checked in and within like 1-2 minutes they called me back to a very nice clean room, I changed again like a 1 minute wait for the Doctor (I was getting an annual skin check) Dr. Vivian Wong did my inspection, she was very thorough, professional, and informative. Her staff was also super friendly. Iā€™m going back for a follow up and also to get a treatment for some red lines on my face. I would highly recommend.

    Very professional staff and the wait times are short. Dr. Wong takes great care of my family and me. Unfortunately, my predisposition to skin cancer makes me a frequent visitor, but Skin Wellness makes those visits as painless as possible. We are lucky to have so many great dermatologists in Naples. We need em.

    I had a wonderful experience with Skin Wellness Physicians. The staff was excellent, friendly and skilled at what they do. My entire procedure from start to finish was a little over an hour. Everything moved along quickly and was relatively pain free. I hope Iā€™m not a repeat customer, but itā€™s great to know they are there if needed!

    Going to a dermatologist is similar to going to a gynecologist! The experience is often awkward, embarrassing and too revealing! The exact opposite has been my experience at Skin Wellness! I had the pleasure of being seen by Renee Deneweth, PA-C. Personable, knowledgeable, Renee respected my dignity and treated me as if I were part of her family. The staff is happy and very friendly and helpful . YOU MUST GO THERE!

    Sidney Tateo was exceptional in locating a problem area that I was unaware ofā€¦a bump under the skin on my forehead. My previous dermatologist never found this nor took the time to look over my skin so thoroughly. She took a small biopsy that showed a basil cell and needed to be removed. They took care of scheduling in short period of time and Dr. Wasserman handled the surgery. He was very thorough and completed the surgery within a few minutes. The stitching was done well and left very little scaring. Though no one enjoys having to go through the procedure, I have to say I was very impressed with the process and professionalism of this group! Thank you

    Firstly; let me say it is never too early to have a skin check, especially here in FL. Sad story of 30 yr old me with a diagnosis of melanoma, the fast growing skin cancer. It was too late to save her. šŸ˜žThankfully, most cancers are slow growing, & treatable, but you have to go to a dermatologist. A primary dr, may recognize it, or they might not.     I was amazed at how friendly and professional the entire staff was. I came in from out of town and was in a desperate situation. They were kind enough to slip me in while in town and still took more time to sit and listen to all of my concerns and went above and beyond what any dermatologist has ever done for me. Most doctors are rushing me through to make their quota and I rarely get all my questions answered. The PA and her assistant took time to patiently answer every question and relive me of fears. I had to get stitches in the head and also they checked out personal areas of concern with total professionalism while relieving any feeling of discomfort or awkwardness. I plan to travel back for any future dermatologist needs even though I live 1500 miles away. I totally trust this team to root cause any skin issues without the usual guessing that my past doctors did. Thanks!

This week, I also saw Doris Butchin, an Advanced Medical Aesthetician on staff at Skin Wellness. I am very happy with the particular facial I had and with the products she recommended. She was not pushing me to buy unnecessary products, but recommended a simple regimen that Ill be sure to follow. I believe a good skincare regimen, with effective products, is more important than the makeup you use. Highly recommend Skin Wellness Physicians!

    I was taken shortly after arriving. The young man that brought me in, Dr. Wasserman, the woman that did my stitches were all very caring and professional. The receptionist that checked me in and out was also very competent checking me in and out quickly. The building could not have been cleaner. Every room was perfectly clean and looked sterile. After my Mohā€™s was completed the room where I waited for the results had snacks available and drinks. This was important to me because of the medication that I take every 4 hours.     I have been going to Skin Wellness since 2020. I have had multiple laser treatments, skin cancer, etc. I cannot express how happy I am with the entire staff, especially Dr. Wasserman and Dr. Wong. You can trust them 100%. The owner, Dr. Wasserman has even advised me to wait on treatments as not to waste my money. He makes sure you get the best results out of every treatment. He clearly cares about his reputation and clients. Before I went to Skin Wellness, I went to a Naples corporation, had zero results with their laser treatment (clearly they did not set it correctly) and they just stated I needed to purchase more. Please save your money and go to Skin Wellness. I have moved out of state and one of the main reasons I come back to Naples is to go to Skin Wellness. Very happy with their services!

    Doris is a complete natural when it comes to making your skin look Vividly Glowing. I went wanting one thing in mind to look younger and have my face looking healthier, and that was definitely achieved. Please note my facial was not painful at all even though it is considered a medical facial. One thing I appreciate about Doris is she is very passionate and takes ownership of wanting to get results for your face. I have spent thousands of dollars on skin care products and nothing comes close to making me look this good. Highly Recommend trying this out at least once! Dr Wasserman listened to what I had to say, examined my skin carefully, and he came up with a plan forward for my skin that is logical and not overly expensive. His staff was very kind and efficient. They quickly put me at ease. The facility is beautiful. Overall, an excellent experience.

    Had a very nice experience the other day where you wouldnā€™t expect to - at a doctorā€™s office. I had a new patient visit at Skin Wellness Physicians on Goodlette-Frank Road in Naples. Their logos says ā€œDermatology Redefinedā€, and I agree. It had been over a year since I had a skin cancer check, so I made an on-line appointment. Received a very nice return call and scheduled an appointment for the following week. That alone was amazing, because it usually takes months to get an appointment, especially as a new patient. They asked that I arrive 20 minutes early (paperwork), and I really liked what I found there. A bright and open waiting area. Professional but friendly staff who put me at ease. A short wait to see the doctor! From the receptionist to the PA and her assistants who did the exam in a large and well lit room, all very impressive. I had questions about some other skin issues unrelated to skin cancer, which the PA answered as well. She took the time to make recommendations about products she thought could be helpful, should I choose to go in that direction. By taking that extra time, I felt that she heard and understood what I was saying. In my experience, thatā€™s very unusual.From beginning to end, just a positive experience. Would it be great if all doctor visits were like that?
