Baoxia / Kelly is the best! I read that people had followed her here from other locations and I’m realizing why.She’s QUICK and does a fantastic job with minimal pain! I love Brazils!!! ❤️ Also, Kelly is my aesthician and she is amzing!!! I have been going to Kelly since she worked at the Brazils in St. Johns Bluff and River City Marketplace. And yes, this location is worth the tavel. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond in their customer service. The establishment is very clean as well. I feel welcomed and safe! 😊

Natalie is the best! I have been using Brazils for over a year now. Everyone I have met on staff has been friendly, welcoming and so pleasant. The entire facility is clean and well kept. I know I’m in good hands every time I come in, which is every month. If you have unwanted hair this is the place for you.

This was my first visit with Natalie. She was professional and easy to talk to. She was nice enough to explain to me the difference between using soft and hard wax. I had three different areas done and no follow up with a tweezer was needed. Natalie is awesome. I will be requesting her on a go forward basis.

I have been going to Brazils at Town Center for years, but recently my favorite Technician moved locations! Brazils wax is great regardless so its a 10/10 recommended. But if your looking for a wonderful wax experience, genuine conversation, and absolute satisfaction, visit Crystal at the Neptune Beachs location. She is an absolute peach, and is a seasoned wax tech who wont disappoint.

Hands down best waxing business ever. Im more than happy that I switched to this waxing center. I used to go to European wax center and it was horrible. Brazil’s Wax Center is extremely clean, professional, it smells AMAZING EVERY TIME! And the staff including front desk are understanding, super comfortable to speak with, detail oriented and they’re just all fabulous honestly. I’ll be coming here forever!! Don’t think about it just book an appointment you will not regret it!!

I came here yesterday and let me tell you… WOW!! I’ve been looking for a waxing place that i can trust and feel comfortable at.This is exactly the place!! I went in for a brazilian + underarms. I ended up leaving with a monthly membership for my next appointment! (Great deals btw) Tatiana is an incredible esthetician. She is clean, precise and professional. HIGHLY recommend her. The aftermath of my wax was another plus; no soreness, redness, etc. I’m so happy with this find.

Amazing Crystal is the bomb as an esthetician myself I look at things differently than the average customer and they have it all together. Its so clean I looked at the sticks the bedding the wax burgers the wax everything exceeded my expectations. They have a lovely hard wax of the companys own Australian design and a membership $40 a month will keep you unlimitedly smooth down there and you get 15 percent off other areas.I will go no where else ever!
