I have been a long time client of Shauna’s and every time I come into the Spot Salon, I am still (to this day) blown away. Her expertise in hair and color is unmatched. She has created the most beautiful color for my hair while also keeping it healthy (which is incredibly important to her). Good luck finding someone with her skill set, knowledge in the color process, and ability to create the most beautiful cut … because you won’t find anyone like her. She is AMAZING.Not to mention, going into The Spot Salon is like a mini getaway in itself. The ambiance and service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You get the best treatment (hair and personally). I’m always looking forward to coming in for my services! Love Shauna and The Spot Salon!!

Shauna is the absolute best! I’ve been a client for nearly 15 years and love how my hair looks every time. I love it so much that even after I moved to Sarasota a few years ago, I still drive back for Shauna’s magic touch. She’s not only a talented stylist, but her new salon is a bright, beautiful place to feel pampered and her husband George, who runs the desk, is the absolute nicest and the icing on top of a perfect salon experience.

So I just got a reminder from my google photos of when I came here last May to get bangs, as I wasnt comfortable doing them myself and thought the reviews for this place were great. Ive always cut my own hair since I was 15/16, and never had any issues, even when I cut it really short I did it myself. People would always say they couldnt tell or that my hair looked great, so I was pretty confident with it.The stylist did amazing, I dont remember her name, she had short black hair at the time, but she did the exact look I wanted. The reason this isnt 5 stars however, was because when I came in I made a comment about how I usually cut my own hair but wanted bangs, and the guy at the front said Oh, we can tell. I thought this was unusually abrasive but just didnt really say anything else. The stylist also wasnt super talkative, I think they might just be used to older clientele. I havent been back because of it and because, well, I usually cut my own hair. So there wasnt anything that made me want to come back, especially if Im greeted that way at the door. But yeah, the stylist did an excellent job, as seen in the picture.

Love the Spot Salon! The owners Shauna and George always make me feel welcome and part of the Spot Salon family. I highly recommend Tricia to make you look your best! She is amazing at color, blowouts and up-do’s. I especially admire that Tricia knows when I need to talk about my day or just be in a zen mood. Go see Tricia and you will be sure to leave with beautiful hair and a smile on your face😀!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Tricia whenever I’ve been in town for years and it’s always been absolutely amazing! Recently I got my hair colored elsewhere and it was completely botched. I went back to Tricia in desperate need of help to fix the color and it looks absolutely stunning now. I’ve gotten so many complements on how amazing the color looks and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely LOVE Tricia! After having a horrific experience with another salon, I reluctantly chose The Spot as a place that would hopefully save my hair. Well, not only was it saved, but it was Loved as well. Tricia and her staff are truly amazing people. Tricia took the time to explain exactly what I needed as far as cut and color. In her own words baby steps. MJ is a sweetheart and listened so patiently to my woes as she shampooed and conditioned me. I feel amazing and I have them to thank for it. I finally found my Spot...if you are looking for a great experience...look no further

Before the Spot Salon, I used to (in)frequent some other sports themed shops. Needing a routine, I did a little searching and found this excellent venue. Ive had my hair routinely cut there for years now. The staff is excellent and I love the more recent remodel!

This is the best salon!!! I go to this The Spot Salon every week for a wash and blow dry. I get my single process done here and my highlights. I also get Keratin treatments. My hair looks better than it ever has and everyone admires my hair now.

Tricia is the absolute best stylist and colorist EVER!!!!! She fixed my color when Ulta completely destroyed my hair. Dont bother with other salons, just come here.

Everyone is amazing I will honestly wait till I can see them to have my hair done. Been a customer about 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. Omgosh! Love this place Trisha and Shana are so skilled in their profession! Every time I go there I feel like a new person when I leave! And George... Lets not forget George hes pretty awesome too!
