I scheduled an appointment with Heidi, she was understanding of working with my curly 3a/3b hair texture. My hair was between mid-lower back and I was looking for a long mermaid/buttefly style. The only thing I would have emphasized was to retain a little bit more of the length. I take care of my hair, but it was overdue for a proper trim, so I can understand if a little length had to be taken off to achieve the look. Overall, I do enjoy the new look so am pleased with the overall experience!

A week before New Year’s Eve, I visited the salon for a consultation to address the mess caused by another stylist, leaving my hair with multiple colors. During the consultation, I was advised to return on New Year’s Eve for an appointment with Brandy. Although I had never met Brandy before, I had read great reviews about her.Before starting, she asked about my budget and explained what she could do to help fix my hair. I really appreciated that she took the time to understand my needs and concerns. I was nervous about the outcome, but Brandy did an incredible job repairing the damage caused by a previous stylist.Brandy, thank you for understanding my vision, being so professional, and showing kindness throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be back!

Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago on the phone just to arrive to my appointment today and having the receptionist say that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. At all, not today or another day. What’s the point of picking up the phone and set appointments if you are not going to actually schedule them?She asked if she could booked me for 3 weeks from now. NO! I made an appointment for TODAY, moved my whole schedule around for this hair appointment . I need the service for when I book it, not when works for you today.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I’ve been going there for over a year now and always spoke highly of the place and even recommended it!If this is how you treat your repeat clients …. you guys lost a loyal client today!Edit to add:Mike, the owner, contacted me pretty fast after he saw the review. He understood my frustration and I his with his staff. He said that changes were coming soon. He offered me a comp service to come back. Me and my mom were looking for a new place after we moved from another salon, and we came upon this one. Their staff is so friendly, I have never had anyone like them.Kristyn is me and my moms stylist, and she is AMAZING!! She was also amazing with our haircut and color. I booked what I thought was an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut. If youre doing this through the website, please note that it is only a request, not an actual appointment (even if you get a confirmation number like I did). When my daughter and I showed up there was no appointment in their system, but Jasmine spoke to a stylist who was finishing up a client and Kristyn agreed to take care of my daughter.Ill be honest, at first I was a bit aggravated over the way things were initially. It seems like poor practice to have a website give you a confirmation number but you actually have to wait whether that appointment is accepted or declined. That being said, Kristyn was very thoughtful and listened to what my daughter wanted and the end result was fantastic! She did a knockout job and in the end they understood the mix-up. We recently moved to Florida and desperately needed a salon that could take care of our needs (haircuts, coloring, etc.) and Id say we definitely found our place! From now on well just call to make our appointments. :)

Had an appointment today with Xavier who is an extremely talented young man. He consulted with me first to find out what I wanted and he assessed my hair situation effectively. He advised me on specific products to use to keep my hair healthy and I left with beautiful platinum highlights and a gorgeous style. 💇‍♀️ I highly recommend anyone to meet with Xavier at this salon. I’ve been coming to Chemistry salon almost a year and it’s a very nice business. Even though I left happy with my results, I will admit it is a very expensive place. Worth it, but very expensive if you have hair longer than shoulder length because they charge extra for the length and extra if you require additional product (understandable). Lastly, I don’t understand why they still don’t have any signage in the front of the salon 🧐

Normally I would just go to Hair Cuttery to get something done, but I wanted to try a new place & I was amazed at the difference in the experience. Best Coloring I’ve ever had done!!! I’ve been going to salons for over 20 years an color has never turned out as good an as exact as it has at Chemestry. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted an WOW thats exactly what I got..( highlights and lowlights w/ beautiful Dimension). Plus one salon in 2016 really messed up the cut I asked for soft layers , frame face keep length(Nope…chopped it very short shoulder length claimed it was dead ends I freaked out !!) haven’t had it cut professionally since, but yesterday at my appointment at Chemestry considering this is my second trip there in 3 months for coloring an the work is just beautiful I let her trim and do soft layers all over frame face layers keeping the length…. EXACTLY what I wanted. BEAUTIFUL work. Please try this place out for sure. You will not be disappointed.Thanks so much I love my hair.

Hayley is the absolute best!! I never go to a hair stylist twice (I typically just get Groupons and go new places to save money) - but Ive been working wirh Hayley consistently since the first time she did my hair probably close to a year ago. I started going to this salon a year ago after another salon botched my hair (turning my blonde hair into a hot mess). I called and was desperate for help. Chemistry Salon took me immediately and fixed my hair to perfection! I have been going back ever since. The staff is so friendly and the environment is always positive (and very clean so thats a plus!) I always look forward to going there. Ashlee currently does my hair and she is AMAZING. She always answers my questions (and theres a lot😅) and always helps me when I need an opinion or help with what products to buy.The prices are very reasonable! I dont have to worry about breaking the bank when i go.Chemistry Salon really is the best in this area!🖤 10/10 recommend.

Did some research and it came down to a top 2-3 salons - with my wedding looming, I needed a refresh/cleanup for my hair (self care has been on the back burner for sure). Decided I had some time this week, so I went with the first available on my list and BOY am I glad I did! The salon is clean and welcoming, chairs are VERY comfy (was surprised by the lack of a neck ache from the shampoo bowl…), and Xzavier was so professional and kind and really listened to me when I talked about my goals with my hair… Such a pleasant experience and I’ve already booked my second appointment. Cant wait to go back!

My entire experience was 5-star treatment! Xzavier understood exactly the cut I was looking for as I transitioned from long hair to short. My hair is straight and shows every cut so any flaws stand out. Fortunately his layering and blending were perfection. 🤌🏻 While styling he explained the products used and why he was choosing those products and techniques. I can’t wait until my next appointment when we’ll tackle color.

My wonderful stylist is TRICIA and she welcomed me with a great smile and made be feel at home. We sat down and talked about my hair and what I was looking to do with it, YES people she listened to me. Well 1 week ago I went in and we again we talked & showed her what I wanted and she gave me the best looking cut I have had in 5 years. I have had nothing but great compliments about my hair cut and how healthy my hair looks. I will made the drive from Citrus County to Cameos Salon when ever I want a great look. The owner himself went above and beyond to make sure that the right steps were taken to get my hair back to a healthy state so that my look could be restored. What a great expierence my daughter and her friends had at Cameos Salon and Spa. They have a Princess Spa Day package! Worked wonderfully with all the girls! Jennifer and Jess are amazing! The girls got manicures, pedicures, some curls in their hair and light make-up. This also included cupcakes, sparkling juice, plates, napkins, and little princess cups with little rings and braclets that the girls got to keep.
