It was my first time going to Studio 200 and was booked with Grace. She did a fantastic job!! She knew exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about my hair type (curly/frizzy). I highly recommend Grace if youre looking for a stylist that will take their time and get exactly what you want! The salon itself it beautiful with a great atmosphere! Ill definitely be back! I recently moved to Ocala and as you know trying to find a new hair stylist is a frightening task. I read the reviews about studio 200 and likes what I saw, so I booked an appointment for all over highlights and a cut. I was booked with Grace. Manny is the pixie king!! I recently moved to Ocala and had struggled to find someone to cut my short pixie. I have thick coarse hair and after a couple of not so great color/cuts….Manny made my pixie dreams come true!!! He took so much time with me before starting my color/cut- he asked the right questions- then took his time with both my color and cut to ensure I was happy. Overall an amazing experience! I am new to Ocala. Everyone knows it can be difficult to find a hair stylist they love when theyre new to an area. Let me tell you - I hit the hair stylist lottery by finding Studio 200 and being placed with a newer stylist Manny! He is AMAZING! Just because he is new to Studio 200, he is not new to the business. He has an impressive background. He knows what he is doing, is extremely professional and friendly, and I could not be happier with my hair!!!! I have a lot of hair, and it is thick. He handled it like it was nothing. I got a color, light cut, and style, and I was just so very happy with it! I will be back, I will be seeing Manny again, and I HIGHLY recommend him for your hair needs. Thank you so much, Manny!!!!!

Alex did a fantastic job lightening my hair. He did a root touch up and, as a hair stylist myself for over 20 years , I have had many other salons absolutely destroy my hair BUT this place really has it together. I am extremely picky and very expressive when someone 🙃does my hair . I felt extremely comfortable there, they were not crowded at all. In fact I was very impressed that they dont seem to stack people like they could , because they can.No.This place cares and is well aware of covid and they made me feel very comfortable as far as covid goes , they clean very well they sanitize between customers and they pay attention to what you want not what they want.They are also knowledgeable enough to teach you new ways to do your hair instead of the older ways that would fry your hair. I trust Alex with my hair and will be back as needed for as long as possible. The photos speak for themselves.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to look even better than they ever thought.

This is absolutely the place to go! My relative that was supposed to do my wedding hair had to have surgery 2 weeks before the wedding. I called Studio 200 and spoke to Megan and she was so amazing! She was able to accommodate me with my last minute booking and had my hair EXACTLY how I imagined. I felt like an absolute princess and it didn’t move an inch the entire day! She is the lady to go to for special event hair!

Magnume is the best!! I’m from Michigan and had my hair colored and cut by Magnume and I cant believe how happy I am. The cut was very precise, I have short hair and it has to be perfect. She took her time and made sure I was 100% happy with it. Two hours afterward I was already being asked who did my hair they loved it. The color looked amazing with my highlights… My only problem is I cant bring her back to MI 🥲. She truly is amazing and I can’t say enough how thrilled I am.10 STARS

Ive had my hair done several times by Rachel at Studio 200 Salon. Not only is she incredibly sweet and professional, but she is beyond talented. Any ideas I ever had, she brought them to life and then some. Her talent and customer service is so above and beyond any stylist Ive ever encountered. Im incredibly picky with my hair because its long and most stylists love to *chop* but Rachel always has respected my desire to keep as much length as possible during trims and cuts and has never disappointed me! I also took two of my daughters for cuts and to put some fun highlights in and she treated them like princesses. Sabrina is a newer stylist there and while I havent personally worked with her, Ive seen her also work a ton of magic during my appointments for other clients. Shes so cheerful and always making sure everyone around her is helped quickly and with a smile! If Rachel was unavailable, Id surely go to Sabrina! McKenzie and Alex at the front desk are also just the loveliest people and so friendly and helpful. They truly set the tone for the salon the moment you walk in. If I could give them 100 stars I would! 11/10 by far!

I want to let you know how happy I am with Angela. I just had my third haircut with her, and I couldn’t be more pleased. She has cut my hair exactly the way I want it to be. The first time I saw her, I showed her a picture of myself from about 20 years ago. I wanted to have my hair styled the same as it was then. I am extremely picky so this is no small task. I have moved several times and seen many hairdressers. So far, no one has been able to really capture the same look that I had then until now. Angela did it. She is extremely patient, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Angela really wants you to have what you want and works hard to get to the perfect result for you. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Livia here for a couple years now and she has never disappointed. I change my hair color often and she has always made sure my hair is still healthy and strong even with each change. She also offers silent appts so if you want to come in put some head phones in and be pampered and she is your woman. On top of that I have never seen a person walk out of this salon disappointed no matter who they went too. I can’t say enough good things about this salon!!!

I scheduled an appointment not knowing anything about the salon as I am new to the area. I had let my hair grow out for a year to give her something to work with. Victoria was my stylist/designer. She was fabulous! She understood exactly what I liked, and it turned out terrific. She showed it to me straight and I loved it, and then put in some curls with a curling iron. At first I was skeptical about the curls but loved them by the time I got home. Definitely the best hair style for me that I have had in quite a long time. I will be back!

We moved to Ocala last year from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and have been going to SANDRA at Studio 200 every week for the last nine months. SANDRA is an excellent hair stylist and extremely talented. Sandra is very attentive and really listens to me about my hair styling needs while also offering good suggestions. I get complements all the time about my hair from friends and strangers. I sincerely look forward to my weekly appointments with Sandra as she is very friendly, outgoing, and someone I just enjoy being around. I tried 2 other hair salons and stylists in Ocala before I found Sandra....and I have no regrets. My husband started getting his hair cuts from her a couple of months ago and is very pleased. I highly recommend Sandra if you are looking for an excellent hair professional.

I have NEVER felt so comfortable in a salon before. I had the most wonderful experience getting my hair done. Rachel took my old tires look and brought out my true inner beauty and I’m so happy about it. She went above and beyond with my hair. I have been using a barber for years, requesting a skin fade, hard part and chin strap shave. I recently was referred to Sabrina at Studio 200 and although they don’t offer hot shaves Sabrina was incredible. She gave me the best cut I’ve had in the last 10 years. Sabrina listened to my needs and was very personal and enjoyable to talk with. I recommend any man using a barber to give Sabrina a try. She won’t disappoint!

Marissa did my hair exactly how I asked right down to the blow out! My blonde was getting brassy and she brightened me up, recommended a deep conditioning treatment and gave me a nice trim and voluminous blow out. The salon was beautiful, loved the music, and the products are fantastic. I got to sip on a glass of wine while my foils sit. The price was more than fair for the quality and my hair feels soft after highlights! I will definitely be back.

I recently had my hair bleached here. The stylist may have let my hair over-process a bit. My hair was falling out in chunks and completely fried. I understand accidents happen. So, I went back to the salon (Mind you, I have never gone back over a bad dye/cut). The manager was amazing and very nice. She gave me options on what to do, and I just decided to chop it off. However, they definitely felt like they care about their customers. I am so thankful I went back and they fixed it. Remember, accidents happen, but its how you respond to it that matters. They responded amazingly and my hair is 100% better. Highly recommend this salon.

Great cut, super knowledgeable. My first time going there, it was a long drive for me, took an hour but so worth it! Some expensive shampoo and conditioner was recommended and I didnt want to pay the price but my hair was so icky from the shampoo I used so I bit the bullet and got them. Let me tell you best decision ever! In 4 days my hair is so healthy and stays so clean. I so recommended Studio 200! My hair stylist was Libby!

My recommended this place to me after coming for over a year when I said I wanted to dye my hair back to my natural dirty strawberry golden blonde, from the yellow bleach that was left after my pastel smokey blue faded out.The stylist I got was a Senior II with a blonde streak in the front. I forgot her name, but she was absolutely wonderful. She was working on another difficult client at the same time and still made me feel like she cared how my hair came out.She took her time to really try and match what i said i wanted. And the finished result came out beautifully.The pricing was surprisingly affordable, too.It was a salon price, for sure, but worth the money and didnt break my bank.Highly highly recommend for color and styling.

Ive been having Tom cut my hair for the past 5 years and absolutely will NOT go anywhere else!! Ive called a couple of times to reschedule and had no problems doing so, even when I moved my appointment to as soon as possible. Tom listens to what I want, has made recommendations which Ive tried, and I always leave feeling beautiful! Ive even gotten complements leaving the salon by people who are entering. The other stylists are usually busy, and Ive heard no complaints while in the store. I personally think they all seem to do an excellent job.The salons new location is clean, smooth running, and often very busy. Cutickle, where I get my nails done every other week, has moved with them. When you walk into the salon, the first thing you get is an offer of coffee, tea, ice water, or... WINE! Can you imagine going to get your hair cut and having a glass of wine while they do so?

I went to this Salon for the first time and I was surprised at the upscale treatment but not at the upscale prices. I was very happy with cut and the wait time was not long at all. My stylist Ashanti and she was the best she took time too get a clear understanding of what I wanted and she told me what she was doing and why every step and I loved that. She had the best personality and I felt wonderful when I left I will be going back too this salon. It is the first time in 5 years of living here that I was 100 percent happy with my cut , service and salon.

Everything is amazing at this salon. I was a bit nervous at first because I have never had highlights in my hair before. My natural hair color is very close to black not to mention the length alone makes any styling/cutting/dying service tedious for the stylist. I also know that when you start a project the lets get it done can wavier for anyone and people tend to rush BUT not here at this salon. Nina is my new stylist and she is phenomenal. She did warn me my hair would take awhile. From 10 am-5 pm to be exact. The entire time she was in her zone and did not rush one step. She made me feel very comfortable about this new venture of all over highlights.When I sent the pictures of before and after to friends and family they couldnt believe it was me! And some admitted to a bit of jealousy LOL. I am and will continue to recommend family and friends to see her and the staff. Everyone there is really welcoming =). Ashanti was kind enough to squeeze me in last week and I am so happy she did. The salon was beautiful, clean, and comfortable (and they are about to renovate to make it even better). Every member of the team was welcoming and greeted me with a warm smile. I am always nervous about cutting my hair and Ashanti was dedicated to making the experience stress-free, and something to look forward to instead of dread. Ashanti is not only experienced and talented, but also engaging, kind, and patient. She walked me through each step of the cut and style she gave me and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She kindly explained every aspect of her process and while I was the last appointment of the day, she never rushed. Ashanti took the time and care to style my hair and teach me really helpful techniques so I can style my own hair just like she did. I absolutely adore my cut and am so happy I found this salon. Thank you for such a great cut Ashanti! Cant wait to see what the renovations look like!

Went into Studio 200 today, it was my 1st time there and Rachel listened to what I wanted, showed a picture of what I wanted. Rachel knew right from the start exactly what I was trying to communicate to her. She was very friendly and as nervous as I was, Rachel was able to make me feel right at home there. Rachel is fantastic, she knows how to cut hair. You can really tell she enjoys her customers, and is very gifted at her profession. All of the staff were friendly and inviting. I’ve been seeing Irma at Studio 200 for more than a year and every time I get my hair done, I leave happy! She is so good at listening to her clients and giving them what they want and more! I tend to lean toward the more ‘edgy’ style with my hair and she always delivers! Irma truly is the whole package and I would highly suggest seeing her, no matter what kind of hair you have or want!

I go see Irma at the salon and I definitely wont go anywhere else. It is so hard to find a hair stylist that can get your hair just the way you want it. Irma is awesome! I just moved to Ocala a few months ago and had been to several hair salons. I was searching for someone who could cut my hair with style and basically make me look good. Master Stylist Jimmy Dean is totally the best stylist in Ocala. His upbeat nature and positive attitude make the appointments fun and he does a terrific job of cutting my short hair - Im a wash & go kind of girl and Jimmy Deans cuts show off my hair (and me) at our best. I carry his cards with me because Im so often asked who does your hair? At my visit earlier this week I was disappointed to learn that the voice of the salon, former receptionist Roxanne, is no longer part of the team. Kristen is amazing! She has an eye for color. I presented her with a picture, as most of us gals do, and she gave me some great recommendations. I told her the do her magic and waalaaaa, she came up with a beautiful combination for my hair color. I went in to get an Olaplex treatment and a cut for my hair. My hair had been damaged from a color session with a previous hairdresser so I was very apprehensive to let anyone touch my hair, but Brittany was very kind to me and reassured me that she would be able to help. She deep conditioned my hair and gave me the cutest cut to help get rid of some of the dead weight on my hair. I am very happy and will go back to see her for sure!

Last week I stopped in and made an appointment with Olivia. I had just met her and was very nervous because I don’t trust many people with my hair. She was so friendly and welcoming so I went ahead and made the appointment. The day came and she sat me down and explained the process of what she was going to do and I told her my concerns about how my dark brown hair likes to turn very brassy every time I’ve ever had it bleached. She listened and assured me that we will avoid the brassy stage. It took about two hours for color retouch, partial highlights, toneing, washing and blow drying. I looked in the mirror and was soooo impressed with how bright, shiny and beautiful the blonde came out. It was exactly what I wanted and the prices were very reasonable. She did an amazing job so if you have stubborn dark hair she can turn it into the perfect blonde! I will definitely be coming back.
