    Shout out to Bailey H for my hair and make up. Let me tell you, I woke up the next morning after my event and my hair and make up still looked perfect! I promise, when you go in with an idea for hair and make up BUT keep an open mind, thats when a cosmetologists work will shine through, and you will see the reward. I gave her free range, and she showed out! I loved it, and I know that no one can replicate the work she did for me. 10, 10,10s across the board!

    We went in on Black Friday to pick something up for someone. We had no idea where it was. Jenn took the time to help us find the items. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Shes the reason for the 5 stars! The store was extremely busy and crowded. But the girls at the registers did an excellent job getting everyone through quite quickly. It was definitely the most organized checkout we went to that day.

    From the moment I made the appt over the phone, and spoke to Bailey, I knew I found the right place.What a fantastic team! I’ve visited other locations in the past, and I have to say—this team truly stands out. They have what it takes!I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing stylists at this salon! My aunt and I visited on November 10 to get our hair and makeup done for a wedding, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the team was. Even though they were busy, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, handling every detail with such care and professionalism.We were thrilled with the results, and I left feeling incredibly pleased with the whole experience. The store is so lucky to have such talented ladies—special thanks to Amanda Colon, Gaby Sarandes (hair), Bailey Horne (makeup), Stephanie (eyebrows), and our cashier, Cassandra. Just wow!     Had my hair done by Kaylee at the salon and it was the BEST hair experience I have ever had. Kaylee took the time to explain the process and the steps she would need to take. She checked in with me regularly throughout the SEVEN hour process and when the end product wasnt up to her standards (due to my own hair issues and not her fault at all), she immediately booked me in for a fix.I am thrilled with my hair and I could not be happier.

    Id like to start this by saying that I do not makeup. Im lost in cosmetics and my skin care routine has been the same since I was 12. I am 35. I went to ulta to have someone help me with my ridiculous eyebrows. Being a victim over-plucking epidemic circa 2004, I was seeking professional help. I arrived thinking there would be little to help. Oh, how wrong I was. Not only did the fantastic Sammi map, wax, and tint the minimal furnishings of my brow line, but she also laminated these puppies; and it no longer looks like Im perpetually surprised! She listened to me describe my adolescent skin care routine (which consists of clean and clear morning burst face wash followed by its accompanying moisturizer and an occasional drop or two of vitamin E oil) and, following the long pause where I thought she may be having a stroke, she managed to remain standing and educate me fully on proper adult skin care. Thank you SO much Sammi, you are an absolute TREASURE and I will be booking all of my future appointments with you. You deserve a raise for regularly dealing with customers as clueless as I am. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I had appointment today with Amber. I got one of my all time best cuts ever. In addition she was professional, gracefully and all the things youd wish for.     Kaylee has been the only person I’ve trusted to do my hair for almost 3 years since she did the big chop on my hair taking 16 1/2 inches off. She always takes my concerns in terms of washing, applying product, and convenience into consideration and gives me the best advice and recommendations for my hair, time, and budget. Kaylee gives her full attention during appointments and always makes sure to do an amazing job in a timely manner. Very kind and funny, always making the appointments comfortable and enjoyable.

    I always enjoy shopping here.I love to find a good sale when I can. I always look on my app for offers and coupons. They usually have offers and coupons you can use together ❤️On my last visit, the lady chasing me out made me feel uncomfortable about using my coupon and saying it didnt start until a certain date so I thought I may have had the wrong one and gave her the other one she said this one is not gonna work either. I reread the first one she was wrong. It expires on the date she stated it started and wouldnt even scan the coupon. Im glad I learned to speak up for myself and I was able to use the coupon but next time I may look somewhere else.I enjoyed all my wonderful goodies. I got the Cloud perfume from Ariana Grande. Clique foundation, Christmas stocking stuffers 😉Ulta lip gloss and eye shadow, eye primer, and face primer I love ❤️ the Ulta brand primer.

    Yesterday I and my daughter had our hair done my Stephanie. I explained that my hair pulls red. She managed to color and high light it. Then carefully placed extensions in. I had - several brain surgeries . So my hair was very short and I wanted to feel like a girl. My hair was short above shoulders. By the time I was done - I had long beautiful- naturally looking hair. I felt beautiful. Another client came in and asked to get the color of my hair for herself. Which tells you a lot. My daughter has thick curly hair. She blew the hair out for my daughter and cut it . My daughter looked amazing. If you want to get your eye brows down - they have an facial specialist on hand. Yes they have a eyebrow bar. But both of my kids got their eyebrows down. Plus a few others I had seen get their eye brows done. Their skin was agitated like they had a reaction. I used the skin specialist and I had no issues. I don’t like the fact that not everyone in the store knew the specials. Which I believe they should all know them. As well as someone called to issue to complain about something and the manager wasn’t professional in handling it. As a bystander I shouldn’t of my daughter shouldn’t have to listen to a disagreement. But the salon portion was amazing :).

    I was visiting and looking to pick up new foundation for my daughters special events and wow the customer service was phenomenal from Rory. She was just so outstanding in her knowledge, friendliness and color matching ability. I dont live in Ocala but Id come back to this store just to see her and get her assistance and recommendations. We went in to get foundation for my daughter and all of us left with concealer and or foundation. She definitely knows her stuff! Thank you so much, I truly appreciate everything.

    I had a wash and style done by Jessica Bouton today. Honestly, it was the best experience ive had in a salon setting in a long time. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and even more talented.     Me and my Wife came in there earlier today and we were waiting on a long line. This lovely worker there her name was Natasha I think, (she had tooth gems on her teeth) she was working on not just one register, but TWO while she was on register by herself. She deserves recognition and if I was her boss A RAISE. I never seen someone care so much about getting people checked out so fast like her. That long line turned short very quickly. She also gave great customer service.

    Did a benefit service with Sammi. She was great had a little trouble in the beginning but Sammi was thorough. If you use dermatologist cream for your face be warned you may be rejected but I took the chance and they were kind.

    Just moved up here and was struggling who can achieve my highlight goals, and guess what? I found the Best of the Best!!! Elissa! She is so professional and confident when you speak to her! The Best part is, she delivers what you ask for! My hair was fully highlighted and its still looks so healthy! She trimmed and blow dried with the famous Dyson then added the beautiful curls! She also educated me on what products to use to maintain her beautiful work. She truly has a passion behind what she does and is absolutely amazing! You will see for yourself!

    I can’t remember her name, but there was a sweet young woman who was a PUR consultant/salesperson who said she travels to 15 different locations. She helped me pick the right shade of powder foundation and also suggested I try the 4-in-1 cloud cream moisturizer, which I completely fell in love with. My skin has already improved and it’s been 2 days since buying it. Wish I could remember her name but she was amazing! Everyone there is always super helpful and nice!

    Elisa is the best hairstylist and colorist Ive found since I left NY 16 years ago. She only works weekends now, so you have to be flexible.... so very worth it! Shes trimmed and breathed new life into my semi long hair with layers...shes done incredible things to make my hair color dimensions. 100% recommended

    Went to the Ulta Salon for the first time today and Carrie was my stylist and she was super friendly and really knew her stuff. I was just going in for a root touch up, and while I was in the shampoo bowl, I decided that I wanted to have some spontaneous red added to the ends of my hair and she was all for it and knew exactly what to do! Once she was finally done blow drying and styling my hair and finally let me see the end result, it was EXACTLY what I had pictured in my head, exactly what I wanted! I have a follow up appt in a couple of weeks and Im really looking forward to it :) I would for sure recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and stylist who know what their doing! :)

    The moment I walked thru the door, I was greeted with a warm hello and a friendly face...she asked if I needed any assistance and handed me a basket. While shopping in an unfamiliar store I was greeted once again by another associate as Im sure I looked just as confused as I was aimlessly wandering around the store looking for certain items on my list...she took me right over to where I needed to be and also gave through Instructions where other like items were at as well.     I had a friend dye part of my hair lighter, but it didn’t look so good. After getting a recommendation to go to Tiffany, I set up an appointment to get it fixed. I have never gone to get my hair professionally done. She was a MAGICIAN with my hair and how she fixed it. I LOVE IT. I was planning on using temporary pink dye for the highlights, but it looks so good that I might just keep it how it is! When I get my hair done again, find me at Ulta with Tiffany. She’s not only a great stylist, but a kind person to chat with!

    I may be biased, being a certified makeup junkie, but I love this store in particular because of the salespeople. They were extremely helpful each time with each person assisting me. I was a lost little lamb and they helped me find products without trying to trick or persuade me into buying the more expensive products. Theyre very accommodating and knowledgable. Only thing, I recommend going right when the open or later at night, because when it gets busy it can get VERY crowded, and personally, I love feeling like I have the store to myself, which you will even on a Saturday at around 10:15-10:45. Favorite store and even if there was a sephora in the area, Id still go to this Ulta because it haS such a nice atmosphere.

    Jessica was the girl that helped me, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what my face needed. I bought some lipstick, liner, mascara, a new primer, and cream, and hair stuff. They didnt have something that we tried on my face, so I got one like it, and she gave me a sample of what was used, so I can decide which one I like best.

    Your typical ULTA store... nicer than the one in the villages. The people who work here are always really nice. I dont use the salon so I cant write a review about that. Their CBD product selection is really small... but what they do carry is very good quality. The only main complaint I have is that it takes forever to replenish stock on items like PTR and Truly (this was a pre-COVID issue).

    OMG I love this place. Everything is always so neat and clean. Plus they always have great deals on makeup. As a makeup hoar...der this place is the bees knees. There is always a super friendly staff member to lend a hand or share an opinion and help decide which shade is the best or which eyeliner to pick. This place is less snooty than Sephora and makes you feel more welcome and not scared to use the cleanser when you fill the back of your hand and forearm with swatches. Possibly my favorite place in the world.

    I normally do not go into ulta at all just because I’m not the type to wear a lot of fancy make up. But I was looking for make up for a special occasion. My experience was amazing. Ryan (Clinique counter), took the time to find my exact match of foundation, showed me some techniques, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for and how to help me. (Which took a lot because like I said, the make up I do wear sometimes is from the dollar store). He took the time to find the right lip color to match my skin tone for a more natural every day look. Walked out of there looking like a new woman. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Thanks Ryan, and thank you ulta.

    The quality of the products were good,but there were only 2 employees in the whole store and they were doing make-up for clients. Not enough workers for how busy the store was. We watched multiple people walk in and leave because of this.

    Yesss!! Ulta has so much, and most people have the incorrect thought that its only makeup but just look at the tagline; all things beauty, all in one place. They have makeup, hair products, skincare, eyebrow waxing, and so much more. Plus, its not just all high end makeup, they have drugstore makeup too! Even some new upcoming brands like colourpop and Morphe. And the best thing is that the staff is always friendly and never stuck up. They dont discriminate no matter how you look, or are.
