    The online sign in is a great feature but even better than that they offer haircuts for seniors and kids at a reasonable price. Yay! paying a reasonable price for a haircut makes it easy to leave a very nice tip. this is my new go to place for hair trim - too bad they don’t do foil highlights.

    Service has never been disappointing and I’ve been to a few different locations in a few states. I left the biggest tip so far on my last visit. They went above and beyond. Truly “great” clips.

    Updated review: Denise was excellent, but she left for Colorado...went back to try my luck and ended up getting Mack - absolutely outstanding and seems to always be available when I am in; I believe I have been using him for three months now. Should you come in here, just ask for him. Heck of a nice guy: personable, professional, precise and quick!

    Mack is one of the best Barbers I have ever had.For most of my life, when I needed a haircut I would go to the nearest Hair Cuttery or Sports Clips and take the first barber available. Typically, this would be a woman who would ask me what I was looking for in a haircut and then proceed with what I can only hope was her best effort. Very rarely would I walk away completely satisfied with my haircut as every barber is different and not every barber always does a good job.This habit persisted when I moved to Ocala. I would find the most available barber and gamble whether I would wear a hat for the following few days or walk out beaming with self confidence. However, that changed when I met Mack at Great Clips last year.Mack is personable, down-to-Earth, and one hell of a barber. I ALWAYS leave Great Clips with my head held high, proud of the haircut I received, because Mack ALWAYS does a great job.He is the only person I seek out to cut my hair and the only reason I give my business to Great Clips.

    The staff is very helpful and friendly at this Great Clips location. If you sign in online your wait will only be a few minutes. Great Clips keeps track of how you have your haircut via the company computer system, so no matter which location you visit they will have an idea of how you like your hair cut.

    We were a walk in and luckily had no wait time. I showed the stylist a picture of what my son wanted and she had got it done perfect. They even made notes of what they did for my son amd how she cut his hair for the next time we come. We will definitely be back again.

    I like the staff and the prices. The two people I liked cutting my hair moved away. The person I used cut my hair to short. I had showed her a picture of a previous cut I liked and wanted. She didnt pay attention to my request. ☹️

    Super sweet and fun bunch. I originally stopped by for a free haircut for Veterans Day. My salon stylist was polite and gave an excellent cut. My sons and daughters liked my cut as well and wanted one too. So, I went back in and had four child cuts. The boys had a similar as mine and my girls had a trim up. Everyone handled the experience well and we all had some good laughs. Well be back later for future cuts :)

    I started using Great Clips because of their price, but they are much more than that. They keep notes in their system on how your hair was cut. This helps greatly since you may not always get the same stylist each visit. Showing a picture of a style you like is also good-thats what I do - and Ive never been dIsappointed!

    I needed a basic hair cut and I got exactly that. The stylist was friendly and courteous. The salon was clean and relatively busy but I only waited 15 minutes and I walked in. I paid 17.00 and left with a coupon for a discount on my next visit. I will definitely go back for my next haircut. Mind you they dont do any chemical services.

    Made an on-line appointment that showed about a 40 minute wait, left the house after about 15 minutes. Received 15 minute notice while enroute. Waited less than 10 minutes once I got there. The barber used my saved file and cut my hair just as I wanted which is an old Navy style military cut. Great convenience, job, and price.

    Great service, price, and results.  one offering a great haircut at a great location at a great price. They pride themselves on making it easy for customers to get a great haircut at a time and place that’s convenient for them. Theyre open evenings and weekends, no appointments necessary.What impressed me is how easy theyve made it for customers to make Great Clips their salon of choice with our  technology that allows stylists to keep notes on a customer’s haircut and is accessible at any Great Clips salon. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Great value and results!

    So happy I stumbled upon this little barbershop! Ive been paying way toouch for haircuts since I moved to Ocala, and its deterred me from getting haircuts as frequent as Id like. But I went to great clips almost by accident the other day, lol, and got a great and fast haircut for a very reasonable price! With my 20% tip (which I always give to my barbers!) included, the total was still less than a haircut without tip at my former barbershop. I spent $22 for a very nice fade from a very nice lady at GreatClips. Ill be there again in 2 weeks 😜

    This is the one place I go to get my hair cut as well as my families. I took my daughter (3 years) in to get her first hair cut, I was super nervous but they did such a great job with her and her hair turned out looking better than ever. They are fairly good at listening to what you want, but not always. It is a hit or miss with some but for the majority, my family is very satisfied.

    Me & my grandmother went here yesterday evening & the 2 women working there were very nice. Grace did my grandmothers hair and it turned out great! I never got the name of the woman who cut my hair, but she did great job trimming my hair & giving me side bangs. Definitely reccomend this place.

    Experience here is always good! You can book ahead of time. The hair stylists are all experienced and friendly. Special note: one of the FEW places you can go for a bang trim that they charge a VERY reasonable price for a bang trim(not 1/2-regular haircut price like most all other places!)

    Went here for my first time. The stylists attention to detail was amazing. Most places that Ive been to primarily use clippers. But my stylists preferred to primarily use scissors and took her time to make sure I really enjoyed my cut and looked good too.

    Ive been Going here for a while now and the best service Ive ever had was with Ciara. She has done an amazing job with my hair and has given me the best advice Ive ever had on how to keep the hair healthy and to rethickin the hair. If I could give her big tips I totally would cause she deserves it after doing really good with my hair. Someday I will be giving her those tips! I also have had really good service with the other stylests I just been sticking with her cause she knows how to do the best job with my hair type and most likely other styles too but just dont know. Go and see which stylests is best for you and if its Ciara than youll see why Ive given her 5 stars!

    Visiting from N.Y.S.-arrived with a bad perm and a bad cut. Regina at the Grand Oaks Town Center location fixed both with a great cut. Very pleased!! Ill be coming back on next Florida trip.

    I love this place. The different techs can cut my hair. They put the description of the haircut in the computer so anyone at any great clips in any state can pull up the cut on the computer and give you the same service & cut. I travel clear across town to get my hair cut at this place.

    Ive been going to Great Clips salons for years but this was my first time at this particular Great Clips location.. My stylist was Regina who did an excellent job and if you hear or read that Regina listens to what you would like believe it because she does.. Regina gave me the exact hair cut that I wanted the first time since I moved to Florida in 1995.. Im sure the other stylists at this Great Clips do great hair cuts also but Regina is now my fav..
