Kim is an amazing hairdresser. She makes my hair beautiful every time I go. Kim is very professional, listens to what I’m wanting and hair turns out even better than I was expecting. I highly recommend Kim!!!

Honestly, I don’t know where to start with this review as there are so many great things to say about this recent experience. I needed to get this review out to let all the Ocala residents, particularly the women, know about this great find!Are you frustrated like I have been the last 3 1/2 years of living in wonderful Ocala, going from one salon to another, because of good reviews I read, only to find out it was horrible? The last place I visited was really unbelievable and I vowed to keep searching and would even travel to the next town if I had too. I knew there had to be someone out there that took pride in her work, had a ton of experience, passion, and let’s not forget talent and ability and also important: professionalism! I almost forgot, and about as friendly and nice as they come.The salon: it’s in a building that has other stylists in it with their own space. The building is so nice! Kim’s room was impeccably clean and so warm and inviting, and very customer centric. It will feel like you are famous (and then you thank God you aren’t 😜)as it is private and roomy and a real relaxing and cheery environment. She’s got large windows on each side which gives off lots of beautiful natural light into the space. The chair was very comfortable too.Her first time clients she sets aside two hours to go over what you are looking for and gives plenty of time if you want to have a color with your cut. I was thinking I would just get a cut, because I had recently gotten highlights but wasn’t happy. I asked her if she had time to do highlights as she knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am fair skinned and naturally blonde/light brown but partially gray due to my age. My blondish highlights were washing me out and I needed dimension. I also told her the problems I experience with my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted.She had plenty of time since she books out 2 hours, so she was able to do a cut and partial highlights since I didn’t need to get full highlights since I just had them done at another salon about a month ago.The color product didn’t have a noticeable smell and she proceeded to put the low and high lights in all the places she needed to give me exactly what I was looking for, which was mainly to give some more dimension with color so I’m not so washed out in appearance. I couldn’t be more pleased and honestly, amazed at this point of the whole experience. This was the stylist of my dreams! 😜She proceeded to gently wash out the color and cut my hair in a way to make it move more easily and gave me the face framing texture around the face that flatters me much more than anything blunt.The price was more than reasonable and even less than some of the not so great (terrible actually), salons I have visited so far since living in Ocala.It turned out she is a kindred spirit too and values her family like I do, is kind hearted, and the perfect personality to be doing what she does.I am so happy to have found her and finally found that hairstylist of my dreams. You know the one I wished for but have never found no matter where I lived so I thought perhaps she just doesn’t exist. Kim is going to LISTEN to you, and she’s got a TON of experience and knowledge to help you figure out how to solve your hair issues and give you what you want.Finally, I just had to write this review for all my fellow female residents of Ocala who haven’t found that hairstylist they love and perhaps think she doesn’t exist here in Ocala. She does, and I hope she never moves! I might have to move with her! 😜
