    I visit the Betty Brow several times monthly for lashes and waxing…this place is ALWAYS clean and inviting with an awesome hip decor!! Kristin does an amazing job with Brazilian waxing taking extra care and has helped me develop a great aftercare regimen that finally works for me! Brandy is excellent with permanent makeup I had my brows permanently enhanced and I LOVE them what a great way to wake up feeling beautiful with no effort! Monica is very personable she also offers beautiful lash extensions that last…if your looking for a hip and fun place that will have you walk by the mirror and take a double take every time this is the place! I can’t wait to come back!!

    Ive been going to Betty Brow for years and I love them! Brandy and her staff are amazing.     Kristin was very professional. She explained everything before she did it. She shared that it doesn’t work for everyone and she would not proceed if she didn’t think my lash lift would be successful. My lash lift was successful! The music in the background was a pleasant comfort measure. The table I laid on was heated which is a huge plus because I’m always cold in the a/c. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely be returning. A big plus was as a first time customer I received a free eyebrow wax! I’m going to give my husband a men’s facial for his birthday at Betty Brow. I know he will really enjoy Kristen’s friendly professional service. Thank you Kristen

    I have been coming here for many months now for lashes and facials and this place is the place to go if you want to look amazing!Monica has been the absolute best! She is the sweetest ever, makes you feel like you have known her for years and makes your lashes look flawless!     I want to share my experience with Betty Brow. For several years, my brows have been fading away and I was frightened to have anything done. I was referred to brandy at BB, went in for a consult. She was straight forward, honest and I knew she was very knowledgeable and professional. I did it and could not be happier. WOW. So, I just went back and had both upper and lower eye liner done. Its amazing!!! Brandy works with each client on their individual needs. I have already recommended to many of my friends. So, ladies, dont hesitate. Go in and get beautiful and make your life so much easier!! Youre worth it!!!!

    After 30 yrs I needed my upper & lower eye lids redone.For the artist this can be harder because you’re going over someone else’s work From different friends Brandy’s name came up as the “only”artist that could do the job expertly. And they were 100% correct. Brandy listened to what I wanted explained her techniques and the results were excellent.I am so happy with the outcome…My eyes are popping again…With no additional makeup…a must for on the go busy schedules.And to top it off she’s an amazing woman

    My first visit was with Jojo for brow and lash tint. I love the professional yet comfortable feel of the salon. Jojo was professional and explained everything she was doing. I did not feel rushed. My second appointment was fir a Brazilian wax with Kristin. Again, professional but comfortable and didnt feel rushed. Kristin explained each step and the products she uses. She provided indepth aftercare instructions and followed up the next day with a text reminding me of the importance of following the aftercare instructions and said to contact her if any issues arose, which they didnt. Her technique was not painful but very thorough. I had been receiving Brazilian waxing from another salon and had a lot of regrowth after only 3 weeks and had a lot of missed spots. That is not the case with this salon. I had my followup maintenance waxing yesterday with minimal regrowth. I also added getting my forearms waxed and again it was painless and thorough. This will now be the only salon I go to for brow, lash and waxing services.

    My lash artist was Monica, she’s super great whether you wanna gossip, talk serious or just take time to relax while she works her magic. I went in kinda unsure of what style I wanted so she gave me a suggestion based on my eye/lash shape and we found what worked best. The shop overall is clean and cute, would definitely recommend for all of that alone, although they also have great pricing which makes it a 5 star combined.

    I received a gift card on Christmas from my hubby for services at The Betty Brow Co. I scheduled a lash appt with Monica. I am more than pleased with the results of my lashes. So far, the lashes have been on for several days with almost little to no shedding. Monica was timely, professional, and very personable. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I would highly recommend Betty Brow Co to anyone seeking quality work and professionalism. I am looking forward to my first fill with Monica.     I had my eyebrows microshaded by Brandy in December, with a follow up appointment in January and let me just tell you they are AHHHHMAZING! Brandy did an awesome job.     Update- 3 years later: I just had Monica do my lashes and I was very hesitant as Ive never had them done before but ohmahgoodness- theyre amazing. Monica makes you feel comfortable and is consistent with asking if you need anything, explains everything as she goes, and does quality work. Went back for my 2 week fill and will hopefully be able to keep up. The fact that she will work with your schedule really says that she cares- I work a LOT, and she has worked around my hours twice. Thats a HUGE plus for me. Shes a great addition to the Betty Brow Co team.Brandy is the absolute best around. Completely comfortable environment where you dont feel judged and feel like she is bringing out your most beautiful self. Ive had my eyebrows and lips done and Im so pleased with how they turned out.     I’ve been to Betty Brow 3 times now. Twice for facials with Kristin and once to get my permanent eyeliner done with Brandy. These ladies know they’re stuff. Brandy has the most steady hand and my results are better than I hoped. Kristin’s work has amazed me both times. I see an actual difference immediately and after speaking with her, I’m thinking I may ditch the Botox and let her work her magic safely, naturally and effectively. They research and try out product they use and sell so they know it’s all safe with good ingredients and very reasonably priced. You cannot beat their prices honestly. I haven’t had any work from JoJo but I have spoken with her on the phone and she was so helpful and friendly and supportive of the women she works with. It’s just a great place, with good vibes.     Having had a poor experience with micro blading in the past (another establishment) , it took a lot to make an appointment for this service again.I am SO GRATEFUL for Brandy and her professionalism!     For many years I have always wanted to get a Brazilian Wax done BUT I was always afraid of getting it done.     UPDATE: Tried Betty brow once again, I figured maybe the lashes were falling out due to oily skin. Monica explained different options I could try to enhance my lashes. I tried the lash lift and for the price I’m quite satisfied. She was very informative and friendly. Will be coming back to try different sets and services. They have my interest now’ :)Tried this place out for hybrid classic lashes. I believe I had jojo do this set. After one day, lashes were falling out. I didn’t even get through a full two weeks. I wore no makeup- did not get the lashes wet and they were just falling out almost everyday. I feel like I wasted my money. I don’t think I’ll try them again. I need real lash extensions that hold up well. Unpleased with the service not to mention I was uncomfortable during my session because of the chair I had to lay in for 1 hour.

    I’m obsessed with Betty Brow Co!!! I did some light research on the procedures (microblading and lash extensions) but, I did not really know what to expect prior to coming in. Brandy made the whole experience pleasant. She was quick (appointment too less time than advertised), friendly (keep me laughing and smiling), and clearly knowledgeable with everything. With the microblading specifically, I had ZERO hair growth on the tails but she worked her magic and BAM I have eyebrows! She worked with me closely to ensure the brows were the perfect size and shape, watching her do the mapping process was awesome. She took her time and was clearly skilled. I have been wearing lashes and browns happily and confidently since. Its only been a day but I have gotten so many compliments on my brows and how my lashes look so natural.     Im so in love with my new PERFECT eyebrows!!! They look way better than what I dreamed of! Also impressed with the office and how artistically decorated and clean it was.     Absolutely love going here. Every time it’s always a pleasant and comfortable experience. Kristin is extremely knowledgeable about the products she uses and walks you thru the whole process from start to finish. She has a wonderful attention to detail and I never have to worry about allergic reactions from the products used. My skin is definitely clearer and is never red when I leave from a waxing session (a problem I’ve had everywhere else I have gone). Rather than pass on knowing that products you are using are not working for you she will let you know that what you’re using does not agree with your skin! For someone who struggles with finding exfoliators and cleansers that is a huge plus. I definitely recommend getting a pretty kitty package, I absolutely love the results. And my eyebrows have never looked better! They always frame my face perfectly and are never too small or look like a part is missing.

    So I have been wanting to get microblading for a long time now because I have anxiety issues that result in stress pulling out/plucking my eyebrows which I have done since I was a kid Id have a missing patch of eyebrow right in the middle of my eyebrows. As an adult I have done it to the extent that I had to start filling my eyebrows in and after researching it forever and finally finding a Permanent makeup artist with fair pricing I bit the bullet and set the appointment and got them.done today and I could not be happier with the results will have pictures to.follow after.they are healed up but they already look so natural and like my regular eyebrows which is what iv been looking for. The Betty Brow Co. In Ocala Florida is Amazing the owner/permanent make up artist Brandy does amazing work and not only is she super talented but shes really nice and personable professional and knowledgeable and not pushy like some artists in the beauty industry.     I have been to many different salons and beauty parlors but once I got with Betty Brows, I never when anywhere else again. The atmosphere alone makes you feel welcomed and that you are in good hands. All the girls employed under Brandi have been trained by the Queen B herself!     Kristin did my very first Brazilian wax. she was amazing. walked me through everything she was going to do and while doing it. I also had the lash lift done. my lashes look beautiful. my experience with the Brazilian was very good I actually went back last week for the maintenance. today I had a detox facial. My face feels so much better. Kristin is awesome. she knows what she is doing and she is very down to earth. I am very happy with all the services I have gotten done so far. totally recomend her.Ps. if you are getting a Brazilian wax I totally recomend the pretty kitty package. 😊 totally worth it.

    Jojo did my eyelash extensions, she took the time to do a consultation of what I was looking for and how I wanted them to look. I had pictures of my pervious extensions that I had done in another state and she was able to use that as a example of what I was looking for. Not only was she friendly but walked me through what other services they offered and took her time making sure my extensions looked amazing !     Ive been wanting to treat myself for a bit, but was nervous about where to go and what to get. For microblading I have seen so many artists online who ONLY post pics of right after, and never 2-4 weeks later when its healed. And reviews were always mixed. I felt confident going with Brandy for microblading based off all the research I did and she was wonderful. Walked me through the whole procedure, kept me laughing and engaged, and did a terrific job! She impressed me so much I booked a lip filler appt that night with her.For eyelashes, I trusted Jojo for a lift and tint, and with virgin eyebrows I had no idea what to expect. Like with Brandy, she was kind and thoughtful with walking through the procedure and had me looking gorgeous after the fact. (Her harry potter jokes certainly helped too!) ive now gone for three lift and tints with Jojo and am a customer for life for this!Lastly, I had a reallyreallyreally important date coming up and wanted the full shabang pretty kitty package. As someone who has only experienced harsh waxing experiences, Kristen opened my eyes to how down there pampering could be. She was gentle and used wax made for sensitive skin and made sure to check on me with how I was bearing the pain. Plus the vajaci and aftercare alone was so worth it. Theres no way I can do a normal wax ever again. Love this place !!

    I had my eyebrows microbladed by Brandy and she did an amazing job! I’ve never had this done before so I was kind of nervous but she took her time to explain everything to me. She was very thorough when she mapped my eyebrows and made sure they were exactly symmetrical and just how I wanted them. I asked her to make them thicker and once she did I didn’t like it and she was able to remove it instantly and do what she originally wanted to do which looked way better. Take my advice and just trust her. She knows what’s best for your brows. Lol. The room was very cute too and super clean. Overall I’m super happy and would definitely recommend her for anyone wanting permanent makeup.

I drove from Alabama to take her schooling because her work is AMAZING!! So I wanted to learn from the Best of The Best in Ocala and she didn’t disappoint me at all. Very thorough with her teaching and encouraging as well. She goes back to when she was first learning and that’s how she teaches.     LOVE LOVE LOVE BRANDY! she absolutely will not let you leave looking crazy! 🤣 i had my brows microbladed at a nail salon 🤦‍♀️ in pensacola. they were so horrible i didnt leave the house for a week hoping they would get better as they healed. they did not. a few weeks later, i move to ocala and find brandy! granted this has taken a while, but thats what happens when you let a nail salon do your eyebrows. brandy went back and re did my brows using a microshading technique, and on the touch up removed some of the crazy strokes left behind from the nail salon. 💯 pleased and blessed to have found brandy! thank you soooooo much!
