    I will never go anywhere else! I’m obsessed with Linna and her work (and I’m picky)! I wish I could post videos to show how the red ones changed with the light in different angles but either way you can tell how beautiful they are. Love them every time ! Photos of the most recent attached.

    A very nice Salon in Ocala. I’ve visited many and Luxury is a top pick. Bit is my go to gal. I was referred by a friend and haven’t seen anyone else although Bit speaks very highly of her peers. She is very creative and passionate and even if you don’t know what you want, she makes you feel great every time. I recommend!

    I recently switched to this nail salon. It’s not the closest to me but it’s well worth the drive! I’ve never had bad service here. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is always friendly and professional.

    Well let me start with saying Google Reviews are worth it when researching. I was looking to get my nails and toes done and saw that Fabulous Jenny had great things said about her, so I reserved a timeslot with her. I was Not Disappointed. She is Funny, Personable, and so very good at what she does. She was attentive, helpful as I am quite indecisive as I dont do my nails very often. She did a Beautiful Job, and I am so Happy with the results. I will reserve her on my next time around on nails.Thank you Fabulous Jenny, you are FabulousI was looking for something subtle this time so just a pink/white ombre on nails, and White with Chrome for toes. (I have a huge bruise on my toe and I didnt think was going to be covered well, the white worked and I told her next time, I will be adventurous and let her surprise me. :)Alanna

    Luxury always provides professional service. Whether I have an appointment or just walk in, they are always accommodating. All nail techs are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They will recreate a picture if you provide one. Pricing and cleanliness are above other places. Definitely our go to salon.

    Made my first visit to Luxury Nails this morning. Attentive service from the moment I walked in the door. It was busy but I did not have to wait more than a few minutes. My nail tech (Johnnie I think?) was patient, kind, and did an excellent job on my raggedy feet! I felt rejuvenated when I left. I will definitely be back.

    I just moved to the area last week and was in desperate need of a fill, especially after one of my nails started lifting. I did the typical deep dive into Google reviews on all the nail salons around me and saw that Lucury Nails and Spa not only had high reviews but they had a lot of them and since theyre only a few miles away I decided to call them to ask about availability.It was 2:30 on a Tuesday and I was told they had availability from 3:00-6:00 so I booked for 4:00. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, checked in and then directed to the station to look at color options. My nail tech My greeted me there. She was able tonrinr w color that closely matched a color I had from a different salon. And found the perfect sparkle to put on top.My did an excellent job with my nails. She was quick but also paid attention to detail.She did ask if I wanted a pedicure once she finished my manicure and while I didnt have time yesterday I will be back the next few days to get one.I usually did walk ins where I previously lived but I plan to schedule future nail appointments with My.The salon itself was very clean. Quiet and relaxing. Seating was comfortable.I was also happy to see the price of my service was $20 less than what I was used to paying!A really great experience!

    Trihn always does an amazing job. She’s great at picking colors and remembering how you like your nail shape. Spa constantly being cleaned very inviting. This is my go to for many years now. Highly recommend them

    I was a walk-in on a busy Thursday evening but they were still able to work me in. Jimmy was very attentive and thorough. He took his time & did not rush my deluxe pedicure even though it was close to closing time. Very relaxing, pampering experience.

    I have been coming here for at least 5+ years. Khanh is my go-to for my nails and pedicures. He is an incredibly kind person in addition to being very meticulous and thorough in his work. I will delay my appointment if I cannot get him or his wife Angela. Prices are reasonable in my opinion and they are always adding new colors or new things (zen and tap gel).

    Best place by far! I took my mom here for a girls day and we were so impressed with the experience we will definitely be coming back! I waxed my eyebrows, had a brazilian wax and gel nails and Tammy was amazing. I will ask for her everytime !

    I have tried many nail salon in Ocala. Luxury Nails and Spa is undoubtedly the best. My nail techs Jimmy and Lenna are consistent and pay attention to detail. They never seem rushed, they are precise and would never let whats going on around them be a distraction to your service. Jimmy is best in the game for pedicures and French, Lenna is the best manicurist and nail artist in Ocala. Thank you both for always making me feel pampered.Gabby

    Angela has been my nail technician for many years now. Im not a clothing or shoe collector but do love having my nails and toes done especially when wearing any of my Roxy flip flops! Gel polish is the only way polish is going to last longer than a day on me. With the acrylic underneath I can continue to garden and wash dishes without any problems. I trust her opinion on colors when I cant decide and to do hand drawn nail art. Her husband Kahn sits beside her and he is also wonderful. The staff have always been friendly to me.

    My first experience here was absolutely phenomenal! I was a walk-in and maybe waited 2 minutes. I met Bit who was extremely friendly and professional. I told her I needed a fill but didnt know how I wanted my color done. All I wanted was black with a lot of glitter. She gave me three different options. She wasnt rough, she was very polite whenever she asked me to move my hand under the lamp. Bit also did my eyebrow wax to which she was extremely proficient with the service. Overall, I felt very welcomed into the salon and was immediately treated like family. The salon was very clean and and didnt have a strong acrylic odor at all. Bit informed me that everyone in the salon loved their job and they are always happy to do some pretty amazing nail art. I will definitely return as I have found my new favorite place! 😍

    Luxury Nail & Spa is more than just a place to get your nails/spa done. I have had the pleasure of going there over the past 5 years. I have moved away from Ocala and have come back to the area. My loyalty remains to this nail salon not only because when you leave you feel not only beautiful but recharged. A very good energy in the atmosphere they have created with staff that is experienced. Their hours are just unbeatable no other salons in town are open on Sunday plus you can guarantee they are open with an early start. They know customer service. When you go there for me at least I get that home like vibe the staff remembers your name and cares about how youre doing. I make this salon part of my routine every two weeks and after a long week I look forward to going!

    I started coming to Luxury after my nail tech moved, I was a little hesitant at first because I like the smaller shops w the personalized attention...you know the place- when call or come in they call you by your name and joke around, they little details about you...I have been pleasantly surprised because I get that personalized attention at luxury! Usually Trihn takes care of me, but I’ve had gone to several other techs as well and always get great service and I’m ALWAYS greeted by name as soon as I walk in (or call). The manager and owners are very particular about making sure the client is happy and they are just as particular about cleanliness.

    My pedicure was ok except for how they charged me which I didnt figure out until later looking at my receipt. I brought in my own polish for my my hands and feet. My hands were done great, no problems, but my feet are another story. I told them it was a gel polish (although it could be used either way - regular painting or with the light as a gel) and that my hands were done as a gel with the lights. The light was never used on my toes and when the wax bags were put on it actually put a huge dented line in my toe on the last foot that was done. After I got home I felt the dent in my toe and then doing the math I realized I was charged for the gel version of the upgraded pedicure I got, its a $15 difference which is quite a bit in the grand scheme, and to first of all use my own polish and then to not treat it like gel and use the lights seems a bit like trying to get one over on your customers. Seeing as how my hands were done 1st I saw how much that cost and after doing the math and looking at the brochure I was clearly charged for the gel version. Im not expecting to get some discount for using my own polish but Id like to have been charged for the services I actually received. I figured since she painted them normal that I paid the lower tier of the pedicure style but that was clearly not the case. I really like this place but just pay attention and really look at what youre paying before you leave, it is kinda a rush out the door and this might be why unfortunately 🤷.

    I went there on my birthday yesterday and got a full set pink and white ombré, coffin shaped and Angela did an amazing job on my nails not only that the two gentlemen up front were very welcoming and friendly I love coming here thank you for a wonderful experience.     My mom, daughter and I celebrated mothers day together by getting manicures and pedicures together at Luxury Nails & Spa. We had Tony, My, and Antonine do our services and they were wonderful. Very good customer service and conversation and especially good Mani Pedi spa treatments. We will be back.

    Angela helped me, I am satisfied with my nails and they were what I asked for. I was really skeptical about going in after I saw how many bad reviews I read. I was in and out the fastest I have ever had a manicure so definitely not a spa experience but she got the job done in record time which I am okay with.

    I am pleased with my nails and the quality of my service. Nail artists: My and Kahan are always excellent.I am not so pleased with my checkout experience. I have been coming to the salon for approximately 2 years. Today a customer put her phone number in and apparently she has reward points it paid for her service? I spend $100 every 2 weeks. So i asked the counter clerk and she said they used to ask customers if they want to sign up. But now they dont push it?I asked how long have you had this...she was like .. for a while . I signed up and she said now you have 100 points.Im not pleased, I should have a TON of points.

    Good salon..enjoyed my pedicure...massage was a good length of time. Really need pictures hung in alcoves that match the decor ( maybe scenes from Italy?) And I like the other salon I have been to that brings everything out on a bamboo tray with an orchid , it looks so fancy...also, they offer you a drink as soon as you sit down which is nice.     Love this nail salon! I can call and get an appointment same day usually with in a few hours. Jenny is my go to girl- she is wonderful at what she does and I usually let her decide what she puts on my nails and she has not disappointed me at all. Highly recommend!

    It’s “you get what you pay for” but in a positive way. I have tried many nail salons in Ocala. I swear by Luxury Nails & Spa. The price may be slightly higher than most places, but in my opinion the service is worth it. The techs truly take their time. I always feel relaxed & refreshed after a pedicure. My nails are always perfect! They make sure you like your nails multiple times before proceeding. They’re kind and patient. On top of that, my nails last about a month each time I get them done. Definitely worth it if you ask me. Only place I’ll go to, & only place I’ll suggest.

    My first time trying this salon was on Mother’s Day at around 1130am. This place was packed but things moved along rather quickly! I got a pedicure with Nina N. who was amazing and up sold me on my first ever wax. She was amazing and super kind... I had Thomas for the fill on my nails. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable on why my nails were in such bad shape (working outside daily with pool chemicals). I will definitely be using this salon again and hopefully be able to stick with the techs I had today. I highly recommend this salon 😊 5 Stars

    Jason is wonderful! He does an excellent job and my nails always look amazing when he is done. He is polite, works hard, quick and always make sure my nails are even, painted perfectly and look beautiful. I highly recommend him.

    Mr. Tim at this fine establishment gave me the best foot rub during a pedicure Ive ever had!!! I went during a not as busy time and I think that really makes a difference. This salon has been one of my favs for years, but sometimes during busier time some of the techs tend to rush. NOT THIS TIME!!! I GIVE MR. TIM A 10 STAR RATING!!! I will be requesting him for sure next time!!! Hope he is still there!!!!

    I have been going there for about 6 years now. I won’t lie in the beginning there were ups and downs trying out different nail techs. But as soon as I found the right one I haven’t been disappointed since. So yes I give 5 stars now. The place is very friendly clean and they do the best to please. It is a bit pricey but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. $20 pedicures last less then a week verses $35 that last well over a month. You do the math.

    I absolutely love this salon! I have been going since they have been open and they are very courteous and polite. Their facility is always clean and the take extra precautions while in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Also, Jason is amazing. I always feel refreshed when he works on my feet. If you need someone that can give extra attention to your aching feet, Jason is your guy!!

    I took a 90 year old Elder do this place to get her nails done. They were fantastic with the nails quick and gentle. However when she was getting some hairs off of face which we all know this happens when you get old there were not gentle they were a little rough.So there is a very clean Store Friendly people but I would not ask for anything to be done with your skin.

From the moment I walked in I knew my experience would be great! I was greeted and everyone was very respectful and cheery! Very clean and well established! Much appreciation for having the same nail tech do both my nails and feet! I could go on and on about the great customer service/ experience! Luxury Nails and Spa in Ocala is one for the books!     Tiffany is wonderful. She makes sure to pay attention to the details so im not picking for 2 weeks. I cant come up with a complaint. I have never had a problem with getting in. I always feel comfortable here. Staff are very nice and friendly and I feel they are family to each other. Great atmosphere. This is the best place and for very reasonable prices.

    I walked in without an appointment and they were very busy but were able to get me in after only about 10 minutes. I got a manicure with gel polish and then requested a pedicure with the same. Out the door it was $75 plus tip. The staff was very friendly and did a great job.

    I always come here for a gel manicure, and Ive never had any complications or bleeding. The tech was very nice and always had some small talk so it wasnt awkward. The only bad time I had there was getting a pedicure. We were pressured into getting a longer one because of a better deal. The heated towels was the worst experience Ive ever had. The towels were boiling and she laid them down on my legs. When she removed them, my legs had redness all over. Over all the place is nice and I love getting French manicures there.

    Five stars for JULIE! Hit and miss with other techs and pedicures at Luxury, but Julie does the best nails in Ocala. Acrylic, gel, dip, etc. she is the best. Perfectly shaped and always the natural thin look —not all chunky and fake looking. She’s also very sweet and easy to talk to. I’ve been getting acrylics consistently for 10+ years and she is the best nail tech I’ve ever found.
