    Love this place and services here are so friendly and makes you feel at home!You cant go wrong with any of the nail techs here. They take their time with you.Super patient and definitely perfectionists. I love how they are super transparent! Theres a sign and you will know how much before you do service with them.Definitely give them a try. Its super clean. Thanks Mimi and Michelle for the quality nails.     I’ve been going here for the past few months. The environment is peaceful and welcoming. They all do such great work. I recently fractured my shoulder but they were so gentle during my service yesterday and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

    The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing my nails are. Every time I go in, I’m not disappointed! The staff is always friendly and easy going. The salon itself is calming and beautiful. Everything is clean and organized.

    Literally 5 broken bones and no broken nails ?!I was involved in a motorcycle accident this weekend which resulted in pretty bad injuries all over my body. Some how my 3 week old set survived and still looks good. I actually had an appointment the day of my accident but had to cancel, now, I truly wish I had gone. I definitely plan to reschedule with Ken when I get out of the hospital and will continue to go there for the rest of my life.

    I got my nails done for the first time here about two weeks ago and they’re still going strong! the price is super fair, the staff is so so sweet, and the guy who did my nails was so awesome. they’re exactly what i wanted. i highly recommend this nail salon!!!

    Oh my gosh! Amazing customer service, professional and friendly techs. The owner Mimi is fantastic as she does my nails and Bill performs the most fabulous pedicures. The shop is super clean and they sanitize the pedicure bowls after each customer. The techs take pride not only in their work, but forming relationships with the customers. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a fantastic nail salon.

    I went there with my friend. It was our first time coming there. I forgot his name, but I’m pretty sure he was the owner. He was absolutely amazing. Wonderful to talk to felt like home right when we walked in we felt very welcomed. We got a pedicure and it was amazing. Best service I’ve ever had highly recommend going again.

    Ken did an absolutely incredible job! i’m obsessed w my nails; Mimi’s is a total hidden gem and i absolutely recommend! Ken was so fast and paid great attention to detail, i will definitely be coming back.

    I’m am overly excited about my experience here. The aesthetic screams ELEGANT!! The service is amazing and the staff is absolutely fantastic! This is the cleanest full set I’ve had in a very long time. Ken is very detail oriented and aims to deliver the style you desire. They hear you!! If you have not been to Mimi’s, you have to have the experience at least once! I will definitely be going back, over and over again!!

    I had a great experience with Jeffrey during my pedicure yesterday. He was cool, down-to-earth, and really relatable, which made the experience even better. I drive trucks so he definitely appreciated that and was surprised at the same time took the time out to give my feet the attention it needed. The entire staff at the salon was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Visiting from out of town for work and needed somewhere to go to get a full set and I am so pleased. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, beautiful salon, great color options and affordable prices. They even gave me recommendations on places to go while i’m here, which I so appreciate. I added a photo with a dark contrast behind it so you could see just got beautiful the color is and how even of a job the nail was filed!I will definitely be back when i’m in town and couldn’t recommend them enough!

    This salon was great! I came with my mom as a walkin and we did not have to wait at all. Ken was the nail tech that helped her and was really nice. When my mom had questions on what exactly he was putting on her he was more than happy to answer the questions as well as changing the shape to her liking. Very friendly, clean, and definitely will be coming back to get my nails done!

    Mimi is fantastic. Her quality is really good. I’m hard on my nails and they’ve never lasted this well. When Mimi does my nails I usually have to get them done because they grow out, not because of chipping and separating of polish.I get dip polish.

    Ive been here twice & both times were excellent visits. Very clean & appealing to the eye environment. I called ahead with only 15 to 20 minutes notice both times & was helped immediately. My nails are not chipping (had a pedicure the first visit & acrylics the 2nd) & they look great. Ill definitely be back to see Mimi & the crew.

    Ivy was sweet, professional and did a wonderful job on my gel nails. The Salon was spotless and you get your own box for the files she uses on your hands. There was no additional charge for this, its just the way she works. Im very happy I found her and highly recommend to to anyone. My tech left the area, the difference between my old place and her Salon was night and day. Her prices were the same, but her service was beyond compare, I will be a customer of hers for a long time. Try her out, you will be impressed!

    I called ahead to make an appointment at 4:00. I arrived on time It was told to sit in somebody would help me. I sat for quite a while and then they brought me back to the pedicure chairs and told me to sit in the chair. Well they didnt ever fill it up with water and get the heat going or anything- usually if Im just waiting on a nail technician to finish up with someone theyll at least fill up the foot bath so I can start soaking. Nothing. They just left me in the chair by myself for about 15 minutes and completely ignored me. No indication that they were going to get to me soon or how long I would be waiting. I understand that sometimes things get busy which is why I bothered to make an appointment. Dont take appointments if youre not going to honor the appointment time. If you were too busy at that time and needed to book me for another time slot tell me so when I call and ask when a good time would be is- Id be okay coming at another time. But Im not okay with making an appointment for a certain time and then wasting my time waiting anyway.Edit: The owner called me back later and apologized for the wait time. I appreciate their acknowledgement and will give them another shot.

    Did what I asked for the only thing I can really think that could use improvement is they need to get some clippers designed for cutting tips. The scissors she used flared the ends quite a bit and she didnt take time to bend them back. She also nicked me but lets be honest that happens from time to time. Its basically a drill theyre using to scuff ur nail bed so the acrylic will stay. Nice people.

    I had called that morning in desperate need of a pedicure. She squeezed me in at the very end of the day which was their only opening.     I visited Ivy after seeing a clients nails at my salon a couple of times looked very nice…my first visit went well she is very kind and does GREAT WORK my nails lasted 3 weeks…I went for my second visit and again she did an AMAZING JOB…had a little discrepancy with the price I was told one price and given another after service was rendered…I have no problem at all paying for any service I receive good communication is key in any business and we are all subject to error…I would recommend a VISIBLE PRICE LIST for your services this will help with these problems I looked as I was being checked out but I did not see one…well any way she is stuck with me I am a loyal client and I won’t let the miscommunication of price stop me from coming we will fix that at your table IVY YOU ROCK looking forward to a great relationship May God bless continue to bless the works of your hands and your business
