For my daughter’s 7th birthday she was treated like absolute royalty at The Pamper Palace! For a special occasion like a birthday definitely go all in and get the works, it’s worth the money! I know my daughter cannot wait to return! Absolutely the most upbeat team here, all about the child and the experience. To say I was blown away doesn’t even put it into perspective.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had an incredible experience today at The Pampered Palace! From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. We came for my daughter to decorate a jean jacket and get pampered with fairy hair, makeup and ice cream! The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helped the girls make sure every detail was just perfect on their jackets. This is definitely a go-to spot for your little one to feel like a pampered princess! Can’t wait for our next visit!

I took my daughter for her 5th birthday. We did the BFF Ultimate package and brought her sister along. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! It’s so beautiful inside and all of the staff went above and beyond to make my girls feel like little princesses💖. By time we left they both said “mommy I wanna come here every year for my birthday!” It was an amazing experience for the both of them!

Very cute experience. We were here for a party and all of the girls had a great time. My kiddo said it was the best birthday she’s ever been to. You do have to sign a waiver for your kids to be pampered as the employees are not actual licensed cosmetologists. All in all, I would return and recommend as it was a truly joyful experience for the kids and us parents.(This review was incentivized)

Our daughters came here back in March and enjoyed their visit so much that our oldest asked to return for her birthday. In honor of her request, we made the 2.5 hour drive from Georgia so that she could celebrate her 10th birthday here. Once again, we were not disappointed. Her experience was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way! The service she received was exceptional. She was made to feel like the princess she is. The owner Kierra and her staff went above and beyond, making our entire family feel welcomed! It was so worth the drive and we will definitely be back!

Can not say enough great things about this place. Even from the beginning,My calling with questions, everyone I spoke with was patient and my appointment was made right over the phone and an email and invoice was sent immediately. Super easy. Everyone who works here was so sweet. We came as a group of four, one being a 3 year old and they were accommodating and truly wonderful. All of the girls had a blast. The place is beautiful and spotless. They’ve done an amazing job with decor down to every detail! My 3 year old truly believed she was a princess today.We will definitely be back! And I can not wait to try the new pamper bus for a party, it’s beautiful!

We had the best time!! Lisa was AMAZING!! My daughter couldn’t leave the parking lot without having to keep waving goodbye! Not only is this the cutest idea and such an experience, I will forever remember the face my girl had the ENTIRE time. We will continue to go back, and really hope to see more of these places pop up!! We traveled about an hr to get there and it was 100% worth it! Saying it louder for the people in the back, LISA WAS AMAZING! If you can request certain people I’m not sure, but if you get lucky enough to have her you will be sure to leave a happy customer!

We hosted our daughters 9th birthday at pamper palace this weekend!!! To say this place was amazing is an understatement, it completely blew my expectations out of the water. The moment we arrived my daughter was greeted like a mini celebrity, and that continued onto each of her friends. These little girls were pampered and given the full spa treatment that you would expect at a 5 star resort lol. Kierra the owner was present and from start to finish made sure everything was not only perfect for the birthday girl but also very welcoming to myself and my older daughter, she made everyone feel like family, even my little guy who only showed up for photos, they made him feel just as special. She was in full communication prior to our eventC during and even after sending me cute photos and videos she got. A total pleasure to work with! On top of kierra being just wonderful, every single staff member went over and above for these little girls, from the way they spoke to them to the genuine smiles and kind nature, these girls felt like rock stars!! All and all it was a fun magical experience for everyone and my daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it!!! I highly recommend anyone looking to celebrate their child’s special day in a very special way to book with pamper palace. We will definitely be back to visit and get some pampering done !!

Unfortunately I couldnt do another time with one child in school but Kierra rearranged her own schedule to accommodate my 3 year old for her birthday and my other daughter! Man when they say pamper, they really mean it! I took my daughter for a Daddy and Me service to celebrate her birthday and I cant say enough how amazing Kim and Jacy were. They made my daughter feel like a real princess. My daughter couldnt stop telling them how happy she was and how much she loved it there. The ladies are pros at making conversation with them while they are getting their “spa treatments”. The Pamper Palace Spa is TOP TIER spa service for kids! For my niece’s 4th birthday I really wanted to do something special for her because she’s such a girly girl. All the kid spas in my area were mostly mobile and I really envisioned a spa that’s like the ones adults go to but a kid version. Upon research I was brought to this place. It had EXACTLY what I wanted my niece to experience and then some. I was a bit concerned as I was scheduling it on the same day but luckily there were appointment times available. This place is 2.5 hours away from where I live but it was WELL WORTH THE TRAVEL!The spa itself is insanely clean and it made me feel even more confident bringing her there. I loved that it was an intimate session with no one else in the room with us as it makes you able to really take in the experience. My niece was given a custom robe with her name on it, a birthday sash, and a spa head band. Even her own birthday tiara later on in the service. She was a little nervous and overwhelmed at first but Kristina understood and went out of her way to make her comfortable. I loved watching the happiness beam all through her face as she was getting the pamper of a lifetime.I really want to thank Kristina for making her feel like royalty and for even recommending places in the area for her to go to since I’m not from there. I also want to thank the owner for being very much in contact the whole time to make sure the experience was what it should be. I can tell by the professionalism and passion in which she has for her business she really cares about quality. I am thankful that a place like this exist for kiddos to feel like a princess.If you are wondering if you should come in DO IT! You won’t regret it and you’ll want to tell everyone you know about it. My niece told me over and over all day how it was the best birthday ever! So if you want to be your child’s favorite person ever don’t hesitate to bring them in!!
