    I’m from out of town so I was already nervous. I had my go to girl for waxing back home and have never been anywhere else for this. I’m a plus size girl so that just make it a little more nerve racking. But beautiful Ms. Shawana made me feel comfortable. She talked me through each step of the process. Her office is set up so nice and clean. She made it feel like we were having a girls day with friends. She has herself a new client while I’m here visiting. Thank you!

    I highly recommend this beautiful place. I came to Ocala from out of town for a wedding and was looking for a last minute make up artist. The owner Shawana took such great care of me accommodated me into her schedule and exceeded my expectations!! I felt so beautiful with my make up and will definitely be using her for future occasions!!

    I went to the owner and founder Shawana for my makeup on my birthday. As always, she did an exceptional job! My makeup was perfect!!!! This is the ONLY spa I allow to handle all of my skin care and make up needs! The professionalism and quality is second to none.

    I will never go anywhere else for waxing. I had the pleasure of getting my first Brazilian by Shawana. I was so nervous and almost backed out lol. Shawana talked me through every single step, explained what I was going to feel, and asked if I had questions throughout the entire process. Her voice was so soothing and she works fast which made it even better. The lady at the front was very welcoming and professional. I love it here.I most definitely recommend this place. They do a little of everything.

    I have been coming to Shawana for years to get my makeup done and I have always been satisfied with her work. She is very professional and passionate about what she does. Just recently I have been coming to her for facials. My skin glows even brighter every time I come to her. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to the skin and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

    My experience was absolutely AMAZING! I have had a very difficult time trying to find someone who understands and knows how to treat blemishes. Dermatologist would recommend the most expensive creams that don’t work definitely a waste. Now I have found someone who is very professional, talented and loves taking their time. Shawana explained everything thoroughly and kept me informed through out the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease for it being my first wax. I would definitely recommend booking with her. Come support ya girl because she is worth all the hype !!!

    Shawana is amazing! Her service is top notch, her salon is clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Shawana has been great with my preteen who is a very shy quite young lady, it usually takes her a while to warm up to people but she loves Ms. Shawana! Needless to say her acne is doing so much better!

    Great experience from start to finish. The spa was beautiful and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Front staff was professional and welcoming. Shawana made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything. Would definitely recommend!

    Well first.. This place is set in the Cascades, a very nice plaza in Ocala. The suite is very lovely, relaxing and well kept. Shawana is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in the area of skin, its care and what it takes to keep it clean and healthy looking. She was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Her face was flawless and she was able to show me before and after results of her clients.. For the skeptics. My face after the first facial was unbelievable. So yea!! Ill be back in 2 weeks.. Thank you!!

    My daughter wanted a spa themed 15th birthday. She did the Princess Facial and a couple other treatments and we were not disappointed.My daughter wanted an underarm facial detox but Shawanna advised that we should wait to wax rather than coming after a fresh shave otherwise she would just be taking our money. Not everyone has this kind of business ethic. Will definitely return for more treatments.Scheduled for a sweet 16 photo shoot fie 2023 already. Getting the works! Facial, Makeup, styled (custom dress and two other changes of clothing) photos. So excited!Thanks again Shawanna!

    I received a full rebranding service with ShawanaV of Love of Beauty Bar and JonV Productions. They both did an exceptional job making sure I was taken care of personally and professionally! They provided food and wine, and offered a robe, before my make up and photoshoot session. They went above and beyond what I imagined! Shawana styled me in high-end outfits at affordable prices with her industry connections, and booked one of the best local locticians in the area to style my hair. Shawana even changed my makeup for multiple looks, and coached me through posing as needed (not to mention, helped me restyle my hair for those looks). Photographer Jonathan extended his creative eye from in-studio to outdoor locations; stills to action shots! The photoshoot was only scheduled to be 2 hours, but they both sacrificed additional hours with me - at no charge - to be sure I had all the best and most creative looks possible for the rebranding campaign for my business, Soul Salt Arts, Inc. They are beyond amazing!
