Overall good experience. The place is immaculate with nice music playing. I was trying to decide on accent color for my nails and I thought they forgot as the nails were all same color. I had picked one accent color prior then changed my mind. So I asked if accent color being done and I changed to silver. I may have read it wrong but he said something to the other workers in their native language which I perceived as him being upset I changed the color. The silver was applied and It looks amazing. I gave him a hug after the service. That won’t deter me from booking again. So that was why 4/5. Thank you.

I LOVE this place. They are reasonably priced and truly do an amazing job. There are so many colors to choose from and my tech Kelley is so friendly and talented. Also, nails can take a while so I appreciate the good shows they have on the TV with captions, so I can keep my mind occupied as the tech works on my nails. I always get compliments since I’ve been going here. Another thing I value is you can call or book online your appointment and they don’t make you wait. Your appointment time is the true time you get your nails done. Super happy I found this place.

I have been going to ProNails since 2016 when I first moved down here. I’ve had to switch technicians a few times due to them leaving for whatever reason but I have been using Lynze for the last 2 or 3 years and she is amazing! I pay extra for the longer pedicure and I get gel polish so it does cost me around $100 every time I go but it is so worth it! Highly recommend Lynze!! She is a big asset to this company.

I love Miss Moon @ pro nails! I got the lemon grass and green tea pedi and it was so worth my time and money. Miss Moon offered me some wine and was so sweet about everything! I work in the healthcare field and I have kids so I’m on my feet all the time. My feet were cracked with lots of calluses and dead skin that’s catch on my sheets when I’d sleep. One visit with her and my feet feel so soft and brand new! Not only that but she made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed with how unkept my feet were. She’s my new nail technician that I’m going to go to from now on!

My daughter and I went for basic pedicures + gel polish. I was very happy with Vivian. However the boy named Donny who did my daughters pedicure left a lot to be desired! He did not exfoliate, massage, use cuticle oil, shine the nails after drying. He took a total of 20 minutes for what is supposed to be an hour $45 pedicure. We brought it to the attention to management who didnt seem to care less. Like I said Vivian was great but wasnt impressed with the rest.

A solid 4.5. Honestly after reading the previous reviews I was worried. While I know most people only write reviews if something is wrong there were a lot. I went on a Tuesday at 11am, they were busy but not packed. I had to wait about 15 mins but I was having a Mom mental health day so it wasnt a big deal While getting an acrylic fill with Gel polish, I heard many people come in and out all happy or saying great things. I am very happy with my nails. The 1/2 star is just that you need to tell them upfront what you want to do (design-wise).. which was more of a Me problem then their problem

First time there.I was impressed with their covid precautions. Temperature check, hand sanitizer before and after checking in on the tablet. Pedicure bowl has a disposable insert that is changed after every customer. Chairs are sprayed and wiped down when done. Place is very clean.Donny did my pedicure, he was friendly and did a great job. Very satisfied with the service. Ill be back.

The service and prices are good. The staff is very pleasant and the shop is very nice and clean. I have been going to Pro Nails for about 6 years now. Thank you Tim for the great service. Anytime I have had any kind of problem with a nail job or a pedicure Tim always takes care of the problem all you have to do is just say something so he knows. Great job 👍.

My mom, daughter and I went here for my moms birthday for pedicures. I called Pro Nails within 30 minutes of arrival and they were happy to take us with no wait on a Friday evening. They offered a beverage waters and soda (we had an hour drive to get here - my daughter was SOOO thristy and I forgot to stop and get water) so this was a blessing. The salon was very clean, organized, modern and chic. Everyone was very nice and friendly and did everything to make sure we were all comfortable even for children. There are at least 12 pedicure chairs which is difficult to find anywhere else so they have capacity for demand at peak times. Overall was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. NOTE: Tips are only able to be provided in cash. And from the street it may not appear open due to the window tint/shades, but the neon open sign clearly indicates.

I have tried all the nails salons in Ocala and this my favorite. They are a little more expensive but they are clean, professional, and always do exactly what I want. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment because if you walk in you may have to wait. Ask for Bon for your pedicure! He is so sweet and does a fabulous job.My acrylic nails are always on point and they always offer all the latest nail trends. ❤️

Kayla does a great job on my nails! The dip in powder nails are awesome and always look great! Management is friendly and ensures that you are happy with your nails. The cleanliness and atmosphere make the salon very nice to be in. Remember to bring cash to tip your tech, if you forget they do provide a surcharge free ATM which is wonderful.

Had a full set, acrylic with gel polish. Sam is the Technician that I had the pleasure of meeting. My nails are beautiful! I will be asking for Sam every time I visit Pro Nails. The ladies at the front desk are professional and obviously efficient. Sam did the best nails I have ever had! Go to Pro Nails and ask for Sam. You will be glad!

This was my first time going there and everyone was so nice and extremely patient. I took my sister and sister in law with me on our girls day out and we all had an amazing time. Ive been looking for a new place closer to home to get my nails done. I saw some of the mixed reviews but decided to check them out myself. The salon is very clean and new inside. Kelly did a dip in gel manicure and eyebrow wax on me. She was very thorough, friendly and my nails look great! I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been going here for 15 years and Mae is my favorite. They have a clean spa and comfy massage chairs. They help keep you safe from CoVid with precautions. I would give more than 5 stars.

Love pro nails. Located in public shopping center in heathbrook. Very clean. Super friendly. Always make time to fit you in. Walk ins welcome. Fair prices as well. I get my nails done in gel and usually last 3 weeks to stretch.

He repaired damage did by a previous salon and the outcome was phenomenal. They don’t try to force up charges on you like most salons. Exceptional customer service!
