Ive been a long-time client. Every person that has worked on me has been amazing. I can tell they are passionate about what they do and care about their clients. I love their focus on aromatherapy and providing a luxury experience. Plus having a hot tea before or after a service is such a nice touch. This is a little getaway from everyday life, that also feels like seeing dear friends! Totally worth it!

Love the new look! Beautiful, serene and so relaxing. Got a couples massage and it was fantastic, we fell asleep! Wonderful reception with Sangria and treats, then complete bliss. Do yourself a favor and get some therapy! Their facials are fantastic too! These girls are absolutely amazing❤️

My boyfriend and I received massages here last month. The massage was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waiting room and massage room was extremely clean. It was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommended going here. We are already planning on going back for our next massage.

Ive never been so happy with a massage. I came to New Eden to find a new place closer to home, and they exceeded my expectations. Shantavia is hands down my new favorite masseuse..and Ive probably tried 10-12 different places. She is an absolute gem. It was so beautiful, peaceful and welcoming inside.. I will be back!

Im so thrilled to have discovered New Eden Spa. The atmosphere is so relaxing from the minute you walk in the door. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Shantavia, my massage therapist was truly amazing. Friendly, professional and accommodating to my comfort level. I enjoyed a 90 minute massage and my only regret was I left without rebooking. I do look forward to my next appointment. It was a wonderful bonus to my birthday. Thanks again. It couldnt have been a better experience.

Been going to Eden Spa for a few months now.Each massage has been very good.From the minute you walk in and made comfortable by being offered a hot cup of tea with a cookie to the end of your massage is just very pleasant.I would definitely recommend Eden Spa to my family and friends.

Wow! Such a charming place. Definitely a hidden gem of Orange Park. Let me start with saying the owner is the absolute sweetest and genuinely cares about her clients having the best time. I went with my best friend to do the Salt Room Session and Salt Rejuvenation Suite. It was the best staycation for us moms of multiples! Prices are competitive and she even has natural soaps that smell divine. I bought the Frankincense one and Cashmere one. The ambiance definitely puts you in the mood for relaxation. I didnt want my time to be over! Though I will say, nothing felt rushed, nothing felt like we were inconvenient. It was a really nice time and I cant wait to go back!

I have not found a better massage therapist in north Florida. She is calm and helps me to not talk while I’m trying to relax. She listens to what I tell her prior to the massage and she is very intuitive and knowledgeable during the session to what is tight and what opposing muscles could be the cause. I highly recommend her. She also helps my family with sports massage.

High quality products, very friendly staff. Love the salt room is a wonderful experience. And the tea/salt room with friends is such a cool thing to add onto your spa services. I love that they don’t nickel and dime you for things (like essential oils) to the massages. Quality business!

I have been going to Skin Deep Studio for about 8 years and I have never been disappointed! I love the quiet, cozy atmosphere! Tara is amazing! She is professional and knowledgeable, and she always makes sure my visits there are enjoyable and relaxing. I struggled with my teenagers skin issues, and she went above and beyond to help me find products and a regimen that would help him-and I am happy to say his skin looks amazing now! He LOVES going to see Ms. Tara also!! I highly recommend this studio and all of the staff! I would not go any place else!!

Tara has also done permanent eye brow makeup for me. She measures to ensure that both brows are similar in size & shape. I get many compliments. You owe it to yourself to give Skin Deep a try!

Love this place! It is my “go to” anytime I want a massage or “facial”. Tara is just lovely and very knowledgeable about all her procedures and Heather is wonderful for my massage. Tara also carries the Image skincare products line, which I love! Definitely worth a visit and I drive approximately 45 minutes to go to Skin Deep!!

I had been going to Skin Deep for several years. I have had massages, facials, and permanent Makeup. I loved going there and always felt comfortable. The rooms are all clean and appropriately stocked so whatever service you are having, you can relax and enjoy your time there. I have developed a wonderful friendship with the staff and think they are very professional. I moved to a new state a couple years ago and cant find any place that comes close to comparing. I miss them so much Im thinking of driving 1800 miles for a spa day.

I had my eyeliner done by Tara & I am so happy with the results. I had an awesome experience!! Tara did a fantastic job throughly explaining the procedure. I highly recommend Skin Deep. Ive had two massages and a facial at Skin Deep and all were great experiences. The staff was very friendly, professional and caring. Christine is fantastic at massage, listens to your needs and works with you focusing on any problem areas that are holding tension. The service is great quality, the interior atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I left feeling totally relaxed and pampered after both visits.

I have an appointment booked tomorrow for lash extensions. They really do offer a full range of skin/beauty services as well as massages.

I had my brows done by tara and was unsatisfied with my first session. They were different shapes and werent drawn on before she started and she was sick, and finished in 45 mins. I am ocd about my brows so it was not good. I was so nervous to go back to her cuz i was afraid she would ruin them but i called and explained to her how unhappy and unvomfortable i was so she talked to me patiently and said she would not charge me to fix them. I also didnt say how i felt during the first session which didnt help. So i went in and the whole 2nd session lasted an hour and a half, she was patient with me, we marked them out first, she accepted my input and i was very much happier with them!! I tried to give her a 20 dollar tip but she would not accept it. Idk what happened the first time, but now i am happy. So i would recommend tara if you can be open to say how u feel and what you think.unlike me who is not good confrontation!! Lol

However today was just absolutely THE BEST experience.I took my girls for just that-an experience- in self care and we received that and then some! Just had a permanent make-up session with Tara, first time customer.... So far, I am totally satisfied with her service and professionalism. the aesthetic environment and relaxing surroundings were awesome and she was a very easy person to talk to- didnt come across to me as an unreasonable person in any way- she is very upfront and straight-forward, unlike some who just tell you want you want to hear- so if you cant handle that, than this may not be for you; she knew what she was doing and gave me alot of sound advice- For someone who owns and runs her own business, including their own decor, I give her alot of credit. Everyone has their own expectations and experiences things differently- if you are THAT concerned about the little things regarding the experience you are looking for, then go there and check it out first before making an appointment. Ive checked out ALOT of the other spas and make up services in the Jacksonville area and none of them came close to what I was looking for. As for the dramatic review posted by Ashley J., my advice to you is that the world doesnt evolve around YOU; how do you know how much your groupon discount(s) cut back on a privately owned business as this one? It is a very big discount to begin with and you wanted to apply it towards 4 people in one day?? REALLY? I bet if YOU were the one who had to give up that much in one day, you wouldnt care for it too much either, especially if you had expenses to pay, so get a life and suck it up.

We loved it!!! It was our first visit and the service and treatment was actually excellent. My mom had a massage that relieved her shoulder and back pain. She really came out very relaxed. My daughter and I had a facial and we both left delighted. The atmosphere inside each room, the smells and the music were completely in tune with their service. If you are looking for a private and cozy place this is the place. They also have very nice merchandise and a variety of products as well. I liked that they made product recommendations but did not insist or force me to buy anything, like other places. When you go to a large and more commercial “Spa”, many times the treatment is drier and more indifferent, this place really wasnt like that and it made us feel at ease. Until next time!
