    Brook was amazing! Very kind and informative about the process. I had brow threading and tinting. I’m new to threading but she did a fantastic job and matched the tint color perfectly! The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Will be coming back.

    Amazing experience!! Brook at the front is so sweet & the location is BEAUTIFUL & clean inside. So welcoming! Tiffany was awesome! I fell asleep on her like 3x! She was so informative and explained every detail I needed to know since it was my first time. I absolutely loved it & highly recommend!

    The Lash Lounge has a very calming vibe and they make sure you are very comfortable during your appointment. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. Madi was my lash tech and she made sure that my lashes were perfect for my eye shape and for what I was looking for. I highly recommend coming here!

    Super cute space! Madi was my stylist who did my lash lift and she explained every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and was personable! Definitely recommend The Lash Lounge to anybody looking for brow or lash services! :)

    It has been years since I have had my lashes done. The service was fantastic and so are my lashes! Thank you so much! See you in a few weeks!!Update: I purchased the membership! It is worth it and I have tried the brow services too! I don’t know if I can go back to mascara and a brow pencil!

    Great experience at this new lash location. Called the morning of and got an appointment set for a couple hours later. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a lash lift or extensions since I haven’t gotten extensions in years. I decided on the extensions. Wasn’t sure what I wanted but the lash artist helped make my decision. I wanted something natural and she suggested a D curl classic lash. I napped the whole time haha. The receptionist were also great help! Will definitely be back !

    Amazing service! I’m new to lashes and brow services. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Madi did an awesome job with both lashes and brows, I love them!! Everything was explained well and the environment was super relaxing. Will definitely be coming back!

    I highly recommend the Lash Lounge! I’ve gotten eyebrow threading, eyebrow and lash tinting, and lash lifts here, all have come out beautifully and lasted for weeks. All of the staff are very professional and kind, and walk through the entire process (or let you take a nap 😉).

    OMG this is my 1st time at lash lounge and my experience was overall amazing!!! Joslyn was so passionate about making sure I was well taken care of, I was very iffy about getting my lashes done due to a previous bad experience elsewhere but decided to take a chance and go to an actual lash specialist and thank God I did!!! Book with Joslyn I promise you will not be disappointed!!

    I love the location and vibe of The Lash Lounge. Men need to take care of their grooming and eyebrows - well you just can’t do them yourself! Having my eyebrows threaded at The Lash Lounge is perfection, quick, and clean. Tiffany was my technician and she was awesome. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Nice meeting Brook (the location owner). Next - I am going to book a lash lift and eyelash tint to a light brown as my eyelashes are quite blond and getting lighter as I age. New loyal customer found here !

She took the time to discuss my preferences and explained the process thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills.     Of course, my Lash Lounge girlies in my hometown of Flemington are the best, but this O-Town West location in Orlando have excellence on LOCK! Brook was SO nice and so professional! I tried extentions for the first time instead of my normal tint and lift, and they are so pretty! She may have made me a convert to the extension party. Kiana at the front desk was awesome also. She got me in at the last minute and was SO nice! 10 of 10 recommend!

    This place is great, you lay down in comfort and get offered a soft blanket, thank you Brook for taking the time to explain the lashes in detail and showing me the best hospitality. My technician, Laura has lots of experience and got me in and out in less than 2 hours. I was extremely happy and impressed with her work.. my lashes look amazing! I also had threading done and my eyebrows look better than ever. Thank you Lash Lounge for exceptional service.

    I love O-town Lash Lounge! They work with my schedule, are professional, courteous, and friendly. My lashes are always perfect and I love the classic set! I recently became a member and enjoy getting my fills regularly. If you go, ask for Megan, she is the BEST! (Their whole staff is awesome)

    Evertime I go the service is excellent, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is modern and clean. I would reccomend this place to anyone. I am very new to eyelashes and brow stuff and Emily the stylist always answers all my questions no matter how silly they are. I have gotten tints, threading and lash lifts. Again highly reccomend!

    Great service. Most lashes spots wont take you last minute. They took me right away because they had a last minute opening. Got full set and brow tint. Loved the result and Tiffany is very professional and outgoing. I look forward to coming back.
