    My first three visits have not very successful.My lashes kept twisting and falling out , I have been with this company for a long time. Never had these problems, and it was never an apology! As a matter fact, I kept getting a lecture on what all I did wrong. I think after being with you guys for eight years different locations I do know how to treat my lashes. However, my last visit and my visit today has been very pleasant. I’m glad I came back to give it another shot and I think I did find somebody I really like, and that knows what she is doing! The studio is super clean,I do want to comment on the front desk team, they are very nice and welcoming. So for me personally I am on the up and up. I hope everybody has a very happy Thanksgiving.

    I’ve been here twice so far a great experience both time. First time was with Jay and she did cat eyes lash extensions and they held up great on my Aurba trip and then I had them filled in with Crystal and she did the gorgeous look and I absolutely love they way my lashes looks. They both was professional and efficient. I even decided to become a member to keep them up.

    Anna is AMAZING!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Anna goes above and beyond to be professional and friendly and I always leave so happy! Anna always double and triple checks to make sure I love my lashes and always asks before to see if I want to do the same or transition into something else. She always makes sure to tell me if anything I’m asking for and exactly how much it is so there are no surprises at the register. I can’t say enough about how much I love Anna and what she does with my lashes! 10/10 highly recommend amazing lash and book with Anna! She’s the BEST!

    Absolutely love this place! Very friendly and clean atmosphere. I am new to the eyelash experience but Jerica and another women (I forgot her name) were amazing and very helpful!     This place is very comfortable and everyone who works there is really nice. My eyelashes are beautiful. My lash tech was Zyrah and she is amazing. She helped me decide what to get and was super sweet. I was really nervous about the outcome because I have blonde lashes and red hair but they look perfect. When my sister went, they had texted her the next day to check in about the experience and when she told them a couple lashes had came out already, they literally let her come back in for free to fix the couple that got messed up. The first time I was there I came there straight from the beach and was exhausted and literally fell asleep it was so comfortable lol. Both times that I went there my eyes would twitch a lot at the beginning, which I didn’t even know was something I needed to worry about lol. I was embarrassed and kept apologizing and she was totally nice and said it wasn’t a problem at all and kept working and didn’t make me feel more embarrassed than I already was. Anyway 10/10 would recommend her specifically ☺️ but I’m sure they’re all great! If anyone is wondering, I got the natural set in the cat eye style, size 13 (millimeters? IDK)

    Victoria is my go-to for lashes. Cant say enough good things about her! Incredible job! Every. Single. Time. Whether youre looking for something understated and natural or super volumous, long and glam (my fave for no makeup days) or just want a subtle pop of color or glitter for the holidays, shell make it happen. Plus, Ive seen several different techs at various places over the years and the retention from her work is outstanding. I highly recommend Tori. ❤️

    Victoria is honestly amazing! I have had a lot of issues with lash retention with other estheticians in the past and she honestly resolved that problem, she also educated me how to properly wash/care for my lashes.What I really appreciate the most is that she writes notes about her clients to always remember what products and adhesives to use on them to avoid having allergies and it just helps the client to not feel like they constantly have to remind the esthetician their allergies/sensitives to the products.If you are looking for a good lash artist, definitely book with Victoria she is a true professional and will make your experience of getting your lashes done feel amazing! 😊

    Anna was very dedicated to providing top quality service. I am thankful she was professional enough to tell me she was unable to save my old lashes put on by a different lash tech even after originally thinking it would be possible. Anna was willing to do what was necessary to save my natural lashes first before proceeding to putting on a new set. My lash health came before simply completing a job.

    I have been going to an Amazing Lash Studio’s for about 3 years and I always get treated well and cared for! All the ladies do a great job. The vibes are just great all around.My personal favorite Master stylist is Ashley and she does an outstanding job!! When I go to her for my appointments, I usually feel bad for knocking out because her touch is so smooth LOL! It truly is a great, relaxing experience and you can barely feel anything when she does her work. I have had experiences where the tech puts too much glue and my eyes are just burning, but I never have that issue with Ashley. Whether you want to chat or relax, she’s there for you.I absolutely recommend Ashley (either at Alafaya or Dr. Philips location) as your go to lash artist. She definitely gives you the best of both worlds; Relaxation AND Comfort in this Lash Wonderland. Luv ya Ash, keep on being amazing at what you do! 😁- Electra

    Absolutely LOVVVVEEEE Kristian!!! She’s the only lash tech who has ever been able to give me exactly what I ask for. She takes her time in trying to fully understand the vision you have in your mind. She’ll look through inspiration pictures and ACTUALLY bring it all to life (rather than look at the pix and do something completely opposite). She has no problem asking you for more details in order to fully grasp what you want. No other lash tech has ever been able to do that, for me at least. She is so sweet and kind, she doesn’t stop to check her phone, and she’s very respectful. I genuinely enjoy seeing her every time. Trust me, go to Kristian! she is consistent, respectful, and 100% professional. I love her and I promise you will too!!!

    This is hands down the best studio I’ve been to! The front desk associates are always so kind and willing to work with me and any accommodations I may need. Gwyn always does my lashes and they come out beautiful every time. Definitely book with them if you want amazing eyelashes!!

    Alyssa is so amazing. I moved back from Texas and my Waterford studio is setup a little differently than my Austin one but the service is wonderful here. Everyone is so nice and cheery and willing to help. I ended up with Alyssa and I couldn’t be happier. She’s wonderful. So kind and patient. She’s always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and you’re getting what you want. It’s wonderful! She should be a master stylist!

    Always a great experience coming here. Super friendly staff and I love the location. Also, it is nice that you are in your own separate room while getting lashes done. Never had a problem, and my lashes actually last!!! Unlike other places that I have been to. My fave stylist is Amanda - she always makes my lashes look amazing !!!!     I’d never had lash extensions before visiting Amazing Lash Studio. So, I had a few questions. Zyrah greeted me with a friendly smile & answered my questions well. AND, she gave me recommendations for what lash style would suit me. I was beyond pleased with the results! Also, I barely felt her working on my lashes. She was ever so gentle with my lashes & made sure that I was comfortable the entire appointment. She efficiently explained all things aftercare to me as well. I couldn’t recommend her more!

    I just got my lashes done with Jacey and let me tell you, she offered one of the most amazing services to me I’ve ever had! And a big shoutout to Hillary as well! They were so professional and friendly, I felt so comfortable letting Jacey work on me. She gave me a very personable and memorable experience, so much I had to get a membership! I was able to make my next appointment on the spot too. I had to cancel a couple times due to some personal reasons and they were so friendly and flexible and made me feel so welcomed even though I had to keep rearranging the appointment. They were on time and on point! Customer service to me is everything and they really nailed it here. Not only that, but my lashes came out amazing. They look so natural yet give me the perfect umph that I needed. They’re so fluffy and I’m so in love with them. My other lash tech used to take around 3 hours due to how many lashes I have but Jacey was so quick and the quality of my full set was even better. 10/10 recommend Amazing Eyelash Studio to everyone!

    I’ve been coming here for several months now and have been so impressed every single time!! The value of the membership is more than worthwhile, making this location hands down the best option. The front counter staff is stunning, they typically greet me by name as I walk in and it still catches me off guard sometimes because that is intense customer service! They call and text you several times to confirm and solidify your appointments, making their communication top notch! My current lash technician is Zyrah and her attention to detail is incredible. The entire studio is clean and the technicians’ rooms are private. Truly don’t have any complaints.

    I now feel very confident with my lash extensions. When first applied I was losing them very quickly. I was told to return to have free replacements, which I was still losing was told to return and have another look and was decided to apply a lighter weight lash by lash tech Hannah who did a very good job, she was quick and professional, I have lost three but only after cleansing. Look forward to by refills.

    Today I had my lashes done for the first time after being reluctant about getting them done. I’m a little disappointed because the picture that’s on their website is what I requested and when my lashes were done, they looked nice but not like the picture. When I came home I noticed that a few of the lashes were going in a different direction and one eye looked fuller than the other. I’m not sure how to feel about these lashes, just not what I was expecting.UPDATE 11/3/2020I received a phone call from the manager at the facility and was asked back in to fix my lashes and that it would be done by someone else. Though I was scared of going back, I scheduled another appointment. I accidentally went there a day early to find out that the same person who did my lash the first time was doing it again the second time, yikes!!! So I told the receptionist to schedule me with someone else. I was setup up with their master stylist at no additional cost. Lashes looked a little better than the first so I decided to try a different stylist each time I visited. I recent got my 3rd fill with Nicole/Nicki and man she was awesome. Third times a charm!! I will definitely stick with Nicki this time around, she has a great personality and was very friendly.

    Sadie was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Not only is she hygienic but she pays attention to detail. What could be more than a lash tech who is working on your face and you can’t stand the smell of their hands or lotion, as if they just finished eating lunch. I was able to relax during my appointment knowing that I could smell a soft soapy smell from Sadie and that she makes sure to go the extra steps by providing a blanket. I have tried her twice and both times the look I was going for was consistent. I would highly recommend her.

    Had the best experience here today. I made the mistake of getting lashes done from a nail salon, and they ended up using NAIL GLUE. Overall it was horrible, I called in and they were able To give me a same day appointment with Ana.     Ive been coming to this location for about a year now, and have always gone to a master stylist. Today was my first visit with Jacey, and she is by far the fastest stylist I have been to. I couldnt believe I was out of there in about 45 minutes for a full set! I usually plan for about an hour 15 or and hour 30, even with master stylists, and just because it was faster doesnt mean the quality was compromised. My lashes look fantastic as they always do when I leave here! Id definitely recommend this location. I appreciate that the lash cleaner and hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms have been upgraded to touchless, especially in this environment. The entire staff is also always so friendly and welcoming.

    I could go on, and on about the staff and the service, etc. But I cannot express enough how amazing Khrysthal is (sorry if I misspelled). This gal is quick and so gentle, (I fall asleep half the time!). I dreaded getting my lashes done again because of how long it can take and how uncomfortable it can be (and sometimes painful) but I never have to worry about that here with her, my first full set only took like an hour and a half, might have been less, honestly. (much better than the 3.5 at some other places) The results were EXACTLY what I was asking for. She listens, I never leave disappointed! I look forward to seeing her every two weeks!     Jacey was my Lash Artist for this visit and was amazing. I’ll be sticking with her moving forward. She was professional and gave me options for the style I was going for. She took her time, but was still very quick. They came out exactly as I’d hoped they would. I highly recommend her!
