Chloe and Chelsea are the best. If you go here ask for one of them they make you feel so comfortable they are super informative and they’re quick. You leave feeling super soft and not sticky from the wax. Chelsea is absolutely amazing at doing waxing and eye brows.You have to book with one of these ladies.

Brandon, my esthetician, is perfection. I’ll tell you why. Like most people, I have my own personal struggles. When I go see Brandon for my wax, it’s more than just a wax. I already know that the work is going to be impeccable. More than that, I’m going to leave happy and confident. I’m not going to leave the room the same way I arrrived. When I arrive, I’m a tired, overweight, overworked and underpaid 48yr old woman. When I leave that room, I sashay out. I feel wonderful. Brandon makes me want to get other parts waxed just to hang out with him. He is kind, funny, professional, down to earth…CUTE…he is the complete package. I’m not sure I can ever let anyone else wax me. I’ll be a sasquatch out in these streets before that happens. I would like to shout out the S. Orange EWC because the staff is always friendly and I always feel welcome when I check in. It’s my favorite EWC-in Florida and NYC, and I’ve been to many.

I have to say I was intimidated as it was my first time waxing. However, Jennifer my waxer made it an easy and quick experience! She was excellent and made me feel comfortable. I went for a Brazilian and full leg wax my first time and was able to sit through the whole process. My legs and intimate areas look smooth.I highly recommend their products as well too. I bought their body polish and it exfoliates very well! Their ingrown hair wipes have also prevented any ingrown hairs from occurring so far.Giving EWC and Jennifer 5/5 review. Hopefully they have more specials and discounts on the services as it is on the higher end for waxing but you pay for what you get as well too.

Once I felt like I did not have a thorough enough wax, so I was given a free followup service and it fixed the problem. My followup was with Raven, who is very thorough and quick. She makes it as painless as possible and is a joy to talk to. She is truly professional, making sure you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times. The management at this location is always fantastic as well. They are kind, personable, and remember me from our conversations. Hillary, at the front desk, was so kind, helpful and beyond professional. After a difficult afternoon, then being 10 mins late only missing the 9 min mark by seconds, she anticipated my ever need helping me get in a same day appt at another location with the great Samantha. Samantha was kind, warm, friendly and professional. Im not convinced Ill come back to EWC regularly but I know its a reliable backup option.The 9 min policy is strictly enforced so be mindful of that, and your location. The parking for this location is in the back and the road is under construction getting there. Give yourself plenty of time to get to your appt.

I typically go to the EWC in Winter Garden and usually have a specific female esthetician. However, due to time constraints, I had to book the first available appointment, not realizing that my wax specialist would be a male. When the guest service representative mentioned Brandon will be right with you, I felt a bit anxious but proceeded regardless. Despite my initial reservations, Brandon turned out to be quick, efficient, accommodated my requests, and managed the session without any discomfort. I didnt even need to voice my concerns to him; he handled everything exceptionally well. I opted for a full body wax, including full legs, Brazilian, underarms, and stomach strip. Brandons professionalism was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to any ladies seeking a fast and attentive esthetician.

After the appointment Raven recommended products that are most suitable for my skin. They’re very thoughtful in that way. Other than that, the place was cute & sanitized. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I can’t say enough about the staff—just wonderful, funny and energetic humans. I wish these two were stationed in Michigan.

First of all, I have been to a few EWCs, both in NYC and in Florida. I had a tough time finding one that I really liked in Florida, but I cannot wait until yearly trips home for a wax. I was very happy to find the Orange Ave location. Like most EWCs it is a clean location. The front desk clerk is kind and welcoming. There is usually one clerk, which is interesting-but it seems to be a low traffic area. Now onto my wax specialist, Brandon. Brandon is my first male specialist. I was not really concerned about being paired with a male. I don’t remember if I chose him or I chose the anyone option. I don’t remember, nor do I care, because I will FOLLOW HIM. I love his work, his conversation, and his personality. He is relatable, even though I’m old enough to be his mom. He is professional and I am pretty sure he can read a room and adapt to a client’s mood and needs readily. It does not matter my mood-I leave happy. Thank you, Brandon!! He was even able to convince me to purchase a serum and I’m notoriously cheap with that sort of thing. For Brandon, it was worth it. And yes, I use it.

I have met many wonderful aestheticians, but to be frank, yes this is self-care, but not the fun part lol. I love my waxers Oceana and Jessica but the front desk lady Lori is aggressive in her tone of voice and rude. I’m sad I have to change waxing companies because this one is only 4 minutes from my house but I just can’t take another visit of Lori being aggressive. It’s always about the wax passes. I know I will save money but I just don’t want another monthly payment that’s why I paid for my Mustang in full before I left the dealership when I got it. I don’t like monthly payments. I know it sounds silly but they give me anxiety so monthly payments aren’t good for my mental health. That’s why I would rather pay when I get the service, even though I would save money doing the passes. My mental health is more important to me than saving money. I’m sorry but I just didn’t like the energy she gave off it was really negative. My other thought is if she’s talking to me like that she’s probably talking to the waxers like that too and that’s just not ok. You don’t treat people like that. I’m not trying to be a Karen, I hardly ever complain about service but if I’m shocked about something that happened good or bad. I’m going to say something. I’m a human first a costumer second.
