Margot was AWESOME! This was my FIRST wax ever and I WILL be going back. I have sensitive skin and the products (organic) she used had me walking out of there with ZERO irritation, or inflammation. She used tweezers to get EVERY SINGLE stubborn HAIR afterward. The CLEANEST WAX ever!!! My friends who have gotten waxed even agree she is the best in town. You have 7 days to do a FREE touch-up also, if hairs are quick to come around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I LOVED my experience!!! I had Full Brazilian Wax and I am so happy with the result! Margot Garza is an amazing Waxing Technician! She was so sweet and polite, but also really fun to talk to. Her professionalism was great as well! She was quick and efficient but also made it fun and positive experience even though waxing is painful. Margot gave me proper cleaning supplies with wipes and rose water. She was very gentle and counted beforehand to help ease the stress of a bikini wax. I had a scar area and she was very careful and helpful with skin! Talking to her felt like speaking with a close family member. She was so nice and kind but also very professional and got the wax done quickly in a short amount of time but also I barely noticed the small seconds of pain because we were talking and she was very efficient. It was my first time here and it’s already my new favourite Wax studio in Orlando! I’ve been several places but this one was Clean, Kind, Helpful, Friendly, and even Quick! My skin usually reacts sensitively but my final result feels so clean and smooth after going to Wax Orlando. I have no bumps and my skin feels soft and fresh. Uneasy and downright terrified, I walked into Wax Orlando for my first meeting with Margot, a lovely young woman who within minutes put me at ease. It has taken me years, yes years to get to the point of actually finding somewhere to go, making an appointment, and following through. The main reason I chose Wax Orlando originally were all of the exemplary reviews, especially for first-timers. Margot is professional, kind, and very informative. She is also over 100 miles away, but for me, worth the drive! If it is your first time for a bikini, Brazilian, or any body part, I recommend Wax Orlando. There are, I believe, three girls that do the waxing. All of their reviews are excellent. I also liked that the location is not too large, so you are not walking through a lot of people, then sitting and waiting your turn with several others…. The room was clean and Margot was organized. I’m going for my second time tomorrow and bringing a girlfriend, who, like me, is new to waxing. Pain-free, no, of course not, you’re having your hair pulled out. It wasn’t excruciating and by that evening I was fine, the next morning all of the redness was gone and the results were well worth it!

I had my very first Brazilian done here, and Margot was fantastic. She was very professional, made me feel very comfortable. She worked quickly, and was very hygienic. The hard wax was better than any traditional waxing Ive had done on my face, even for down in a sensitive area. I live over on the UCF side of Orlando, and the drive over Wax Orlando was worth it after reading reviews for the hard wax. Worth the extra few miles. I had no irritation, and it was just overall fantastic.

Just about 3-4 months ago I started doing a Brazilian and underarm wax. I was nervous and did not know what to expect at first. I did my research and found this place and scheduled an appointment with Renata. Let me tell you I could not have had a better first experience. My first time it definitely did hurt and she was upfront with me about it but I could tolerate the pain because she kept keeping a conversation with me to keep my mind off of it. I have been back 3 more times and plan to keep going. To me this place gave me good quality waxing and the people were super nice. The setting was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend going here!

This is not the first time my wife and I have had Margot do our Brazilian waxing. She continues to provide consistent quality waxing in a professional and friendly manner. I was very apprehensive the first time but that quickly dissipated as she went about her work. I find it easy to make appointments using text messages. The waiting room has a cozy atmosphere, quiet and clean and oh yes the bathroom was very clean. We are very pleased with Margot and Wax Orlando for providing us such excellent service in a pleasant environment. We will be coming back soon.

WOW. The reviews are great for a reason. I got my first ever Brazilian wax with Margot. Aside from being nervous about the pain, I was a little shy about the experience itself, but Margot helped make me feel comfortable days before my appointment even took place. She did such a great job, that even though parts of the process were painful, I was in no pain when I left. I will definitely be going back here and I have absolutely no interest in searching for another place. The hard wax is definitely a benefit- why would you want someone to take regular wax and strips to such sensitive areas? Ive had experience with hard wax on my eyebrows and loved how much less painful it was, so I knew that although it would still be somewhat painful, it would be much easier than wax and strips. Im so pleased with the results and the experience, I will probably start having other areas waxed, like my legs and brows, by Margot and I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go here!

3 weeks ago I made an appointment with Renata. I had a vacation planned but Ive only ever waxed 3 to 4 times in 10 years so I was nervous but so tired of shaving! She quickly made me feel comfortable. She was also very professional. The room was clean. She even had temporary medical panties to change into that make it easier for her to wax the area rather then having to stretch your own panties. She was even thoughtful enough to send a follow up text the day after to see how I was doing (lets be real, waxing for Hispanic female hair isnt a walk in the park - I have thick hair!) She even remembered where my trip was and wished me a good time and to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. Great customer service, great location, great prices! Going back today!

The salon is always so clean. I wish they would open a sister salon in Tampa.

Renata is AMAZING! She was my first waxing experience and she made it so easy and comfortable for me. Of course everyone thinks getting a Brazilian wax will be awkward...I thought the same but Renata completely took my mind off of it with her calm & easy going spirit. The experience was nearly painless (even on my first visit) and I dont think Ill ever use another form of hair removal nor go anywhere else. Wax Orlando uses a hard wax which is applied, allowed to dry & ripped off (no cloth strips & no double dipping)...honestly getting my eyebrows done is more painful! The results last so long...I really cant express how satisfied I am with Renata and WO. The facility is so clean and has such a calming atmosphere; Renata is always timely, Ive NEVER had to wait upon my arrival and making your appointment is so easy, just a simple text! Wax Orlando isnt at all close to me but I will travel to wherever Renata is...shes that great :)

I have always been very hesitant on waxing because I have heard it is extremely painful and on top of that it sounds like a pretty awkward situation.. I finally decided to try it out and wow I am so lucky to have found Renata!! She is super sweet and makes the experience extremely comfortable. Loved having my first experience on the (If I remember correctly) green aloe wax treatment, since Ive always done beeswax based treatment. There really is a difference between the two and the green wax is much gentler on the skin, making the entire experience that much better. Would definitely love to come back here again.

I found the Wax shop was very clean & sterile like a doctors office but not cold or clinical. The Wax tech was also professional, but friendly, and easy to talk too. Your wax technician is a huge part of the entire service all around and she made me feel more than comfortable and secure. My first experience at Wax Orlando was mostly very positive. The staff seems very welcoming and friendly. The esthetician initially assumed I was getting a brazilian wax (I guess they do a lot of those?) and there was some confusion as I was given time to get changed but I reminded her that I was only there for half-leg. My legs were pretty furry but Margo didnt make me feel judged or self-conscious about it, which I was grateful for. The atmosphere is nice, with music, candles, a fan, and cute decorations. About halfway through the session, I noticed that the wax was getting really hot and after a while of it increasing in temperature even more, I finally said something. Margo immediately turned the dial down and explained that the wax from the bottom is hotter. The temperature started improving, but it was burning again by the end of the appointment and I noticed the dial was back up to max again. Despite those issues, my legs look great now and it was the least painful waxing experience Ive ever had (except the burning, but maybe my skin is just sensitive today). She also was very willing to go back over at the end and get any missed spots that I noticed.

My very first Brazilian was done about 2 weeks ago by the lovely Muriel. I walked in feeling awkward, naturally, but she made me feel completely comfortable so that quickly went away. She was very friendly, quick, and warned me about the tough (meaning painful) areas before she waxed them. Afterwards, she was even more thorough by touching up with a tweezer, and really took time totally explaining any questions that I had. I had a special occasion coming up and the next day I wasnt sore or uncomfortable at all, thanks to a very gentle experience. In a nutshell, 10/10. Wax Orlando is a beautiful, clean and relaxing environment, and that comes from someone who was super nervous about how it would all go down. Will be coming back at my earliest convenience!

First of all, Margot is incredible, but of course you already knew that from all of her other incredible reviews. I moved to Central Florida as of two months ago and was looking for a waxing center. I found Orlando wax on Google and by all the good reviews I decided to take a chance. I was greeted upon arrival and when I got to the room it was a relax setting and I felt calm. Margot was quick and the pain was minimal. I would reccomend. In Fort Lauderdale the brazilian is $37 here they charge $50 a bit of an increase but I would say its worth it considering my experience.
