I decided to first try a lash lift because I wanted to enhance my eyes. I had really straight eyelashes so I had to use a curler every day to get the look that I wanted. I had seen on Instagram some videos of eyelash lifts and I was curious to try the procedure. At first, I was concerned about how my sensitive skin and eyes would react to the process. However, after doing some research and finding Studio Delacroix, I felt more confident in the procedure and I booked an appointment. Upon first meeting Alexandra, I was impressed and felt at ease by her professionalism and care. I appreciated that Alexandra took the time to look over my health questionnaire and making sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. The whole procedure was painless and my sensitive skin and eyes did well. I was amazed at how long and curly my eyelashes were after the first visit-no more using the curler! Alexandra recommended that I use the eyelash growth serum to help my lashes grow. I have been using the serum and going to get an eyelash lift every 6 weeks since my first visit back in March 2020. Now, my eyelashes are long, full and curly all the time. I am really happy with the results and how it has simplified my beauty routine! I also get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done with Alexandra. I would highly recommend Studio Delacroix for any of these beauty services. Alexandra is the best!

This week I had the most incredible lash service at Studio Delacroix. From start to finish everything was exceptional. The attention, the atmosphere, and the expertise in lashes all turned into the most gorgeous lashes Ive ever had. Im absolutely thrilled with the results and literally obsessed with my lashes. I’ve done it before and it was good but my girlfriend recommended to see Alex and what I had before- I can say now, it was a bad bad lift. Ha!So yeah, if you have never tried it, considering or even tried - give a shot to this woman and I a promise you, you will love her and your results! She does more services like waxing and brows, which I haven’t explore yet but I’m sure those are great too. And what I really appreciated since it is my eye area that she works with high quality, safe products. Love it!

I’ve been going to Alexandra since last year for my brows and lashes. I have extremely sensitive skin so I’ve always been hesitant with getting anything done for that reason. Since going to Alexandra I’ve never had an issues with skin irritation or breakouts. She uses really clean products that work well with my skin type. I’ve never had a Brazilian wax so I decided to give it a shot. She let me know what to expect during the session and provided after care instructions. Because of my sensitive skin I wasn’t sure how I would feel the following day. The waxing itself was a great experience. Fast forward to today I have no pain and no irritation. Hands down Alexandra is the best at what she does. I won’t go to anyone else.

Alexandra was SO nice, super friendly and easy to talk to! She was really good with explaining everything that we were gonna be doing to my lashes and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ve decided to get lash lift to have them stay curled for a long period of time. Beforehand I’ve been using a curling tool that would only break my lashes. I knew that Alexandra had a good reputation and I’ve been her waxing client for years. I had the absolute best experience at studio de la Croix ! I initially wanted to try a lash lift + tint so that I could achieve a more low maintenance day to day life rather than my previous routine which included a ton of mascara and daily lash curling. I also wanted them to look longer and more curled. My only concern before trying the lash lift + tint was that it wouldn’t be noticeable enough to not need mascara. But I was extremely surprised and happy with the results !! I found Alexandra through instagram and she was so amazing , super sweet , kind and so so professional. She did such a great job with both my lash lift and my eyebrow lamination. I am obsessed !! The experience was great fairly quick , good conversation in between and just overall felt very comfortable. I absolutely love the results , I feel like a Barbie doll ! No makeup necessary. I was never a big fan of my eyebrows but after my appointment I definitely saw a big difference & fell in love with my eyebrows for the first time since I was a kid. I always felt I had short lashes, and wanted a lift to bring them to life. Before my lift I mostly used mascara, but was not a fan of the clumping and black around my eyes at the end of a long day. My only concern was discomfort to the eye, but my experience was the opposite and was rather relaxing. Studio Delacroix is next to my hair stylist Alex, and it was very professional between them. It was a very comfortable time, I felt relaxed and it was quick. I LOVE the results, my lashes look even better than when I would do my makeup, and I feel confident without makeup on. I decided to try a lash lift because I have always had long eyelashes but they have always been very straight. I always loved how my eyes looked with curled lashes. Since my lashes were so straight, a few minutes after curling them and putting mascara on they would fall down and you wouldnt even be able to tell that I was wearing mascara. I tried every trick to get them to stay including waterproof mascara and heating up my eyelash curler and it only left me with damaged lashes that were still straight. I had a fear that due to my sensitive skin (and the horror stories I had heard from friends about lash lifts and extensions) that I would have a terrible reaction and end up loosing all my lashes. My first appointment I was a little nervous due to those fears but Alexandra was extremely kind and explained the process before starting anything. She was very professional and the time goes by quick due as we chat, listen to music and joke. Ive always felt very comfortable during the service as Alexandra always adjusts the setting to fit whatever youre most comfortable with whether that be a blanket, conversation or quiet . My favorite thing about having the lift done is that I get the look that I love, without damaging my lashes and without having to do any makeup in the morning. I would highly recommend this studio due to the talented staff, Alexandra, the environment the service is done in and the results. 100% worth every penny

I had Powder brows done by Alex and I love them! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained step by step the procedure she was going to perform. She is very friendly and really takes her time with you. She is meticulous and it shows. She followed up with me throughout the post-treatment. I had my initial session and within the first month, she contacted me weekly to see how my brows were doing and if I had any concerns. She warned me that it may look like my colors have disappeared after the first week, which it did appear that way, but it came back after a couple of weeks. I came back for my touch-up a month afterward and it has been a week since my touch-up. The top layer has peeled and I love my new eyebrows!!! The colors really took after the touch-up and they look very natural. I couldnt be more pleased with what Alex has done for my eyebrows. Thank you!

I can feel as a human being that he does it with love for his work. to her clients, she is very detail-oriented, delicate in every step of the work she is doing and she has the peace of mind of dealing with her clients in all kinds of languages through translate, so dont be afraid girls!!!!
