Ive been coming here 7-8 years & its always a great experience. Each time I come there Im greeted so nicely, always asking me if I want water or anything they can help me with while I wait for my waxer. All around great staff! Wax rooms are always cleaned & sanitized for the next person. Luz has been my waxer the entire time that I have been coming here & I absolutely adore her! Shes so sweet & efficient...gets you in & out in 10 minutes! I have referred so many people here because I love everything about this company & their staff

Wonderful service!! me & my lil sister drove an hour to come to ooh la la brow bar & it was the WORST experience ever. the lady treated my sister so badly she had her bawling her eyes out to the point i stopped the service half way through because i couldn’t stand to listen to this lady speak the my sister the way she did & pick a 17 year old girl apart the way she did. thankfully u bella eyebrow studio had our back & took my sister last minute to fix her brows. they had AMAZING service & did an amazing job. the lady irma took care of my sister & she is honestly so good at what she does & so kind! we need more women in the world like these women at this place !! thank you guys so much for helping my little sister & being so kind we appreciate it !!:)

I had such an amazing experience here, so I felt like I needed to leave a review. I was looking for a location in the Orlando general area last minute on a Friday to get a Brazilian wax. I called U Bella last minute and within an hr they were able to schedule me. I arrived and the place was decorated in holiday decor and looked very clean, which I loved. My appointment was with Marlleily and from the beginning she was super personable and made me feel comfortable to get waxed. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for about 7 years, and by far this is the best wax I’ve ever had. The wax she used was kept at a low temperature and did not burn at all. She was efficient and fast! They recently did some renovations and it’s super cute. Please come here to take care yourself. Great pricing as well. The only thing I would like is perhaps some type of points and reward system.

Luz!!! LUZ!!! I adore this woman and her style of work so much. Whenever I come to Florida, I always make sure to get a wax by her. I almost didn’t want to write the review because I don’t want anyone to book her, but me :) However, she deserves recognition for how AMAZING she is at what she does. She’s very analytical and will wax you so well until there is NO hair. She’s very dedicated to giving you good service! I love this place. It is the only place I trust for my lady parts. The first time I wax it, I went to the European Wax Center and it was an overall horrible experience. They (EWC) was pressuring me to buy products after costing an additional $50. They also left wax in my parts and they were suck together when I got home I had to rip and peel everything off. My friend convinced me to try this place. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so comfortable talking about my concerns (dry skin and ingrown) with the staff. I’ve been coming here since 2015 and all the staff are great so I don’t have to worry about getting the same person to have a great experience.

Ive been here twice already and I love it so much! Jasmine is definitely the go-to girl here in my opinion. She completely takes her time and ensures that you are all right throughout the entire process. Also I was feeling under the weather before my 3rd appointment and U Bella was very accommodating allowing me to move around my appointment without charging me a large fee, like other places. The staff is always friendly and I never feel out of place. For sure recommend U Bella!

Love this place and my tech Amy. I initially found U Bella online through reviews but it has not disappointed me yet. I receive text and email reminders of appointments, and there are even walk ins available. I missed my birthday month by a few days and they still honored my half off discount, which i greatly appreciated. The suites are always clean and the techs are very efficient and knowledgeable. I also remember them calling after my first appointment to check up. Very professional establishment where you feel comfortable and taken care of.

Lucky to have found U Bella when I asked someone if they knew a nail salon near by to get my eyebrows done. They looked at me like I was crazy but its all I knew! I got referred to U Bella and havent gone any where else since. Ive been seeing Hannah for about a year now. Shes super sweet, and professional. Always makes you feel like a friend and even remembers little details you might have talked about last time you were here. The wax they use doesnt require strips and comes off so smooth compared to other waxes Ive had. The place is very clean and prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend it!

This place has honestly been the best place to get a wax. I moved from NY 3-4 years ago and the struggle to find a good place to get a wax was almost impossible until I found uBella. After having a bad experience getting my eyebrows waxed at Ulta, U Bella was the perfect place for me. They were very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Ruby was amazing and made sure to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. When the waxing was finished, Ruby gave me tips on how to fill my eyebrows in with a pencil and how to use a spooly to make them grow back faster and fuller. In all, my eyebrow waxing experience was far greater at U Bella than that at Ulta and I will definitely be returning to Ruby again.

I have been going to U Bella since they opened, they offer the hard wax for getting rid of unwanted hair. If you haven’t tried the Brazilian hard wax as opposed to wax and linen strips (ouch!) then you are missing out. Give it a try-- at least once because, the hard wax is much easier on your skin and, at least for me, it is less painful. I’ve tried most waxing studios in the local area and some salons that offer waxing, U Bella is by far the best on the pain, cleanliness, and professionalism factors. Plus their staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been getting waxed by Amy for almost 7 years now. And can say that she is the best! Amy has a way of making you feel at ease when going through the pain of waxing. Amy and all the staff at Ubella treat you like family. And after my recent visit, I can say they are one of a kind.Yesterday I went to Ubella with my newborn daughter for a quick bikini wax. Halfway through the visit, my baby wakes up crying. Henry (Amys husband), Luz (another amazing tech at Ubella) and a couple ladies of the Ubella family offered to care for my baby until we were done. Not only did they manage to calm my baby down, but they even changed her diaper while at it!Thank you guys for always making me feel welcome and now doing the same for my daughter. Dont worry! I will leave her home next time :-)
