    My visit was wonderful. The reception was pleasant greeted me got me in when I had appointment later that day, but you made it happen for me to see that morning. Oh my goodness, the young lady that did mine work she’s awesome. I have to put hands down for her awesome worker. I will come back again the 2 Hour Drive just to have her with my treatment.

    Mia was amazing. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. She made me feel comfortable. It was quick and almost painless. She gave me a lot of information and tips on aftercare and how maintain in between visits I will definitely be going back to this location and of course I will be booking with Mia again thanks so much to her for making this experience pleasant. The entire staff there was very polite and friendly. I would recommend the doctor Phillips European wax Center to everyone.

    Jordan is fantastic! Takes the time to listen to your concerns & gives you great tips on how to properly care & maintain. Doesn’t try to upsell you what you don’t need and it honest about your timeframe and how often or how little you need to be coming in. I started seeing her every 4/5 weeks and then she suggested 6 weeks but her work is so great on my most recent appointment she said we can move up to every 7 weeks. I appreciate her honesty. Definitely recommend her.

    I came here for my first wax and Rachel was absolutely AMAZING!! She made me so comfortable, talked me through everything, and she is so fast, I was out in a little over 10 minutes.     THE BEST WAX I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I walked in and Tiana’s friendly & professional nature was very warm and inviting the star of the show was my wax tech Patricia! I am from philly so I am visiting on vacation for my birthday I forgot to get a wax before I left but had the membership booked on a whim and got Patricia. Listen if I could take her back home with me to be my permanent waxer I would! She is phenomenal! Attentive, professional, and friendly!

    Update 2/2024- Rae Ann is wonderful! Very bubbly and easy to talk to, did a great job with my wax and made it easy for me!! However, the girl at the front desk was not enthusiastic and didn’t want to be there at all. And she asked if i wanted to buy a new wax pass since corporate is raising prices this month. They always say that so I never know when it’s true! Very deceptive sales tactics 😔Jordan is so sweet and accommodating! Very genuine and kind which is much appreciated. She also did a great job at explaining the wax pass and current promotion. Katie was also very kind and I GREATLY appreciated her talking to me the entire time. It makes waxing much less painful!

    Kyra was phenomenal, I went in for a service I had never gotten done before and was nervous to have done and she was absolutely amazing. Usually when I get really nervous I get goosebumps all over and it makes it extremely difficult to wax the area.     Patricia was great at waxing and did a great job. The only thing I would say is that she was not talkative at all. Usually the technicians are very chatty and try really hard to put you at ease but Patricia was very quiet. Like I said, she did a GREAT job at waxing.

    Katelyn kept me talking and she was engaged in what I had to say. It felt like a safe space. She was quick. I like that she followed up in between strips with the tweezers.     Always good the new woman at the counter was wonderful she showed discretion and was so sweet. Didn’t get her name she had medium skin and said she was biracial. The wax associate I had also did a fantastic job, quick and efficient barely any red bumps after can’t remember her name but she had half shaved head and cute hanging earrings was very friendly.

Chelsea at the front desk is an actual angel and Jessie is the most amazing waxing specialist I’ve ever visited. First wax is free and the wax pass system gives you an excellent price. They products are also very much worth it for everything from preventing ingrowns to skin hydration, and minimizing future hair growth. Very professional, clean, and as minimal pain as waxing can possibly be. Make that appointment, you’ll be glad you did.

    Love EWC and Jessica in particular was fantastic - she added some powder beforehand to make a noticeably less-painful experience (though normally it’s not bad at all, just even smoother this time!)     I just went there today. I had kyra she was soooooo sweet. I havent gotten my waxes in months and was super nervous to start back up. She dealt with me asking random questions and talking to me. Just kepping my mind off what i was having done. She is sooooo sweet and lovely. Im so glad i had her as my waxer. Kelly was so kind, funny and reinforced that she’s an aesthetician not a dermatologist, and encouraged me to see a specialist without telling me it’s because “I don’t exfoliate enough.” She’s really a ray of sunshine and always makes me laugh.
