    Two dear friends gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to have my brows shaped and tinted with Kaitlyn at Precision Beauty. These two friends knew I was not happy with my eyebrows due to a thyroid condition. They were thin and sparse! On December 3, 2024, I had my appointment with Kaitlyn. She is delightful. Kaitlyn explained everything in detail to me. When I looked into the mirror after Kaitlyn was finished, I could not believe my eyes. I also could not stop smiling! I now have nice eyebrows. Such a confidence booster for me! I am so happy with the outcome! I look forward to my next appointment after the holidays!

    My 1st time receiving a Brow Sculpt (wax) with tint & my experience was wonderful! Kaitlyn is a sweetheart, makes you feel comfortable very quickly. She has hands as light as feathers. She kept me calm by always explaining step by step what was happening while she multi task to record as well, which she very politely asked. She made sure to communicate her suggestions, and for once I placed my trust in the universe & I left extremely happy. I removed my unibrow for fun, and Kaitlyn always kind her words. Definitely going back & my appointment already booked, & the good part is your deposit goes towards your next visit which I think its awesome! In a whole very cozy her space, impressed & her parents did a great job, witnessing a young lady start her on business speaks greatness & Leadership!     Kaitlyn absolutely transformed my brows. I was the nail salon girly that would go get 10 min appointment and leave extremely red and irritated for about a week.     First time getting my eyebrows mapped! I don’t usually get my eyebrows done unless it’s for special occasions or if I have time. Kaitlyn took her time mapping out my eyebrows, and checked in with me to make sure I was okay with everything before moving forward. The whole experience was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was a little hesitant on the price before but gave it a shot and it’s definitely worth it for the time and effort put in. They turned out better than my usual eyebrow wax!

    This was my first experience having my eyebrows professionally done. I usually pluck them or use an eyebrow razor on myself, but I could never get them to look the way I wanted.     I came to kaitlyn to get lash extensions and to wax/tint my brows for an upcoming trip. she is AMAZING! her place is so comfortable, and cute! for the lash appointment she took her time, explained what she was going to be doing, and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. they turned out perfect, exactly what i wanted. for my brow appointment, again she explained all the steps she was going to do before doing it, she gave the most beautiful shape to my brows. i would definitely recommend her and i will definitely be going back to her! :)))
