I’m re-reviewing as I take customer service seriously. Professionals who care enough and are eager to correct any unfortunate mistakes definitely deserves serious reconsideration. Crystal is not only extremely professional and genuinely nice, but she cares about how her clients experience their services w/her and her staff. Keeping this short…I was one who did not have a good 1st experience. However, It was corrected immediately w/the utmost professionalism which I find to be very rare anymore. Just to be clear, the issue had nothing to do w/skill set. This was a customer service issue that Crystal was not present for that particular day.My objective, besides locking in who’s going to be doing my eyebrows in Palm Beach, was to also find out about eyelashes and a long term solution to my eyebrows. She knew exactly what I needed w/o hesitation AND…I left w/GREAT looking eyebrows. Without a doubt Crystal will be my go to for my brows & lash needs!! Her experience and master skill set are just what I’m looking for.

Went for an eyebrow touch up June 2nd and they look amazing. Enjoyed the Girlfriend Hour twice and the experience was magical. Such a gracious host and her colleagues are professional, nice and on point.

I cant say enough about Krystal & her work. I have had lashes a few times over the years & never got past the initial appointment. I never liked them enough to want to keep them. Krystal has literally changed my life! I love them & cant imagine going without them now. Her incredible brow waxing compliments the gorgeous lashes. I get compliments all the time. I cant wait to get my makeup done by Krystal too~ everything this woman does is amazing!

Krystal is AWESOME!!! Initially I went for microblading consultation but based on my eyebrows and that I don’t wear makeup, she suggested Powder Browing would look more natural which is exactly what I wanted and she TOTALLY did an AMAZING job! Immediately loved my brows and 3 days later love them even more! My advice is do yourself a favor and go see Krystal at Face Wardrobe!

Ive been trusting Krystal for a couple of years now for my beauty services. She did my bridal shower make up and my wedding make up and did a fantastic job. I recently decided to give micro blading a shot and I knew without a doubt Krystal was the right artist for the job!She is very meticulous with her work and takes her time to ensure that it comes out perfect. I am allergic to certain pigments and was very scared to get this done, however, Krystal made sure to conduct the proper allergy test and wait the necessary time to ensure my safety. Luckily, I did not have any reaction and we were able to proceed.Krystal was kind enough to work with my schedule as I am a busy mom and have limited time slots for me time. I am loving my new brows and they are healing wonderfully with minimal pain! I would definitely recommend her for any of your beauty needs!

Krystal did my wedding make up and my bridal party’s make up. Her work is absolutely flawless and she truly made me feel so beautiful. My make up looks stunning in my photos. I searched for a very long time for a make up artist and when I came across her page on Instagram...I immediately booked her. She is so much fun to work with, she made us feel comfortable and beautiful. We even did a fun TikTok/reel during it which is nice to look back on now. Krystal, thank you so very much. You have no idea how happy and beautiful I felt.

Krystal is amazing & so is her technique. I’ve gotten eyelash extensions done with her multiple times and every single time I have gotten so many compliments. I’ve gone to other girls for my lashes and nothing has compared to her work. I AM OBSESSED, not only that they last me about a month with no fill. Her shop is beautiful and is always clean. Definitely book.

PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL , PROFESSIONAL, I LOVE IT!!!!!I have NEVER been disappointed here!! The quality of Krystals work is on a different level than ANY other person or place I have been. ( I HAVE TRIED MANY) She knows how to blend GLAM and NATURAL Beauty. Her makeup is FLAWLESS! I recently got my eyebrows done (Lamination) which I NEVER do. I dont even wax them. I recently visited Face Wardrobe, I was on the fence because I did not know Krystal nor anyone who had previously seen her. When I arrived I was surprised by not only how nice the area was but also how beautiful and well kept her salon suite was. I was met with a pleasant young women who was very well spoken and knowledgeable. Before we started my Eyebrow services, she went through an in-depth overview of what she would be doing, aftercare and what I should expect. Afterwards, I laid down on her table, she played some calming music and proceeded to place a numbing cream over my brows to lessen any discomfort I may or may not feel. Next she went to work, the process of my ombré brow took about 2 hours and during this time I was at ease. Krystal reassured me and made sure I was comfortable through out the entire process. When it was over, she cleaned me up & showed me my results. I should let you know I had my brows micro-shaded about 3 years ago & not only was the process dreadfully painfully, they didn’t turn out how I expected them to. I can tell you right now, this was not the case. Not only did I not endure any discomfort, but my eye brows were so beautifully shaded and shaped, I started crying. I don’t grow much hair in my brow area & always have to fill them in, however after this process with Krystal I don’t see a need for that any longer. It’s safe to say, I will most definitely be booking all of my future beauty services with Krystal. She was professional, charming and extremely skilled in her craft. Krystal if you read this, thank you so much you have truly changed my look and multiplied my confidence by ten folds.

I first met Krystal in 2015 she did my make up for my job Christmas party. I had never had make up done by a professional she immediately got me hooked. She is the only person I let do my makeup no one else. I don’t mind driving over an hour to get my makeup done by the absolute best. Her spirit, personality, beauty and mind is so beautiful. She’s just not only to do makeup. She’s making a brand. She’s enhancing women beauty and giving women more confidence in their own skin.She’s more than a make up artist to me she is a friend and a beautiful person inside and out.
