    The lady working in the hair product department is awesome! (today, 5/30 around 2:30-3pm) She helped me find all the products I was looking for--shine spray, heat protection, etc. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she is also just the sweetest person you could imagine! I wish I knew her name--please thank her for me, for her excellent customer service!

    Went to Ulta Benefit Brow Bar for a brow lamination. Cathy was incredible, she understood exactly what shape I wanted with recommendations on other services offered as well! My eyebrows turned out so so so good, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend going to Cathy!

    I came to this location for a full highlight and haircut and I am so incredibly happy with the results! My stylist, Sofia, was amazing! She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional from the very start. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, talk about my hair history, and looked at my inspo pics. She was detail-oriented, attentive, and is really just a talented stylist. She gave her professional opinion but allowed me the space to decide what I wanted. The final look was exactly what I was looking for, both color and length-wise. I am so grateful for her—she made me feel beautiful! I would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for a new stylist.

    Go. See. Shakirrah. Period! She is the absolute *BEST*. I went in last Friday looking for someone to help me freshen up my look and she did not disappoint!!     A stylist named Merissa did FANTASTIC on my hair and makeup. I feel so beautiful and she was very friendly/personable. I have attached a photo with no filter of my hair and makeup. She made me feel like a queen!PLUS it was only $92 for hair and makeup. What a steal!

    Lisa was my MUA. She immediately asked me if I needed help when I walked in the door. Typically I say no but today for some reason I said sure, “I’m looking for bare minerals tinted moisturizer”. She started walked me to that area and asked if I ever used PUR tinted moisturizer; as it has better benefits ect. Needless to say, she matched my skin color and I walked out with 3 PUR items: tinted moisturizer, foundation and gel to water moisturizer. I’m pleased with my visit today. She was kind, friendly and very informative. She did not push me to buy products, the products sold themselves. Wish I was rich 😆

    I would like to commend Cristina for assisting me and sharing the shades of lipstick/ lip liner/ lip gloss she was wearing today. She was a walking advertisement for the products she’s using on her lips. I have a hard time finding the right shade for quite a while and when I saw hers it was perfect and she didn’t mind sharing and even assisted me in finding all the products in the store.     Went and got my eye brows tinted by Danielle, she did an amazing job and was super friendly. I ended up buying some products from her and loved the way my brows looked after! Highly recommend going and seeing her for your brow needs.

    I cant say enough good things about my hair stylist, Michelle L, at PGA Gardens ULTA.. I have been going to her for 2 years, & she always makes me feel comfortable & welcome. I have come to appreciate her savvy hair & beauty tips. People who know me compliment my hairstyle frequently. My latest styling is really great! My friends tell me I am looking so much younger. & I see it in the mirror. So far its my best style ever! Thank you Michelle L., youve got skills!!

    The store and staff are great. Kind and helpful salespeople, bright and varied product choices.Though this is the second time I found a perfect eye shadow to buy and learned it is discontinued. I do wish companies would not end a good product, or at least not end it and still have the samples on the display case to appear its available.

    Stopped by the grab 2 products. The staff were incredibly helpful and there with suggestions. As well as respectful when I mentioned an allergy to particular products.I am a big fan of The Ordinary and was sad to see the The Buffet product of theres was no longer carried.Still 5 star experience!

    I went to Ulta during their 21 days of beauty sale and knew exactly what I wanted so I was just going to get in and out.     I love the service at this Ulta, my hairstylist Nina is amazing, she’s very considerate of what looks you’re going for and has great advice in terms of the right hair care for curly hair, especially in my case! Highly recommend, Also Patches was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

    Merrisa in the salon did such a great job on my partial balayage, root tap & olaplex treatment! She was super sweet and took her time. 10/10. I will be going back to her!     I had a great experience and haircut here with Emily. She listened well, kept my long hair long, and the style was even better than I had hoped for. Scheduling online is a bonus and I had no scheduling issues as others have described. Given the reasonable price and location inside Ulta, I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised and my hair has never looked better.

    Emily cuts & colors my hair at the salon. Shes the Best! She is such a talented stylist. I really love the Ulta rewards program,, it has saved me so much money!I earn rewards points from my salon visits as well as product purchases. The store is always well stocked with product.

    Ulta offers a huge variety of products in the beauty industry as we all know. They also have a great collection of colognes to buy from that you can small and sample in store! They even offer a rewards program that if you take advantage of offers some pretty great stuff.

    Stores like this can be overwhelming for me, but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they listen and don’t try to push products on me that I don’t need, definitely helps me feel less overwhelmed and I now enjoy going back! I also started using the salon, Emily & Nina are great and very skilled! They are the only ones I have found in Years who will cut my hair just as I asked, I won’t go anywhere else

    USPS lost my order. USPS blames UPS and UPS blamed USPS. Anyways, I dealt with this since my order didn’t arrive (was supposed to come 11/24) finally on dec 2nd I started called UPS and USPS. After speaking with a bunch of very RUDE people they said “nothing we can do” so I called ULTA and explained what happened. Without hesitation they are replacing all the items! I spoke with Diamond from customer service and she was absolutely delightful! You see, I save my points every year and wait until Black Friday to buy everyone’s Christmas gifts and when my package got lost I was DEVASTATED since if I got refunded I still would have lost out on the deals! 10/10 Ulta is amazing. I am so grateful 😇

    October 13th was an extremely hard day for me. At 6pm that evening I had to give a eulogy at my best friends funeral. Anxiety and stress about being on camera convinced me that I needed my makeup done and I needed it done professionally. A girlfriend of mine mentioned Ulta. The closet location to me was completely booked, I then dialed the number to the PGA location. The woman who answered the phone was kind and knowledgeable of the cost, services and availability. I told her I needed an appointment as soon as possible. She came back to the phone and told me they had an appointment for me booked. I came in and spoke to the first employee I found because I didnt know where to go. (Not that it wasnt organized properly I honestly was in a daze.) She led me to Elise (Im sorry if I spelt this wrong) from the time I walked up to the chair Elise was beyond amazing. She was kind, warm so friendly and for a moment while she was doing my makeup I forgot every stress of that day and was just able to listen to all of her wonderful tricks, tips and ideas. She taught me a lot in our session and I will be back to purchase all of the wonderful makeup she used. I cant thank the Ulta team and Elise enough.

    I love Ulta because they have a great selection of products from high end spa products to drugstore brands. Their rewards program blows the competition away! The only bad thing about this location is the parking because it is small, next to a Trader Joes and hard to navigate through. I recommend to use extra caution when using the parking in front of the store.

    I really hate to admit it, but I come to this store quite a bit.As a loyal Sephora customer, I used to walk by the place and not even look twice. One day, my friend convinced me to go with her and I fell in love! I love that this place carries it all - prestige cosmetics brands, drugstores brands, nail polishes, body care, hair care, etc, etc, etc. Also, I think their rewards program is better than Sephoras as well since you can redeem your points for a discount instead of a tiny sample of something youll never use.As far as this location, its not very big and not tidy most of the time. Usually they have everything in stock.Four stars because most of the time, the ladies that work here look grumpy and talk too much amongst themselves rather than help customers.

    Just got my haircut by Renee today and so happy with it 💇🏻‍♀️ She’s so talented, haven’t gotten a haircut in over a year and didn’t have a particular style in mind so I told her to do what she thought was best.     First time I had ever been at an ulta. I walked in a bit confused and overwhelmed. I was instantly greeted by a lovely young lady named Linda. She greeted me with a warm smile and as soon as she found out I had never been in any Ulta before her face lit up she welcomed me and instantly addressed my needs. She explained what ulta was what they offered and even sat me down at her counter and gave me a full treatment. I walked out feeling beautiful and so grateful to her. She didnt treat me like a sale she got to know me. I will be returning to only this location. It can be overwhelming going into a place like this she made it super easy and fun.

    A womans PARADISE! Anything your looking for whether brand names or Ulta brands you will find here in one stop place and more! Ive purchased brand name cosmetics and Ulta brands and found Ulta brands were just as great. They carry so many different popular brands that expect to be over whelmed. The employees are very kind very knowledgeable, helpful to assit you here. They give you samples with every purchase! Parking is a hassle but worth the effort to see this store. It is not handicap friendly, although some isles are larger and less displays to cut through. Enjoy!

    Corey, the manager, was crucial in helping me find what kind of smells I prefer in perfumes and colognes. According to the 3 different colognes I told him I enjoy (which were Dolce & Gabbana The One, Hugo Boss - old school one in a grey box, & Amor Amor for Men), I prefer the possibly musky, woody, and spicy smell. I believe the spicy aspect to the colognes is what I truly appreciate.Corey also assisted me in choosing a gentle yet reasonably priced face exfoliant, which Ive been desperately needing advice on!There was also a shorter, black haired woman on the floor who assisted me in trying and finding different colognes and perfumes.Everyone here was exceptionally helpful and kind, and I can only hope they are recognized for their efforts!

    MEN dont think ULTA is a beauty store just for Women. You can find a variety of Colognes, hair care products and much more in this store. The Customer Service Personnel was not only helpful in locating the best Cologne but very knowledgeable about the various perfums and toiletts; fresh and woodsy scents.
