    Today was my first visit to PGA Nails, And overly impressed is not even close to how I would describe the establishment and service. I had the pleasure of meeting both Ben and his wife, the Shop is extremely clean, very neat and detail oriented. Full selection of products and services plus a wide variety of nail colors and additional options to choose from.Ben is extremely meticulous to ensure that everything the customer asked for is taken under advisement, all the way from the water temperature in the pedicure bowl to ensuring that the shape of the nails are exactly to the customers satisfaction.The easiest way for me to make my appointment is the most convenient way to make it and that’s Online through the website. You can pick your select services, then you can pick your technician, select your time and it will let you know if the person that you’ve selected as your technician is actually working if not you go to a different date to find out when that technician is scheduled. PICK BEN!!!Price point is right in line with other places across the United States that I visited in the past couple of months for the same services I received.I always do a gel pedicure, and liquid gel on my nails, my nails are longer than the average customer.They do offer the convenience of paying with your credit card/debit card, but I’m sure with most places they would prefer tips in cash, but it is not noted anywhere.I went on a Thursday first thing when they opened based on the appointment time that I selected, the shop was quiet but with plenty of walk-ins, but for the most part everybody that came in was scheduled. You can also call and schedule your appointment, The shop is located in a strip mall, shopping center. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts close by, as well as Starbucks.

    They were able to take me in right away without an appointment for a dip powder. The staff was very pleasant and did a great job of matching the design and colors I wanted for my nails. Very pleased with the results!

    I have been coming here regularly for at least 15 years. I have been to many nail salons over the years and this is one of the best. All the techs are very good but Ben is my favorite; he does fabulous work! He is also the manager and as such he goes above and beyond to assure that all customers who can be satisfied are. The recent one star reviewer is one who cannot - see her other reviews. She and her friends have totally misrepresented the incident she described and the salon. It is newly remodeled, very clean and professional. I encourage you to ignore her and try the place for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

    Absolutely no complaints! Family owned business and one of a kind customer service. The nail techs are amazing and are true professionals. The salon has been recently remodeled and has a fresh, calm feel as if your at a spa. Love this place and will certainly be back!!

    Best nail salon in the Gardens area! Clean, professional, peaceful and on time. I’ve never waited for my scheduled appointment which is why I left the last salon I was at. This is truly a 5 star experience every time!!

    I love going to PGA Nails and Cindy and Ben do a fantastic job of taking care of all our pedicure and manicure work! They are on the ball and always friendly and professional.     I have been coming to PGA Nails close to 20 years. The technicians and especially Ben are very kind, caring and accommodating. They are all adept at their profession and do wonderful work. The recent redo to the salon make it all the better and a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend you become a regular at PGA Nails, you wont be disappointed.

    I’ve never left PGA Nails without being completely happy with the way my nails look. Ben is a delight to work with Easy to get along with and treats me like a friend while still presenting a professional demeanor.

    Please know that the negative reviews posted here are the work of one person. Some of the people who claimed they witnessed the incident were not even in the state of Florida at the time. The amount of effort being expended by this young lady because she was upset about a chipped nail is terrible. Trying to ruin the reputation of a small business with false claims and getting friends to join in the process is nothing short of immature and mean-spirited. People who have been going there for years know the truth and will continue to be clients of this wonderful family-oriented nail salon. But if you have never been, please do not let the rantings of these people, who clearly have too much time on their hands, keep you from getting amazing service and treatment at this salon that has had a successful business and enjoyed a great reputation for many years.

    This place is amazing. I was taking a drive, needed to get my nails/shellac and feet done, walked in and immediately the owner named John was extremely welcoming. The whole staff is professional, the nail salon is clean, the massage chairs for pedicures have great massage speed and helps you relax. When you get a pedicure done, you get a nice long massage. Larry who gave me a pedicure was amazing, he was caring with the pedicure, long foot massage and stretched my foot. The nail and pedicure service is precise, they are careful & care about their clients. The owner informed me the nail salon has been open for 11 years, now I know why. I will be back.

    Wow!!! PGA Nails has a new facelift! I walked in that door and the place is incredible!!! Great new pedicure chairs and music! Ive always liked these guys, but now I like them so much more.

    Went in for pedicure and nail fills. Pedicure was not all that great because compared to other pedicures Ive had, I felt more time couldve been spent removing callous and massaging the feet. Instead I got a light touch with polish. Nails however turned out great, had the dip gel manicure which is faster and lasts just as long as acrylic.

    The best place to get your nails done in palm beach county. I would not go anywhere else!! Ben and his staff pay attention to detail and are amazing. I have been going there for 15 years.

    Extra precautions to keep us all safe here. Prepare to wash your hands before any services. Stations are set up with shields and they use disposable pedicure bath liners.Mai gives the best massages to hands and feet. A good experience.

    This place is perfect to drop your woman off and then go next door and have some beers and food and get some quality time apart from them. simply perfect. what even better is that you get to open the door for them and do all gentlemen like things for the next 3 hours.
