    I’ve been going to Angel for a few years to get my nails done. She gets it right every single time and aims to please her clients! She’s extremely talented, personable, and has very good taste.The salon is in a very nice area, is always clean, and the staff is professional.Before I started going to Angel, I went to a few other stylists- I have always received a good manicure here. The entire staff is very talented; you could truly go to anyone and be satisfied.

    I got a walk-in gel pedicure from Helen and it was great! Grateful to have found this little spot. The salon was very clean and stylish. I appreciated their no phone policy as it made for a very relaxing experience.

    I have never experienced a nail salon or specifically a nail technician such as TRANG at Polished Nail Spa. If you have ANY ideas at all about how you want your nails to look, she brings those ideas to life. Not only is the shape, art, and quality consistent but they have never broken, chipped, or lifted on me and I let mine STRETCH. Trang has become someone I can joke with, laugh with, and bounce nail ideas back and forth. I will strongly recommend any other technician at this salon as well. Her husband Chris, Helen, and all the others. Its a clean, open, and friendly environment and they have a lifetime client out of me.

    I finally found my nail salon! After over a year of looking, this is the first salon that meets my expectations coming from the north east, and fortunately exceeds them as well!I must start by complementing the gentleman at reception who greeted me -and all other guests during my time there - warmly. It truly sets the tone immediately and you could just sense that the people in there were happy to be there, both guests and employees.Linda did my nails. I had a gel manicure and pedicure and she was phenomenal. I genuinely started to believe that Florida may have different regulations around nail salons from my previous experiences elsewhere in the area, because I’ve never felt that I got a full-service manicure or pedicure. Linda took such care of both my hands and feet she commented that they looked great even before we started the polish, and I agree, 100%.Outside of the beautiful environment created by the entire staff here I was also so touched to listen to the regulars speaking with their nail techs. Many relationships seemed multiple years old. I don’t know if I can put into words how positive the environment was and how calm and relaxed I felt in a room full of people with caring relationships for each other. I cannot believe that the best manicure and pedicure I have had in Florida also comes from such a warm and supportive environment! I will absolutely be using the salon 100% of the time and I am so glad that I found it!!

    Jenny is absolutely amazing. I came in with THICK and wide dip from different place and she redid my nails and they were PERFECT. I highly recommend this place. She was quick, professional, down to earth, and did an incredible job including reshaping my nails. The spa is well priced and absolutely worth it!

    I have been here twice and as a man this is the best kept secret in palm beach. I lived the way my girlfriend and I were treated and I do not believe my feet have ever been so happy I hot the ocean scent is what I got and Hailey was my foot concierge and she was amazing thank you guys you just made two of my favorite feet smile. See you in a week.

    Polished Nails is WONDERFUL, great people and amazing service!! All of their staff is so friendly and committed to doing your nails the way YOU want them. I have never had a bad experience here!! Been going for several months, I tried a place closer to where I live and it did not even come close to being as amazing. Will never leave Polished Nails again! P.S. Mrs. T is my personal fave for my dip manicure :) You can’t go wrong with any of them though!!

    Was searching for a good place to get my girlfriend a pedicure & heard good things about this place. Finally decided to see what all the talk was about & we didn’t have an appointment but the woman at the front desk named Taylor was able to get us in. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, & just made it a easy & fast process. Ended up having the pedicure done by a woman named Hailey, she did a fantastic job!! As a first time visitor will definitely be coming back & would definitely recommend coming here. Taylor even took the time to write out the techs names & their schedules! She made this experience 10/10 & even booked us for our next appointment in 3 weeks.

    Love this place. Taylor at the front desk is always courteous and so efficient! She’s friendly and always willing to help get things started for the rest of the staff. Absolutely adore her. Andy has been doing my dip and pedicures for quite some time. My experience here has been top of the line since new management has taken over.

    Angel is absolutely the best nail tech ever!!! She is consistently great at gel manicures! She is confident and amazing! I have always had techs that drill so much they leave divots in my nail beds, she barely drills, and I have NEVER had a divot in my nail bed from Angel! She is THE BEST!

    I walked into polished for the first time on Monday and Taylor was super accommodating, I didn’t have an appointment and she got me in.     The ladies at polished nails are great. hana does my gel pedicure and foot massage with hot wax and hot rocks - so relaxing i can fall asleep in the chair. helen does my ombré french manicure in dip powder - so different but yet classy. tran does my daughters nails with hand painted designs and youthful nail art. the variety is great for mother and daughters. we drive from broward county just to get our nails done every two weeks. well worth the drive and money.

    Ive been there a few times and my nails and toes always turn out beautiful. I only gave 4 stars because I still find it rude when the nail techs carry on full conversations in another language. My nail tech did interact with me but very minimal. The girl next to her working just carried on and on like me and her client werent there. Idk. Just rude to me.

    I have been going here for years and looove it. Literally all the employees do an amazing job. I get the powder gel and they make it look so natural and perfect. I call 2 hours before I need an appointment and they always have room for me. Brilliantly run and great customer service.
