    I honestly loved this place my dad is friends with the owner and I got 2 pedicures and a manicure acrylic set. The pedicure was a little expensive but worth it and my acrylics are amazing and cheap, although I feel like the lady could’ve payed more attention. She was calling somone on her personal phone while doing my acrylics, and most of them are lumpy in some areas. Again loved the service but could use some more focus and time. (I feel like she rushed on my acrylics) I had two different people for my nails than for my toes but they turned out amazing. The first two are hand the last is feet..EDIT/Ok its about 3 days later and the nails started literally popping off a day or two ago and i wasn’t even being rough, and the acrylic polish wasn’t all the way to my cuticles. The toe polish is still decently ok but I’m still upset about my acrylics

    I went for the first time today to get a fill after having too many bad experiences with a place I’ve been going to for 10 years. I went in not knowing what I wanted so I told her to surprise me. JJ did not disappoint! Friendly, precise and perfected my nails just how I like them. I will be a returning customer. I’m so glad I made the choice to just walk in and try something new!

    I Love Lotus Nail! I have been going here for years ever since they opened. Always have a great services and pleasant experience. I get my gel nails and pedicures. Of course sometimes its busy, they are popular, because they are excellent. I have been to many salons before them and werent happy. It is so clean and decorated so cute and relaxing.

    Tina, is truly an expert and has passion about the work she does. Ive been doing my nails for almost 15yrs now, not 1 nail tech has informed me, that once my nails begin to lift its time for refill/ new set of nails. As she proceeded to servicing me, she informed how I had one nail infected, treat it then we can get it done next time. Thats a keeper

    I had a deluxe pedicure and a full set. She was very nice but very slow. I was taken at the time of my appointment but the service took 3 hours. Pedicure was wonderful

    Buny was awesome! He was recommended by a local fb group. Recommendation was well deserved. I have really sensitive nails and I was totally relaxed. It didnt hurt at all. He asked me to let him know if he should change anything and give him feedback. I found my new nail tech.

    Went with my wife and we think it was the best we have seen yet here in Palm Coast! Again, comparing it to nearby sites we have visited.we then went to have lunch to the Mexican restaurant right next door! We will rate next!

    Great nail salon. Very friendly and such a nice atmosphere. This was my 2nd time there and I will definitely keep going back. My sister and I came back for a 3rd time. We both used the same girl. She did a nice job on me. I was very happy with it. My sisters nails look horrible. She did not do a good job on her manicure at all. I wish my sister would have said something. Wed already been there for 3 hours so I know she was ready to go but when she showed me in the car I couldnt believe they let her walk out the door like that. Very bad for customer service. Im not happy about that.

    My first time there and I was skeptical due to the reviews. But wow it was an amazing experience!! I got the Volcano pedicure and Jason was great!! Took his time with the massages and my nails. The lady next to him doing nails was also great! Def recommend this place! Def going back!!Someone even parked too close to my car and I couldnt get in so the Owner pulled my car out for me...

    My sister has been getting her nails done there for years, so I decided to have my eyebrows done. The price is awesome and their service is fantastic. They serve drinks to patrons, including wine. I highly recommend for a medi, a pedi, or eyebrows.

    Always a good experience here. Ive had Pedicures, gel manicures, full-set. Left happy every time. I wound up here after another salon did a horrible job. They fixed someone elses work and I left there with perfect nails and a giant smile.

    Came to this location as a new person to the area. My old salon I had used for 9 years. So big shoes to fill. Buny at Lotus Nail did not disappoint. I got SNS and a deluxe pedicure and enjoyed every minute of it.

    They took me as a walk in and had to wait 10 minutes so I was excited they could take me in! The guy who did my nails was cool, he tried to make conversation but seemed unsure what to say. He nicked my skin and blamed it on me being tense when I wasn’t. He took his time on my nails, they turned out nice, I wouldn’t say 100% perfect but they are what I asked for.Would probably go again though.

    JJ did my manicure and pedicure. I have never had a nail technician clean underneath my toes so well like she did. She is very knowledgeable about nails and maintaining them and she made me laugh the whole time. Thank you JJ! I will be seeing you again!

    I had been using a fellow named Tom at the Spa who did especially nice job. He has been replaced by another guy also named Tom that had been told he was new I would have probably given him a chance but he doesnt have the same flair. I am disappointed in the management for not telling me. Because either they think we cant tell the difference in how Asians look which is insulting or the think all their people are equally good which should insult the staff.

    Tri did an excellent job decorating my nails for Christmas, including one nail with candy cane stripes and another with a snowflake. I have known him over 15 years and he always does an excellent job on my nails!
