Justine is literally AMAZING. The best thing I could’ve done for myself was start taking care of my skin. I go regularly for facials and laser hair removal. Justine is caring, gentle, but so so efficient. I absolutely LOVE the glow I have on my skin. I’ve also received IPL and highly recommend!!

Ive been coming here for years now and I still think timeless is the best place for botox in the county. I just went in for my post pregnancy glow up... I cannot believe the difference in 24 hours! I’ve had the pleasure of coming to Timeless for nearly 5 years. Justine & Mariah always take such great care of me. I live out-of-state so my appointment availability can be limited or short-notice. They always make space for me and take care of my skin. Since starting treatment at Timeless I’ve noticed a wonderful change in my skin. I’m approaching 40 in just a couple of months but you’d never know by looking at my face. Since coming to Timeless I’ve gained the confidence to go out in public without make-up and without feeling like I need to hide under a hat and sunglasses. I highly recommend Timeless for their professionalism, their top notch service, their expertise and the wide range of procedures they provide.

But after seeing the amazing results my sister was getting from her treatments with Justine Franks at Timeless, I decided to give it a try. I’m so happy that i found Timeless! They offer an affordable wide variety of treatments. I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments as the staff is always gracious and accommodating and go out of their way to set my appointments in a timely manner according to my schedule. Mariah and Justine are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertises. I’ve always been seen promptly upon arrival in a very calm relaxed atmosphere. My questions and concerns are addressed professionally resulting in my understanding of the procedure i’m there for and confidence in the outcome. My teenage daughter and I have been seeing Justine for facials for a few months now and could not be happier with her services. Not only is Justine’s work is meticulously done, she is highly knowledgeable and educates my daughter on proper home care. These facials and light extractions have significantly improved my daughters skin and most importantly her confidence. I have been receiving IPL photo facials and am blown away at the results I’ve seen in just 2 sessions. I highly recommend Justine not only for adults but for teens as well.

Timeless Day Spa has been a God-sent. Mariah Fox is one of the nicest, most intelligent, and professional people out there. Although I also have to mention how each and every person working there is always entirely friendly, attentive, and kind. The entire office is so inclusive and warm, my husband and I felt super at home there.After having a bad experience with a large chain, I went there to get a less than ideal mass under my chin removed due to the previous company’s negligence. I was definitely worried after my previous experience, thinking they might leave me ‘high and dry’ after the procedure was over, but this was not the case. I was able to ask any questions, and they made sure that I was happy with how everything looked afterwards.You can tell Mariah loves what she does, and no matter how busy she is, she always makes me feel welcome and important. What a relief to know there are people in this business who just want to make a positive difference in the world to help people have better body confidence. I am so happy I was referred here and I will be letting all my friends and family know what an absolute necessity this office and all of it’s lovely people have been to restoring my self confidence after years of doubt.

I have been going to Timeless for several years now. I have had everything from Hydro facials to Botox with lots in between... The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I decided to go a little further and do Ultherapy ... I could not be more thrilled! Mariah is so thorough explaining everything she is doing. I have heard you could have some discomfort with this procedure but she added numbing cream and had me wait a bit for it to take it’s Full affect. I had zero discomfort and my face looks great! I can not recommend Timeless and Mariah any more if I could! Don’t hesitate....Go! You won’t be sorry!!

I love this place. Ive had few different treatments done and the results are amazing. I no longer have to hide my face under a makeup mask trying to hide all the spots, sun damage, and acne scar or hide my legs wearing long pants all the time...…. I feel free and confident. They always provide the best care possible letting you know ahead of time what to expect. They talk to you and explain the pros and cons of any procedure. They care about the customers, not trying to sell you a service just to make a profit. I recommend this place 100%Thank you Timeless.... Mariah you are the best :))

I have been coming here for quite sometime. From corrective procedures, filler, hydrafacial.. I’ve done it all, and this is the place to do it. Mariah is so knowledgeable and takes such care with everything she does. Justine is my go to girl for all of my laser and skin concerns. This place is amazing. Mariah at Timeless Surgical Center is AH-MAZING!! She not only took her time with me and really listened to my wants/needs, she offered suggestions to me I hadnt even noticed or thought of. You really walk out feeling like she is as invested in the outcome as you are. She is very professional but you also get a feeling like she could be your new best friend! Packages are competitively priced; however, her personal touch and interest in you far supersedes anywhere Ive been. I will definitely be going back!

Timeless Spa is fabulous. Mariana and her staff are amazing very friendly always make you feel comfortable. Atmosphere is very clean and inviting. Mariana has made me feel 10 years younger. I was very skeptical to try Botox but the way she does it is magical she is very gental and makes the whole experience so great you want to come back for more.

I was looking for a place to go that was both affordable and practical for my budget...I have spent thousands of dollars here, and It is, by far, my favorite place. Everyone is so friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel like a princess. Mariah is so knowledgeable. I love how straight forward she and everyone else is about exactly what you do, and do not need. If I could give any advice I would say to stop offering their services through Groupon. It seems like people through Groupon always leave some sort of negative review for everything! I will see you guys in March :)

When you first walk into Timeless the atmosphere is calm and soothing. The women who work there are amazing! I felt so comfortable and welcomed in their presence and facility. I was really nervous about Vasor but they made sure I was comfortable and at ease before continuing. I love the results of the Vasor and HCG I feel better about myself and love the new me! I couldnt thank these ladies enough for all they did for me and the support system I had.

Mariah is very personable, knowledgeable, encouraging, understanding and bar-none, gives a great customer experience! I have always been skeptical of any type of augmentation of the natural body and most importantly scared out of my mind! BUT!!! I hated my frog neck even more; so I went to timeless for a consultation and explained my concerns and fears and all of that was cleared up by Mariah and her team. I had my neck done and through the entire procedure the team was very warm, sweet and understanding and comforting! The results were and still are amazing!!!! Im very happy with the way I look and glad that I did it! I went from bull frog neck to swan neck - I know look 10 years younger; no more bull frog neck!!!! Thank you so much Timeless!

Mariah is SO honest and upfront and compassionate. I did the back lipo with her and love the results Im going back to her for the rest of my body. I have had lipo in the past and he left me lumpy in many of those areas and told me to just exercise and they would smooth down.....1 year later of exercise and the lumps are still there. Mariah smoothed the lumps in my back 100% so now on the the others! WONDERFUL atmosphere in the office as well. So welcomeing!

From the front desk, NP assistant to the NP, everyone was friendly and very professional. The NP was a great listener. She was excellent at accepting and respecting my esthetics philosophy of maintaining a natural look. She explained the process and was a great conversationalist, which took my mind off any discompfort as she performe my treatment. I also fellt very safe because they went above and beyond in following CDC guidelines. The clinic is immaculate. After much research and a subpar customer service experience at Red Bamboo ( I walked out), I hightly recommend this Timeless as a go to Medi Spa for all your esthetic needs.

I LOVE Timeless Surgical Center. Ive reached that age when I just needed a boost yet have been hesitant to do anything in fear of being messed up permanently. I had heard good things about Timeless and the staff and decided to take the plunge. I was going to get the IPL which a friend got such great results from. They are very thorough. Upon reviewing the information I gave them, I was told that the medication I am on causes photosensitivity and since IPL is intense pulsed light I am not a candidate to receive it. I know my dr said I needed to be careful in the sun, but was not aware that there were other things I needed to be careful of. The lovely ladies at Timeless didnt send me packing, they offered me the Refirme Skin and Wrinkle treatment. It was great! My skin looks fabulous and I feel renewed. I am sooo thankful that I found Timeless. They didnt let income potential stop them from doing the right thing by my skin. I am happy to refer them to all my friends.

I purchased a Groupon for the IPL. I had started to develop a lot of sun damage on my face and was really self conscious about it. I did purchase for 3 IPL’s. So happy I did. I have only had my first IPL. Moriah was so incredibly sweet and answered all of my questions and put any concerns to rest. I am so excited for the final result as after only one session there have been so much improvement. If you are considering IPL, DO IT! Take it from this self proclaimed sissy. It is not painful. They put a numbing gel on you and you will stay numb long after you leave the office. My boyfriend says I already look 10 years younger! 😬

I am so happy with the results of my procedure to remove a small beauty mark (mole) on my chin.I was so scared the removal would leave a horrible scar.
