I just moved to the area from Key West a little over 3 months ago and had been searching for a salon that would be a good fit for me, after looking at over 20+ salons I found Indulgence Salon!! BEST SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I made an appointment with Jenna and she was AMAZING!! She seriously did better than I even imagined!! She is a MAGICIAN, because my hair was a mess before I sat in her chair!! EVERYONE that works at that salon is TALENTED and super nice!! The receptionist is the sweetest! This salon gives off a great vibe, is clean, stylish and I’m seriously SO HAPPY with my new hair!! Jenna is AMAZING but if you can’t get in with her try one of their other stylists who are just as good!! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Finally, a salon that meets all of my expectations! My experience with stylists since moving to PCB over a year ago has been unsatisfactory, and I was skeptical that reviews were real for this salon. Thankfully the great reviews are legit about Indulgence Salon, and my stylist Jenna is a keeper! I appreciate the time she spent with me, listening and asking questions, to learn how to satisfy MY hair goals. She is attentive, a true professional, and nailed the look I wanted.This whole salon experience was the BEST from check in to checkout. Ill definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Great experience at Indulgence Salon! I was looking for a place with expertise in mens haircuts, and stylist Jesse did a fantastic job. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and I look forward to coming back. I also met owners Becky and Tamsin, and it’s clear they are passionate about their customers and the quality of their services. Highly recommend!

After having a terrible experience at my last salon (black box dye and a terrible haircut, both wildly different than what I had gone to the salon for) I was desperate for a new look. Thankfully, I was able to book a last minute appointment with Allura and she gave me what I can only describe as a Christmas miracle! I am absolutely blown away by my new haircut and color. I feel so much more confident and the most “me” I have ever felt, and have received so many compliments in the days since she did my hair. This was, by far, the BEST salon experience I have ever had. All I can say is, if you’re looking for a great salon and an amazing stylist, run don’t walk to make an appointment at Indulgence with Allura!!

10+++ This salon has EVERYTHING going for it! Arlene, the receptionist is exceptional and always has a great attitude and is great in helping you find an appointment time that works for you. You can also book yourself on your phone as well. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cheerful, as are ALL of the stylists who greet you when you come in. Best of all is the wonderful stylist I found, Shellie. I cannot say enough about her and Im sure youre like me in that moving can be a wonderful thing, but finding an awesome stylist in a new place is stressful! Shellie is superb at determining your hair type (mine is thin and straight) and recommending a cut that would work well for you. She also knows what a trim means and is not like many stylists cutting off way too much hair. She is the nicest person ever and a big animal lover like I am. I also take my Toy Poodle, Sami and they make his day! Great job ladies and thank you so much!!!

Jenna was fantastic. Great attitude, friendly, and helpful. I was not quite sure what I wanted and she took the reins. The ladies there seemed to really enjoy their job and one another. I will definitely be back. I told Jenna I would be back in November and I may let her do some partial highlights. I am more than pleased with the service at this salon.

This place was amazing! Felt so welcomed from the appointment scheduling to the time in the chair. Jesse, my stylist, was wonderful. So down to earth and relatable! She did an excellent job on my haircut! Definitely recommend this place if you’re in PCB!!

Indulgence is the BEST!! Every visit and every phone call to schedule an appt., I am greeted so warmly by Arlene. Speaking with her is always a joy. I absolutely love the warm and healing vibe in the salon. The stylists are friendly and very talented, you can see that Tamsin goes above and beyond to create an outstanding work environment. Robyn has been cutting my hair and my sons hair for years and we look forward to every visit. If you are contemplating a visit to Indulgence, BOOK IT! It will be your new favorite place. :)

My name is Amber Zachry and normally do not leave reviews, but I do want to say that I have had the best experience at Indulgence Salon, particularly with Shellie Stinson. Moving to different places as a military spouse is hard already but to go from salon to salon as a blonde is just one of those difficult things that come with it; however, I’ll say this: if you are particular about being blonde and want to see someone that “gets it,” Shellie Stinson is your girl! Every single time I leave, I always tell her: this is the best blonde I’ve ever known and for someone who has seen lots of shades of blonde that just wasn’t quite right, this is almost unheard of! I showed Shellie a picture of “the blonde” that I wanted and she not only got me there, but elevated it-to better. If you’re all about being a blonde and want someone that takes great care with your hair to get you there-this is the place and Shellie Stinson-thank you!!!

Excellent service! First off, I am from out of state and desperately needed a haircut. Not only were they timely in calling me back to book the appointment, they provided a thorough consultation before ever touching my hair. Rita did outstanding. I love the cut and style. She spent ample time going through pictures of what I like and dont like. She took time to understand how I style my hair daily and how I never style my hair. I truly felt cared for and valued. I have already looked at the calendar to book my next appointment during our vacation in a couple months. This kind of customer service is what sets businesses apart from the rest. Oh yes, the environment is clean, smells great and they offer complimentary beverages....definite perks! :)

Rita is wonderful. I have very thick hair and its colored with highlights. I recently moved here. So she matched and blended my color with existing highlights, cut and styled . She did a fantastic job! I was really nervous about getting a new stylist but she is fantastic!

Indulgence is my favorite salon in PCBeach! Friendly staff that stays current in their education on the latest trends and best products to use. Amber has helped me repair my hair and get it back to a great shine and color. I also love their receptionist who does a fabulous job reminding you of your appointments and is very helpful when scheduling.

Very pleased with my first Indulgence experience!To summarize: VERY friendly staff and accommodating atmosphere. Alora is extremely talented and has my business for many years to come.The long story: I had a hair lady I swore by, but when she moved to Michigan I was left to find another. For several months I used a very dark Ion (from Sallys) dye on my hair and only had the dead ends trimmed away. Today I called to schedule an appointment for partial highlights and trim/cut and the lady who took my call was VERY sweet and helpful. I was worked in immediately due to a cancellation. My hair is a level 2 DARK brown so as I was showing Alora the caramel color highlights I wanted, she was honest about the fact that it may take another process to lighten fully, which is fine and understandable. I also wanted to rid myself of the choppy layers I have been wearing and go softer, keeping the volume. She understood immediately. I couldnt be happier with the cut and how easy to work with she was. My next appointment is in two days to lift my hair color some more and Im actually excited (which is rare, I hate sitting still to have my hair done).

Allura is amazing! After a few traumatic hair experiences at different salons, she was really patient with me and helped me find the cut and color I wanted! It always looks so natural. My hair takes color SO easily so it always turns out way too dark or way too light (depending on which direction I was going - all over medium brown or some highlights in the summer). I feel like my hair is always either dark dark brown or way too blonde, and I havent found a perfect natural brunette highlight until I started going to her. I cant say enough good things about her. Plus, shes super sweet and always explains why she chose a color or what she will be doing with the cut, so there are no surprises!

I was a first time customer here, the salon is beautiful on the inside, receptionist was bright and kind, the stylist I was booked with, Allura, had curly hair so she could empathize with some of the struggles I go through, did an absolute fantastic job at cutting and coloring my hair! It was worth what I paid for my style and will be returning! Each of the stylists there were professional and no customer seemed to walk away dissatisfied!
