I had the pleasure of shopping at the Panama City location back in October. As usual I was overwhelmed and couldnt find what I was looking for on my own. Then Rock Star employee, Nicole Pentland, offered to help me. She was amazingly patient and kind. She knew the store, checked inventory, and she even helped me to order an out of stock item and had it sent to my home. It was so nice to have a store associate that was so well versed in the products and my options. Her kindness and extraordinary customer service will have me shopping at this location for all my beauty necessities.

Great service in general, wide selection helpful & knowledgeable staff.I always come here for my haircut and I always ask for Sam. I was that customer who came into Ulta in Panama City, FL with about 15 minutes until closing—and to make matters worse, I had items to return/exchange. I didn’t leave until after closing, I was the last customer. Instead of rushing me along or reminding me of the time, Marissa, Sara(h), and another sales associate provided excellent service. They didn’t make me feel rushed or seem irritated. Marissa went above and beyond by explaining how the products work, and Sarah helped as needed while managing the stores closing. I’m quick to call out bad service, but I want to highlight the great experiences, starting with this one. I shop at this store frequently and I’ve consistently received great service. I’ll be back real soon to speak with the skincare consultant and spend more money!Also, shout out to Shanika, who consistently does a fantastic job on my brows!

Shanika DEVOURED my eyebrows and left no crumbs!! She did such a phenomenal job. I got them waxed and tinted, I was a little nervous about getting them tinted as it was my first time but they look amazing. She was super professional and friendly. 11/10 recommend. I’ll definitely be returning.

Love the floor staff and checkout folks, but the salon is really what Im here to review. Ive had services by both Nicole and Sierra and have never been in better hands. I cant stop being excited to see myself in the mirror since my last appointment, I love both the color and the cut so much. Work feels impossible most days. I never feel as pampered as I do here. I cant say thank you enough!

Amazing service!!! When i first came in I was so confused on what to get or do but a beautiful woman came and helped me. She personally found my match AND recommended stuff for me to get without even scamming me to spend hundreds in there. I didnt catch her name as I am in a rush to get back home but may god bless her tenfold. If you ever go here and youre confused on what to get go find her. She has black long hair, tall yet slim, white with light makeup on. When I come back next month Ill be more financially prepared to buy anything she recommends!!!!! If you were that beautiful soul who helped that girl buy her prom makeup so her bf mother would get off her back be ready for a insane tip when i come back and thank you for the help!

The girl that did my brows today was awesome!!! I’m so sorry I forget your name but you are great. My eyebrows were unevenly shaped but not that perceptible so it was a tough job in a way but she made them perfect!!! They look SO good now. Thank you!!

I have used 2 hairstylist at UltaSam in the salon does a great job on my color. Very good with detail and cares about the integrity of your hair.Sierra did my cut today and she is so gentle and almost put me to sleep. Both are amazing hairstylists and would recommend both! Go see them!!

Nicole in the salon is absolutely amazing . She is an elite stylist and has literally transformed my hair.. she is very creative and her suggestions on color , cut have been excellent for my long hair. Absolutely make an appt with her if your hair in a rut. This salon is always clean and professional. The Ulta store itself is always stocked with my must haves and the associates are always ready to help . For an Ulta store. They are always well staffed. 100% recommended!

Hailey the hair slayer is TOP NOTCH for all your hair needs! I had cut my own hair with some kitchen scissors (Britney spears moment, I must confess) and have been coloring my own hair for 15+ years, and let me tell you! You would never know that she worked with what she had, bc it turned into a complete masterpiece! Blonde balayage with a shag cut and she did not disappoint! She was professional, had great conversation, and a quirky sense of humor! You want your hair done? Make SURE you ask for Hailey 💯🤌🏼🌈

I came in this afternoon with my 5 year old son (who was exceptionally well behaved 😂) and I was helped by Ashley for almost an hour. She was incredibly kind and patient as she helped me find products that worked with my frustrating skin. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to her - and I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me the most expensive products. She really found what worked best for me with several different options ranging in prices. She was so personable, genuine, and helpful! Definitely a top tier employee 🤌🏻✨Thank you Ashley!! Good call, because this store has you literally covered hair to toes. Natalie was my “hostess” 😬 she is super patient, knowledgeable & helped me all the way thru. Everyone was so kind. I haven’t ever really shopped at an Ulta and I was coming in to get color matched. With Covid, they couldn’t do it but Larissa was so hopeful to get me a color she thought matched my skin.
