    AMAZING. Went to this salon to fix my nails after a different one in the area did a terrible job and cause my nails to start breaking. I Had an amazing experience with the staff/owners and observed incredible customer service and a desire to make sure the customer leaves completely satisfied they have received what they want. My stylists even helped me understand how to care for my skin outside of the appointments too. My nails have never felt stronger and they even redid the design. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I look forward to coming here every time I need them done.

    Very pleased with the nail art and pedicures; consistently high quality work. The nail technicians are super positive and very down to earth, I just show my technicians a picture or choose a color and they take care of the rest. Ive been here 3 times and each experience has been above average!

    Ive been going to Happy Nails for a few months now and have not been disappointed! Very clean and sanitary, with a friendly and very talented staff, and welcome walk ins. But I suggest making an appointment because they are busy from open to close!

    This is the only place in Panama City that knows how to do dip! After trying many salons they all would chip and it was such a waste of money. My nails have never been longer and never chip with the dip on. The pedicures are also very relaxing and reasonably priced. The service is always friendly, I highly recommend.

    I walked in needing an acrylic fill and was greeted warmly by the staff. They were able to fit me in immediately and also offered to give my husband a pedicure. They were efficient and highly skilled with competitive prices for services. I will definitely return.

    Ive been getting my nails done here every 3 weeks for over a year. Found the place, couldnt possibly go anywhere else now! Clean, elegant atmosphere. Judy does such a great job with my nails! They properly sterilize all tools prior to pedicures, which is something that all salons *should* do but not every salon does. Speaking of salon, theres actually a small hair salon inside of Happy Nails! Ive never left here dissatisfied.

    This salon is amazing! I had a wonderful first time experience and will absolutely be a repeat customer. The salon is clean, the customer service is great, and my nails and toes turned out fantastic. I was a walk in that showed up right when they opened and was seen right away, but I would recommend to make an appointment because customers started coming in quickly!

    Mrs Way (like highway) is amazing! I recommend making an appointment, as they are typically busy. They have, and are knowledgeable, about the powder/dip nails which lasts far longer than regular polish.

    Very nice Paris theme decor nail salon. Clean and well organized The staff were friendly. They did a beautiful job on my manicure and I enjoyed a nice relaxing pedicure with foot massage. The chairs are awesome.

    All I do is pedicures and mine was extremely average for the cost theres no extra pampering the lady was super nice but the lady that did my granddaughters pedicure was not very nice to her as in she had an attitude like she didnt want to be there. Its not a bad place at all its convenient location but its not above average in any means

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!!!! I came in today and showed Dao (a lovely nail tech she’s so nice😍) a picture of some nails I found on Pinterest and they came out better than the picture!! I’ve been to many salons in Bay County and this one just has such a great atmosphere and plenty of staff to keep things running smoothly. Recommendation: Gel manicure and the Deluxe Pedicure (milk & honey) 💞💅

    I just moved here and was so nervous to find a new nail salon. Mai did my pedicure and she was very thorough and detailed and took her time. I have to say it is the best pedicure I’ve had. Her service was above and beyond. She even helped me pick a beautiful color. The only reason im leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I could tell the woman next to me was unhappy with her service and she spoke up to her nail tech several times and he didn’t seem to acknowledge her at all and wasn’t listening when she had concerns so just be mindful with who is doing your service. Mai was the best though!!!

    Just moved to the area and found Happy Nails. What a gem! Walked in, no appt, they were fully staffed, lots of other customers, but I had zero wait. My nail tech, Mai (My) is delightful! Great job on my mani/pedi plus we had wonderful conversation. Will definitely be back. Very clean salon too!

    This is by far my favorite nail place in Panama City. Their dip manicures always last at least a month without any chipping for me! The staff are super friendly and they do a fantastic job.

    Happy Nails is appropriately named because each time I’ve left there I’m genuinely happy with the service, the ambience, the technician skills, the cleanliness, and the efficiency of how they conduct business. They’ve accommodated my limited, last minute schedule two times now when I really needed an appointment badly. I will definitely be back!

    Love love love!!! Ive only been there twice after some bad experiences at other salons in the area but Im in love! The customer service & overall experience is by far the best of any nail salon in the area. They truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome and enjoy getting your nails done. The quality of nails is GREAT; Ive had Romeo and Dao do my nails so far and have been extremely happy with both visits. I will definitely continue to come here!

    Haven’t had the best luck finding someone that could do a good job and make my nails look like the pick of the week. A friend of mine recommended Romeo at Happy Nails and he did not disappoint. My appointment was on time, he was friendly even though he obviously didn’t feel well, and did an amazing job on my nails, and made sure I liked the shape, design, etc, of my nails before moving on to the next step. The picture is what I asked for versus what I got. And he nailed it! 😂 The soak off and dip manicure on top of my natural nails was cheaper than a dip manicure alone at another shop I tried. Also, while I was there, I overheard the owner talking to other women. She was super personable, asking everyone about their family. As a hairstylist, I know how important it is to form those loyal relationships with clients, and it helps to bring them back. As for me, I’ll definitely be back to see Romeo again in a three weeks.

    I had a great experience here, aside from accidentally being overcharged and not refunded. It was a clean & nice looking salon with a relaxing environment (Friday afternoon). The prices were very reasonable, the communication was great, and they did a wonderful job on my french dip manicure & toe polish change. After 3 weeks it still looked perfect, only had to be taken off because it had grown out. I plan to come here on every visit to Panama City! After the nail tech and I realized that I was overcharged and my credit card had already been run, they were very apologetic. I wish I had thought (or they offered) to refund me the difference with cash. But I was so happy with the job they did that I just told them to not worry about it. I wish they would post their services & prices online without having to go in to see a menu, but it seems to me that most nail salons I have encountered try to keep this private for some reason.

    I picked Happy Nails from Google, their ratings & the fact they do Dip powder. I’m from out of town & went to Happy Nails for the first time. I absolutely loved it! Everyone was so nice, the place was very clean! The prices are very reasonable. My pedicure was fabulous & my nails look beautiful. I will go back every time I visit my brother!!!!

    The ladies here are awesome!!!Im from Indianapolis and my daughter and her friend wanted to get their nails done. We took a chance on this place as it was close to where we were staying and Im so glad we did. The girls really enjoyed their humor and they were so nice to them. They gave them beverages, snacks and their nails were very pretty. They didnt even charge for the nail art!Even though the girls were the last appointments they didnt rush and though it was after closing when they were done they treated them like they were the first customers of the day!What I paid for the two of them was still less than what I pay for just my daughter!Thank you HAPPY NAILS STAFF for adding to the fun and memories of their vacation!

    Went in for the first time and got a new set of acrylics with black and silver polish. It was great! They came out perfect. She gave me exactly what I wanted and Im very happy with them. Good price too. Not only were the nails great, but she didnt try and make me small talk which Im never usually comfortable with. Also, I have really bad nails and cuticles because I bite them and pick at them but she took great care of me and made my hands look beautiful. Will definitely go back.

    I havent had a pedicure since I was pregnant with my almost now 2 year old. I had horrible cracked heals that I couldnt get better at home. I was really embarrassed about getting a pedicure but I am so glad I did! They took such great care and spent time making sure they got hang nails and all the dead skin. 100% recommend!

    I love this place! I have been going for 3 years and the girls there never disappoint. They always take their time and dont make you feel rushed. The polish looks neat on your nails and it lasts at least a month. The massage chairs are super comfy. There isnt usually a wait either, which is nice.

    My wife and I had a great experience here. The salon was clean and well kept with a modern feel. We were a walk-in, and did not call ahead to schedule an appointment. They were a bit understaffed the Saturday afternoon that we went, and kindly asked if we would reserve a time and come back later that afternoon. When we came back, our services ran past their closing time, but they neither rushed on the services nor did they rush us out of the salon afterwards. The employees were very friendly and even offered us free beverages (Coke or water) during our stay. There were many repeat customers in the salon with us, and we can see why. Definitely worth a visit!

    Everyone is very nice and really good at nails!! I got my acrylics filled after originally getting them somewhere else and they look ten times better than they did. They stay busy for a good reason, so you might want to make an appointment or call ahead. This place is great!

    My nails turned out great but they messed up my cuticles because the girl that did them was rushing. Everyone was very friendly. The wait wasnt too long.     Ive gone to several nail shops in Panama city including the mall and pier park and my experience at happy nail was by far the best. I never look forward to nail appointments. I love the result but the actual experience in the salon is always uncomfortable. I always feel like they are irritated and dont want to be working on my nails. Happy nail was a completely different experience. I laughed the entire time. Not only with my technician but with other clients and their technician too. Awesome experience.

    Reasonably priced for how pampered you get! The lady who did my mani and pedi took her time and did it like it was art. They all speak very fluently and no one giggles at you behind your back. They offered beverages and let me change my baby in their massage room.
