    Wonderful experience! Clean and neat salon. SunLee is an amazing nail technician. I use a light gel color which is difficult to paint. Shows all imperfections and must be painted evenly and smoothly. She is detailed and precise. Not to mention sweet and funny. You will enjoy your time with her. She’s wonderful! I am a local and go every 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this salon. Be sure to ask for SunLee.

    Me and my daughter had great pedicures here. We vacation in PCB frequently- everyone spoke English really well. The place is also cute and cozy. They took their time with my pedicure and it was very enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely be back next time we vacation here 😊

    Came here after a massage with my best friend and walked in and was almost immediately able to get a pedicure! Relaxing and the techs are nice. Reasonably priced too. Found my vacation pedicure spot!

    Fantastic! Called from out of town and asked about walk-in ability. Very welcoming. Had to wait about 20 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. Pedicure and mani done with superb attention to detail and amazing leg and foot massage.Shout out to two great professionals - Ky and T.I will be back next time I am in town. Thanks so muchTrude

    My one and only nail place! I get exactly what i want, nails look natural and last forever . Having nails , which i never had, has made me so happy. They are my hero At age 69 year old who never had nails, I will be greatful forever for the staff there. Thank You All! Jane

    ETA came again for deluxe pedi & regular mani (just polish). Chau did a fantastic job- shes so pleasant and really made my hands & feet look and feel great.Great pedicure!ETA came back almost a year later and had another great mani/pedi experience.

    I found my new place to go to! I had a pedicure and manicure and love how my nails look. Sunlee did my nails today. I will ask for her again. She did a fabulous job! Very nice and clean here. I will be back.

    Been going here for at least a year and am usually very impressed. do not get the male nail tech with the tattoo of a cross on his hand. he’s very rough and rushes. last time I went in they could not do the look I wanted which I had thought was very simple. left pretty disappointed. considering if I should go back. only trust the ladies, they are usually good! currently in need of a fill but I think I may go somewhere else because of my last experience.

    I was really impressed! I dont go to nail salons often because I usually feel very uncomfortable but this one is LOVELY. Tranquil waterfall inside, calming piano/orchestral music, great massage chairs that feel good instead of kneading you to death, and excellent nail service from a lady that took her time to smooth and shape them to perfection. Very quick worker and they look great!

    While vacationing in PCB I visited here for pedicures with my daughter & my daughter-in-law, and it was fabulous! We were so relaxed after the hand & leg massages we could hardly walk out the door. Miss Tina was extra courteous & professional, and paid special attention to my heels, which are shamefully rough. The bottoms of my feet are smoother & pinker than theyve ever been after a pedicure. Highly recommend!

    Serenity is a perfect name for this shop. Wonderful experience. Owner and techs were super friendly and very accommodating. Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Very clean which is very important to me. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back on my next visit to PCB.

    Tina did an incredible job! I had a pedicure and the ladies I was with had a pedi and mani. The water was a perfect temp, they were gentle and friendly, very professional, the massage chairs were amazing, and I absolutely cannot wait to go back.

    On vacation with my girlfriend we decided we really wanted to get pedicures this time around. We came in as walk-ins and were welcomed immediately. The atmosphere was fantastic and very relaxing. Mrs. Tina did mine and was great. We chose the pearl spa and the results are amazing. Whether you’re male or female, if you’re wanting a pedicure by people who know what they’re doing and are professionals, then this place is a must!     First timer at Serenity Nails & Spa when I visited PCB for vacation. I had a wonderful experience. Our nail techs were so sweet and genuine and had great convos. Plus my pedicure was absolutely perfect. Attention to detail, getting off all dead skin even my dry skin around my ankles. Like no one else has ever done that and it made me feel so understood. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll definitely come back my next visit. ☺️

    I got a pedicure and acrylics done and I was very happy with the service the ladies provided. The salon is clean and they have a very large selection of colors. I will absolutely be going back.

    I came in for a “fill in” but KY went above and beyond!! He saw the defects in the original acrylics and took his time correcting/thinning/reshaping them and they’re WAY BETTER than I ever imagined they could be! I’ve NEVER had acrylics that looked or felt so natural!If you’re in Panama City and needing your nails done, ask for KY!!!

    Stopped in Serenity Nails & Spa today and will definitely go back! Elsa did my pedicure and manicure. I didn’t get my fingernails polished due to them being so short. Elsa did such a wonderful job with my feet! I felt like I was getting a foot massage at a spa and she polished them perfectly. I will be requesting Elsa at my next visit!

    I made an appointment for myself and my two daughters for my 40th birthday. We were greeted promptly and were seated together in the massage chairs so that we could talk. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was clean, calming and professional. We got the ultimate pedicures, which came with fantastic sugar scrubs, leg massages and pedicures. The massage chairs were wonderful and they had a great selection of magazines. They are reasonably priced and overall we had a terrific experience!

    I had an outstanding pedicure experience today with Van. I called ahead and was immediately taken back for the pedicure upon my arrival. The spa had a pleasant vibe and was fairly busy. The service was not rushed at all. This was my first time visiting this spa. Van was very detailed and took his time throughout the pedicure process. I’ve had a lot of pedicures and I believe this was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will be back again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place - especially if you are looking to relax and unwind. This spa is clean and has an organized environment.

    I am visiting the area and needed a fill in. The owner was pleasant and the salon is clean and well maintained.I am specific about how I like my nails and he did an excellent job. Additionally they complete my nails quickly.I would come here regularly if I lived nearby.

    I made an appointment and arrived early. They took me right away, only one other customer. I requested a mani- pedi and the cost was $45.00.I had a bulletin from St. Bernadette church for 10 percent off so they took off $3.00. The lady did not talk at all to me. She did a good job and my nails look very nice.

    This place is interesting and good for kids. The dolphin show and (especially) the sea lion shows were very good. The bird show was a joke. Nicely laid out areas. Good signage. I dont agree with all the extra money needed to enjoy various things like hold or touch an alligator.

    Best Gel mani/ Reg pedi of my life. My nails still look amazing and they were done over 10 days ago and I wash dishes and work with paper daily. Can’t believe being on vacation and traveling all the way across the country I’d find this place. The ladies were wonderful. So friendly, SO efficient and did everything I asked. Love this place.

    This place was amazing! They really took their time with us and didnt rush us through. Treated us like we were locals and took time to get to know us.     Visiting Panama City and after reading previous reviews I visited Serenity as a walk in & waited about 20 mins for a pedicure and SNS. Nail salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Staff was attentive and Im very satisfied with the results. They are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend.

    Service was great, we waited about 45minutes but it was well worth the wait. My guest and I received the deluxe manicure and pedicure (it was his first). He enjoyed it and says that he will continue the services monthly.
