I took my 13 year old daughter here due to her acne flare ups. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the amazing woman who works at the front desk. She had the biggest smile and it made the office feel very inviting. There was barely any wait to be seen. The assistant who asked all the questions had a bit of a shy side, but was very very sweet and kind. We saw Madison as the provider there. She was just amazing !!!!!! She made my daughter feel comfortable and she gave her confidence that she can do this. She explained things very clearly. Jump to the next day…. One of the prescriptions were denied by ins and costs over $400. I went back to office to see what can be done. Once again greeted with the biggest smile from the same amazing woman up front. She jumped into action and helped me right away. Got me a Good Rx card and I was able to afford my daughter’s medication. I will refer anyone to this office to see Madison and her staff !!!!

I was greeted by a very pleasant lady, she was very informative on how to go thru the screens on the tablet. It was my first time so had to register. I waited hardly no time at all in the waiting room and in the patients rooms. The nurse came right in inquiried about my visit took pictures of my issues and the Dr came in right away. Madison was a professional yet friendly and put me at ease. I will definitely go there again if I need and would recommend it.

The day started a little off for both myself and the office. I was running a few minutes behind schedule, and the office was having internet issues, not allowing them to check/ schedule ppl. Upon my late arrival, my day got much better. This was my second visit and second subsequent review, which I mangled names and words. I will smooth over here.. This place is amazing!! From the front desk (Brittany??) Whom every time is pure sunshine. PA Madison ( I typed Megan last time. No idea why)And her assistant made me feel very comfortable and supported. Both of my visits, PA Madison Rupnik (sic?), have been the utmost professional yet still easily engaging. I highly recommend Florida dermatology as your go-to for any skin care needs.

I was truly in fright mode walking in seeing my doctor looking 18 years old, for real. Turns out shes 25, but still, thats young. The staff is all VERY young. But I couldnt say enough great things about all of them. Incredible job. I wouldnt say it was FUN but if I had a need, I will be returning.

Dr Foster is amazing. He made me feel as comfortable as I could feel having quite a large basal cell melanoma right in the center of my left check needing to be removed. Both he and his staff reassured me that it was completely removed and would heal beautifully with minimal visibility of the scar that will be left. I am very happy I chose Florida Dermatology and will recommend them to anyone in need. Dont wait as long as I did just because your scared...see Dr Foster and take care of yourself !

I think I have the best possible experience one can have a dermatology office for the moment I was greeted by a very kind and warm receptionist, to my visit with one of the most compassionate kind and knowledgeable doctors Ive ever had the experience with. prior to making this appointment I called another dermatologist and they were charging twice more than this kind compassionate and well staffed office that actually has integrity. whenever I need to go to a dermatologist I will only be going here!

I had the very best experience Ive ever had with a medical practice. The administrative and nursing staffs were kind, helpful, responsive, and professional. They were completely in lockstep with CDC recommendations with respect to COVID. I had an abscess that could have progressed to a very serious issue. Dr. Tiffanie Wong provided excellent treatment, kept me completely aware of her approach to the problem and how my issue was progressing, even to the point of suggesting a Sunday morning visit to ensure my situation was progressing properly. My medical issue was resolved and I now have a practice and a doctor I can trust to handle any issue in their field.

So nice in these times to deal with real professionals that actually appear like they enjoy what they’re doing and make their patients feel at ease. Can’t say the same for Ride 2 MD as they never showed to get Dad to Florida Dermatology and calls for any response was met with inability to speak English and total lack of understanding as to how to search, find and resolve a patient’s need to make it to a surgery appointment on time. The appointment for transportation was made weeks in advance.

After scanning through some of these reviews I aint sure where all these dissatisfied people were going but couldnt have been here, you just cant please some people. I was able to get an appointment quickly, was seen almost instantly upon arrival and I cant tell you how nice everyone was from reception to the chair. Most importantly the treatment prescribed by Dr Wong had my skin cleared up 1000% within the first week of using it once we got the lab results back and she knew what we were dealing with after months of misery. Dr went the extra to work with my substandard insurance and the pharmacy. Didnt charge me for a visit I would have been happy to pay for and also hooked me up with a bunch of OTC treatments. I cant say enough about this office and will be back when and if I ever have any skin concerns.

Had to wait 55 mins to be seen and both times had to sit and listen to a group of people talking as loud as possible about their life and what not. So, so, so, very rude. Pretty sure same group of people from the first visit. Was talking on the phone. Blah blah blah blah! I would highly recommend the office putting up signs that say, Please be QUIET. Patients are HEALING! If youre going to make people wait an hour, sometimes hours, they should be comfortable. Other than rude caregivers in the lobby, the facilty and staff are fine. Invest in the signs!
