    Choosing The Garden Medical Spa has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I spoke with multiple doctors and had multiple consultations, but Dr. Michael gave me the best experience and best price. From the moment I walked into the office I felt like family. Dr. Michael and his staff are so incredibly personable, compassionate, and professional. I underwent a major surgery that completely changed my life and I would do it a million times over if Dr. Michael and his staff at The Garden were involved. They honestly become family for life and treat you as such. I love you guys so much and thank you for everything! I’ll be back to visit soon!

    WOW! I have been to several spa’s in the area since I’m also an event planner for the past 15 years here in Tampa Bay. I like to give my clients a wonderful experience as well with some amazing organizations that I can refer. With that said- I have not been able to get a facial or truly anything for myself in a while and I started coming to see Tasha for my Botox and she immediately knew everything I needed to look young and natural! I can’t thank her enough for always taking care of me.Then I got to meet Farrah!! And she immediately looked at my skin, took her time to see the process with sun damage, etc and she was very honest and on point! She knew exactly what I needed and today I did my first hydro facial and it was life changing! She was SO informative, told me what I need to do at home, you name it and so thankful for this team of ladies that truly love what they do and it shows!If I could give them 10 stars I would!!Thank you, ladies for being so fantastic!

    Farrah is AMAZING. I am new to facials and any treatments. I was so nervous because I have sensitive skin. She honestly genuinely listens to your concerns, is honest and doesn’t try and push things on you that you don’t need. I drive from far away just to come here! I wanted a more expensive treatment and she formulated a plan for me that would give me the results I wanted for cheaper! The front desk girls are so sweet as well. I recommend this place to anyone for anything!

    This place and the staff are AMAZING- I have been going here for 3 years and the experience has been wonderful. Farrah is the best - she does my facials and micro needling and she is so knowledgeable about what my skin needs and doesn’t need. She gives her honest opinion and explains why something isn’t for me. I feel like i learn something new whenever i see her. Same with Natacha who does my botox and filler. I’m never going anywhere else!!

    I recently visited Dr. Mirmanesh for facial injuries sustained from a bad fall. His willingness to immediately work me into his busy schedule, even though I was not an established patient, was amazing and, to me, exhibited a genuine consideration and concern for the best welfare of a patient, a quality unfortunately not exhibited by all healthcare providers! Both he and his staff are not only extremely professional, but also exceptionally kind and welcoming. To date, I am so very pleased with the outcome of my initial treatment and anticipate the best results in the continued healing process ahead!     I had the pleasure of getting the Signature Garden Hydrafacial with Farrah. She made my skin glow and feel so smooth! Her expertise coupled with her kind heart made my facial a one of a kind experience. Her shoulder massage is Heaven. I’d love to schedule with her again for my birthday. She does a great job!

    I have never had botox or filler of any sort. On a whim, I decided to book an appointment. To my surprise I was able to be seen the same day! When I walked in I was greeted immediately by name with a smile. Automatically making me feel welcome and comfortable. I was pretty nervous being that this was something totally out of my comfort zone. There was practically zero wait before I was seen by Natacha (who I can not rave enough about). Natacha was so friendly and personable! You can tell she really loves what she does. She listened to every one of my concerns and talked them through with me. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process which was about an hour long total. I also had the pleasure of meeting Farrah who was equally as sweet! I seriously cant say enough great things about this place. Facility was beautiful, staff is absolutely amazing, and the work they do is phenomenal. I will for sure be back! :) :) :)

    Last week I decided it was about time to start taking my skin care more seriously so I decided I would start with a hydra-facial and go from there. I knew I was in good hands when I called to book my appointment and spoke with Ashley who was beyond kind and courteous and was even able to get me in the same day. Walking in to the incredibly welcoming but still fabulous office I was greeted by Julie who kindly and patiently helped walk me through the paperwork. Afterwards Farrah came out and greeted me and took me back to start working her magic. Farrah was literally the best she was so efficient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She explained everything in a relatable and personalized manner and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. She let me know things about my skin I never knew and told me what to do to correct problems without overselling me on additional procedures. While leaving I was introduced to Tasha the injector there and got such a good vibe from her as well. I can’t wait for my chemical peel and botox consultation next week …. 10 out of 10 recommend …. And sorry my grammar is awful, my skin is just looking way to good to care and edit it

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Farrah and the front desk receptionist were both super friendly.     I adore this business and all the staff who work there. They offer a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere with great quality. I’ve never had a facial before, so I didn’t know what to expect.     I have had the pleasure of experiencing the expertise of Farrah, Natacha, and Dr. M over the past year and words cannot express my satisfaction with all of them. Farrah gives the most amazing, thorough, and relaxing hydrafacials I have ever had and always goes the extra mile to pay attention to any extra needs my skin may be needing on any given visit. I have also seen her for other various skin treatments as well and have had great results. Natacha is the most experienced and knowledgeable injector I have ever seen and the fact that she is ranked so high nationally should speak for itself. Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind and it’s always a pleasure being there. They also have a great VIP program which was really important to me when I moved here. Bottom line … you will not be disappointed.

    Dr. Mike was awesome. My eyes look amazing. I am only 3 or 4 weeks out and the difference is amazing. I am very very happy and Dr. Mike will be my plastic surgeon for anything else I do (I hope) Farrah did my follow up facial, she was wonderful and my facial made my skin glow. The office atmosphere says a lot about how Garden Day treat their employees, All the staff are happy, smiling and ready to assist. Just a great environment. Much Trust in Their Team!

    I would highly recommend this office to anyone! I had my earlobes stitched up (ripped from earrings). I was super nervous and Dr. Michael threw on some music I mentioned I loved and his whole staff was so sweet! Every time I went in, I was greeted in a welcoming manner and felt super comfortable! Every check up after was also great! Although this week was my last appointment for my ears, hopefully I’ll be back soon for some fun appointments!     Tacha is THE queen of injectables 💉 I have to admit, I loved the girl I went to in Texas.. and since moving to FL I never thought I would find someone as caring and meticulous with their work. In enters Tacha and she is all that and more! SUCH a sweetheart. I only had one visit with her but she really took the time to listen to me and communicate what she was thinking with her treatment plan. I’ve had other injectors in the past dislike me bringing my face map from my TX injector/first love lol - not Tacha! She’s open minded and honest, and she loved hearing what I liked (and didn’t like) from injectors elsewhere. The results were near perfect and I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I do want to mention.. any ladies that use Alle points, this office has their own points system that they use - just an FYI! But the prices are not any higher than other offices I’ve reached out to in the area. And not to mention Tacha was very upfront about pricing and number of units in our consultation

    I have been going to Farrah, the aesthetician at the Tampa Bay, Florida location for many years. There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe how my experiences with Farrah have been. For lack of better words, every time I have a facial with Farrah, my skin glows. She is so knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and caring. I recently had my last facial when my daughter got married, and I received numerous compliments about my glowing skin. I highly recommend that you treat yourself to a facial with Farrah.     I can’t say enough how great this place is! I’ve been twice for a hydrafacial, and today when I walked in I was greeted by name from everyone with such enthusiasm and positivity! It’s a small gesture, but it made me feel special, and seemed like people genuinely enjoy being there. Farrah has performed both my facials, and it truly is an amazing experience! Her personality is warm and comforting, she’s incredibly educated and doesn’t mind my random questions about skin care, and literally almost put me to sleep with a shoulder massage. Not to mention the rooms are cozy with fun lights, relaxing music, and a warm table to lay on! It gives a new spin on what a spa should be! I would spend all day there if I could!

    Walking into Dr.Michaels Garden Medical Spa , I immediately felt like I was about to be wrapped in a warm blanket . His compassion, sense of humor and wealth of knowledge was so comforting . The office was upbeat and positive. His staff is excellent and are so positive . Follow up calls and communication with every facet of my procedures gave me such comfort . I have had facials , vitamin drip( so much energy) and a had my ruptured implants removed . Everything was so easy and even had Julie , who helps with the surgery and did my facial , spent the night at my house after surgery . For me , walking into Dr Michael’s office is like Disney where every day is magic . Best surgeon I’ve ever had . Thanks to the whole staff at the garden medical spa.

    I got the best facial of my life with Farrah. She is extremely knowledgeable and recommended me products to use. My face has not looked this hydrated in years! And it’s only been 2 weeks using them. I would also like to mention that It was my first time coming here and she was kind enough to stay late and do my facial since it was on a Friday and I called almost at closing time! She did not hesitate to stay late. I really really appreciated that. She cares for her clients. I already booked my next facial with her! :)A couple of days later Danielle did my Botox and fillers and wow she was amazing!!! I was terrified since it was my first time ever…but she has such great energy and the way she patiently explained the whole process to me from start to finish (I probably asked her the same questions a million times 😂) I’m completely in love with my results.     I went in for 360 Liposuction and also got my neck and double chin handled 😂. I’ve always had love handles that make wearing any form fitting dress difficult for me. I now have a beautiful hourglass shape and no hip dips. No more muffin top! And my neck looks amazing. No longer have a double chin and my jawline is more defined. I’m extremely happy with my results and I can’t recommend this place enough. Dr. Michael Mirmanesh is so sweet and such an honest plastic surgeon. He won’t over sell you on what you don’t need, has incredible bedside manner, and does amazing work. The office staff are all so nice and welcoming. I am 100% coming back in the future.

    I have been going to Farrah for many years for all of my skin care needs and she is absolutely amazing! Recently 16 y.o. son has been battling some serious acne problems and everything weve tried has not worked so I decided to set him an appointment with Farrah and try to get it under control. After just one session we have seen a dramatic improvement in his skin! She was very gentle with the extractions and he was very happy with the results and excited to go back... Going back in a few weeks to do it again. She was also very informative on the products he needs to try at home and also the regimens he needs to follow daily to keep his acne from becoming infected.     I had my first TriLift treatment today at Garden Med Spa. What a great experience. All the staff from the receptionist to the NP Danielle and Dr. Michael Mirmanesh were first class and really nice. They were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time educating me about the treatments and after care. I am excited to come back for my follow up treatment in two weeks even though it was a two hour drive from Orlando. It was worth it.

    My fabulous facial by Farrah! Ive been getting facials for years at another spa and was satisfied with the results. But I kept hearing from friends about an aesthetician by the name of Farrah who they were giving rave reviews. I decided to find her and did so at The Garden Medical Spa-Tampa Bay. I made an appointment for a Hydrafacial and added on dermaplaning. The experience was every bit deserving of her reputation. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, has state of the art equipment and a calming atmosphere. The Hydrafacial was amazing, and Farrah was not only a pleasure, but was also informative. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, making it very comfortable for me to just close my eyes and relax. She made some suggestions regarding my skin care routine that made sense without undue pressure to buy anything. The only down side, I had to leave when it was over. If youre thinking about starting facials, or youre up for trying someone new, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Farrah!

    I had my first appointment with Master Injector Natacha, it was a consultation for potential Botox and I was so impressed! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy of any procedure. I ultimately requested baby tox, which is just a very minimal amount, around my eye area. She did an injection right under my eye, also known as a jelly roll, and I was AMAZED that there was no bruising or scarring, not to mention I started seeing results within days (we decided on Xeomin). I will absolutely come back to this location, the staff is so polite, the atmosphere is welcoming, and most importantly, I feel that I trust them to address any future concerns.     As a native SoCal girl growing up in the 80s Ive come to dislike going to the skin Dr whether it be Derm, spa, what have you. Fast forward a few decades, Ive been to them all. As my annual check up approached I came across multiple 5 starred reviews for Dr. Michael Mirmanesh at Garden Med Spa and thought Id give them a try. WOW. Just, wow! Dr Mike is not a salesman, which on its own was surprising. He actually talked me out of an expensive procedure that had been recommended by another Dr. He instead offered noninvasive solutions to my concerns resulting in less cost, pain and recovery time. The results were beyond my expectations. His staff, the uber talented Danielle and Paula are expert level in what they do and Im not one to use that word lightly. They take after Dr. Mike in terms of thier no BS, tell it like it is, style of communication. (Though they dont seem to enjoy it like he does, lolol. I kid! Im kidding with my new fave boy wonder!)     Appreciate that the doctor admitted that he could not give me good results considering the cost to have a reconstruction revision.A day after my appointment I got a call from the office asking me if I talked to my husband. I asked about what? and instead of apologizing for dialing the wrong number, she just hung up. Not good phone practice.

    I am 59 years young feeling great inside but wasnt feeling very confident with my outside appearance. Dr. Michael Mirmanesh had been treating me with botox and fillers for a couple of years and I was very pleased with my results. My husband encouraged me to do something more permanent along the lines of full on plastic surgery. I had a face lift, neck lift and an upper eyelid lift. Surprisingly, I had absolutely no pain whatsoever post surgery. I experienced some tightness and itching during the healing process. On day 8 post surgery, I was able to go out in public with little makeup and minimal bruising. All of my experiences with Dr. Mirmanesh have been nothing short of amazing. He is a very skilled top notch surgeon and you could not be in better hands. Thank you Dr. Mirmanesh. My face looks amazing and I feel amazing. You are the best!

    Following my initial consultation with Ashley, Dr Michael, was able to administer a SmoothGlo™️ treatment. What a miraculous treatment. No needles, no pain and little down-time beyond a weekend! Using a precise laser targeting uneven skin tone, red capillaries and wrinkles!At 68 yo, this is my first cosmetic procedure at the Garden and I plan additional touch’s from their gifted associates.
