Let me start off by saying this place is like an adult toy store but for nail supplies for nail techs. For starters, this was my first time going to Studio Nail & Beauty Supply. They were very professional and very helpful. They assisted me with my budget and what I was looking for. They made great suggestions and they were honest instead of forcing me to spending tons of money. The store is very neat and organized. I love how they have the no purse policy. I also love how they offer their membership for free which offers rewards and points and etc. Not to mention the location is very convenient. Great customer service experience..its a night and day experience compared to a similar store further south on 441. This store is further from me but the customer experience is worth the drive. I asked a few questions and was politely responded to and given suggestions.And yes, they walk around watching people. Nail polishes are small valuable items and therefore at a higher risk of theft. They are kind of like the body guards you see at Louis Vuitton, but for OPI and Essie.
