    I have been coming to Aesthetix Plus for a few years now, for different types of treatments, and its always a great experience. Staff is caring and professional, they dont just try to upsell you, but they really care about your goals and results. The office is the cleanest and brightest Ive ever been to. There are many med spas in my area, but I choose to make a longer drive to come here, its totally worth it! Julia, Eteri, Dr Sherif, Reina, and everyone else there are true professionals and just fabulous people!

    I have been visiting Aesthetix Plus for almost two years now for B-12 Lipotropic Injections. I absolutely love the injections, and I love the med spa - the interior is gorgeous & pristine, the staff is very kind & personable, and the services are plentiful and reasonably priced. Everyone I have met at the spa has been helpful and have always worked with me to the best of their ability, going above and beyond more times than not! Whether it was regarding scheduling adjustments or creating personalized packages, I know Ill always be taken care of.Rahmi, the Senior Spa Coordinator, is always the sweetest to speak with, both in person & over the phone, and she always works with me to find appointment times that work best with my work schedule. Ive seen both Julia and Eteri for my injections and theyre both amazing. Very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.Ive been very pleased with all of my experiences with Aesthetix Plus thus far, and look forward to trying many more of their services in the future.

    I had my first laser hair removal session yesterday. Julia was AMAZING. She was so reassuring and calming. I will admit that the procedure was slightly uncomfortable, but it was obvious that Julia was professional and knowledgeable and understanding of what to do if the discomfort was getting too much for me. She is just wonderful and I would highly recommend her and the staff at Aesthetix Plus Medical Spa for any services that you may be considering.

    WOW!!! That is what I left saying yesterday. I had a facial with Julia and she was beyond amazing. She explained everything to me, made the facial customizable to what my skin needed and left me glowing. This facial was a 10 out of 10 and I am already looking forward to my next one so I can achieve all of my skin goals. This place is a gem if you are looking for a med spa in Nocatee!!!

    Literally everything you could ask for. Super clean, staff is awesome and I would probably follow Raena anywhere!! She will NOT let you walk out of her office unsatisfied and she will absolutely tell you “no you don’t want that” even though it would make her more money, it’s her reputation she cares about and if she thinks you’ll look anything other than just the best form of yourself, shes not going to do it! No Nancy Pelosi’s or Rob Lowe’s here!! 😂

    I have been going to Aesthetix Plus Spa for a couple of years now and I have grown to be a loyal customer. This entire team work very efficiently together, they enjoy each others company and that positive, fun attitude is contagious. The owners are outstanding, with a caring and genuine nature. It is the people who work there that is why I keep going back. The spa is nicely decorated and I feel like I am having a relaxing spa experience. Aesthetix Plus offers many services from mani/pedis, wide range of amazing facials (EMILY), massage, and many modern medical spa services. They also host holiday open houses and they are a blast! As a satisfied client of over two years, I think my recommendation is worth a visit. Enjoy your spa time.

    There are not enough words to describe how amazingly wonderful Aesthetix Plus and its terrific staff truly are!     Everyone at Aesthetix Plus is AMAZING. Julia (in particular) has been taking care of my tattoo removal. Not only is she super knowledgeable and professional, but she’s the kindest and most hospitable person I know…she has become like family to me.     Raena, the nurse injector at Aesthetix Plus, is the absolute BEST! Ive seen her for Botox, lip filler, and various other treatments and she always does a fabulous job. She strives for a natural look, which is super important to me. On top of that, she is so friendly and fun and I truly look forward to my appointments with her. The entire staff there is excellent and I always have a great experience.

    I have had the pleasure of two of Emilys facials. Not only is she a lovely person but her facials are fantastic! She really customized them to exactly what I needed and I felt pampered and listened to by her. The office staff was also lovely. I definitely recommend her!

    2nd review, theyre even better than when I started coming here 3 years ago. Love this beautiful office, everything about them and their skills and the work they do is amazing! Didnt get injections this time but peep Dr. Es and Julias work from my last injections from July 2020, that literally took over 1.5 years to stop seeing the benefits but the prevention is still there! I love you all! They have a very great new office manager too. Just love all the staff here. The seriously kindest people! Dont be intimidated because theyre all so good looking! Theyre all very kind and caring!

    I saw Tina for a customized facial today. She was absolutely wonderful. I left feeling relaxed, educated and with glowing skin. You can tell she is passionate about helping her patients feel their best. It was one of the best facials Ive ever had. Definitely will be visiting her regularly.

    I recently moved from South Florida to Saint John’s County and I’m so happy I found Aesthetix Plus Med Spa! The staff is so kind and goes way and beyond! All my needs were met and heard. Most importantly they’re honest! I had Kybella done with Dr.Sherif and Julia and I’m still shocked with my results! They’re thorough with every detail to perfection! I’m also currently in the process of tattoo removal and I’m so happy seeing it fade away! Five star exceptional customer service and a breath of fresh air atmosphere!     I was very nervous about getting injections again after not having anything for 3 years while pregnant and nursing. My appointment was with Raina and even though I had done this previously, since she knew I was nervous she took her time and went over everything with me again. She also educated me on new products and advancements. She listened to me share my past experiences with injections and reassured me throughout the process. A week later, I am very happy with my results. I really appreciate the entire time at Aesthetix Plus for making me feel comfortable from start to finish and I cant wait to go back and try out their other services.

    Aesthetix Plus is my home away from home. My oasis. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly and caring, they are incredible at what they do. I personally have gone to this medspa for laser hair removal, dermaplaning, laser skin treatments, microneedling, and facials. I received nothing but the best experience and results with each service. Tina is a genius with skin and is my go to for any facial/dermaplaning/microneedling treatments. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible and has all of these tricks she has learned to take the treatments to the next level. Julia, the owner, is the sweetest person I know and is so knowledgable in all services. Sitting down with her for a consult on what would be best for my skin was so insightful. Shes also conducted laser treatments for me and always put me at ease while educating me on each step in the process.I pretty much spend my days thinking about what I can do next with Aesthetix Plus. They are so amazing and deserve all the praise. 100% recommend them. If you are ever concerned about procedures or dont know what do, set up a consult because they will provide the best advice based off of your specific needs/concerns.

    I had been considering tear trough filler for a while and decided to finally move forward. Needless to say, I was very nervous and had never had filler before. Raena took her time explaining the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable before we started. The numbing cream was perfect - the entire process was painless! Raena was very thorough, professional and skilled. She has a great way of making you feel at ease and comfortable. I am absolutely thrilled with the results - I will absolutely continue services here with her! The whole staff is pleasant and kind too -- truly a wonderful place!

    Had my first visit today and I will be retuning! I was given better customer service than any other med spa I’ve been to in Jacksonville or the beaches. They go above and beyond with their services and even provide music in the room while you’re waiting. They offer you a beverage or a glass of wine. Everyone you speak to is kind and honest which is rare now a days especially with this type of business. Exceptional service and people. I will recommend this place to everyone!

    Love this Medical Spa. Everyone is so nice and the facility is very clean and pretty. I am doing the weight loss program, Semaglutide injections and I’ve lost 21 pounds in 10 weeks! Amazing results. A special shout out to Raena Starr, APRN! She is so personable and knowledgeable!

    The staff are the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever encountered. They have a superb bedside manner, and I felt totally relaxed and comfortable in their care. They went out of their way to help me understand the issues with my skin and determine the most effective treatment to remediate them. Rather than pushing me to get the most expensive procedures they offered, they tailored procedures designed to give me results I am looking for without emptying my wallet.     I call Aesthetix plus a hidden gem right in the heart of Nocatee. I have been to many medical Spa’s and this is by far the best of the best. There is so much attention to details with every treatment. This is a true team of experts , they bring years of experiences and they are up to date of every technology and new treatment there is .Angela, the medical esthetician is a real sweetheart and super knowledgeable. My skin was very irritated after an allergic reaction and she worked her magic on me !Dr El-Salaway is a true artist when it comes to injections . Julia, the owner is the kindest person I know !     My daughter and I went to get facials and I was so impressed with their service. This place is spotless clean, definitely high-end with reasonable prices which is hard to find.     Lana is so good at her job. I had my lip fillers and Botox done with her and she made me feel very comfortable being my first time. She’s very sweet and I love my lips so much 👄 I highly recommend going to see her :)

    I was in from out of town and needed a dermaplane and a facial. I found Aesthetix on Google and was lucky to have Angela as my esthetician! She not only told what each step was, but was soooo thorough w my face. She didnt rush but took my time into consideration. She also was as gentle as she could be w the extractions (mind you I didnt have a ton), but it just goes to show you she really cares about how she makes you feel-mentally and physically!! I will definitely come back next time I am in town, and just wish I could find such a good person in Austin!!!

    Cannot find a better aesthetic place in town! Staff is friendly! Location is great. Raena is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and very experienced. Would not go to another for my Botox! She never disappoints. Raena has wonderful customer service. She also places a follow up call about a week after any procedure I have done to make sure I am happy. I really cannot say enough about Raena, have recommended her to many friends and family members and will continue!!
