This was my first visit to the salon. The ladies up front checked me in promptly. Veota is a very talented stylist. I have short hair and she did not disappoint. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and made some suggestions. With my thick hair, she incorporated different cutting techniques. An hour later, she created a very chic hairstyle. Veota is very nice and will definitely be going back!

EDIT: They reached out and fixed the situation. it was a front desk issue with scheduling and overbooking.Ive been debating on sharing this but, I’ve been using E’lan Salon and Spa since 2020. I never trusted anyone with my hair as it was to my tailbone. Brooke and Mickey were amazing and even did my hair at my wedding in 2020.I will always recommend Brooke, she genuinely cares and always takes her time… Recently i made an appt with Mickey and when i showed up they said “sorry, that stylist doesn’t work here anymore” they we’re kind enough to set me up with a different lady a few hours later in the day. I PAID for a wash, trim and bow dry. I asked for a trim and long layers. She cut my hair within 10 mins because she was rushing and completely ruined my hair and my layers are extremely uneven and choppy. Then she said “sorry i don’t have time to blow dry your hair” and sent me on my way. i was crying on the way out and they gave me 20% off for having to reschedule me but never said anything about my hair still dripping wet on the way out…4 years going here and will probably not go back.

Gina was great! I bought a gift card for my mom for $150. I’ve never been here before so just based my purchase on reviews. My mom insisted I take it for myself and get shoes for her. I just had my appointment with Gina who is very sweet and knowledgeable. She gave me a guesstimate of price last month. However, it turned out to be about $100 more than expected on an already high price. After a tip it cost me over $500. This is the most my hair has ever been. With the $150 GC I still owed $315. Add a tip onto that and it’s like WHAT!! I honestly could not afford this and if I’d known it was that much I would have canceled or changed direction. I did a full color. Gina is worth the service but with that price it was very hard for me to tip her a 20% on $465. You almost think for that price you should get a discount on a hair product and maybe even a wine option! I would recommend giving more back to clients that are spending that much money. As much as I like Gina, my visits here cannot be frequent as I can’t afford $500 hair visits. But I do highly recommend Gina for sure!! Thank you Gina!!

I selected Gina because she was booked out for six weeks, and I figured she must be good if shes hard to get in with. I m incredibly selective with my blond, but every time Ive gone to Gina (ive had five sessions now) she always manages to improve upon the last visit! She took me from roots to honey blond, to full blond, to icey blond. She never puts me under a dryer, and she really listens to what I want and delivers. If you can get in with Gina, you will not be sorry. She is such an a amazing human, and Im grateful to be her client!

I’m a 5 month snowbird. In October I was driving to our new home in Punta Gorda isles and noticed E’’lan salon. I went in to make an appointment and was given an appointment with a stylist named Veota. As my hair is frizzy and curly ( not a pretty curl) I just had her wash and blow. My hair came out beautiful. Many compliments from strangers and friends. As this season has gone on she now cuts, colors and shows me how to work with my unruly hair. I might have to fly back down from Mass. every 6 weeks to have her cut and color.At 70 yrs old you have to work to look your best.Veota is now a big part of that.

I called to Elan salon and got an appointment with Ana.
