I have been going to Linda for well over a year. My northern stylist found her for me because Linda also uses Goldwell products- the best! Linda is fabulous. Knows how to cut and how to color. My northern stylist- who I have been using for about 20 years -is very complimentary about her work . Ask for Linda!And while you are there get your nails done by Melissa! This woman knows what she is doing. I’m not easy- first I used gel way to long and my nails were splitting . Then I started gardening and that did a lot of damage. Melissa has done a great job coaching me frankly , but gently , how to get the best and healthiest nails for my lifestyle !

Did a deep tissue massage recently with Bailey, and he loosened up my back a lot, where I hold a lot of stress. I felt so much more relaxed after the massage, and really appreciated the amount of effort he put into making me feel comfortable and good throughout the session. Melissa helped me figure out what I needed to do for my nails for my wedding! I rarely get my nails done, due to being a rock climber, and I was a bit clueless as to what I needed. Being out of town for my wedding, I booked at Serendipity. Melissa was so kind and helpful and helped me find the best option to keep my true nails healthy! Thank you!

Melissa is MAGNIFICENT! I searched for more than a year before finding a nail technician that I was pleased with after moving to Punta Gorda. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and welcoming. Melissa is friendly as well as professional. Her knowledge of nail care truly amazes me. She does an impeccable manicure and pedicure! Your search is over. Come see Melissa. You will leave a very happy customer.I recently had a Pumpkin facial by DARLENE! I also have facial waxing, eyebrow coloring and eyelash lift and tint regularly! No words can describe how beautiful I feel after this!!!! Darlene is simply AMAZING!!! I Recommend her highly!

I cannot express fully how much I think of Serendipity Salon and Spa in Punta Gorda. It is a first class salon with an incredible staff. I had been searching for a real quality salon where I can count on getting excellent service and this beats any I have been to including my salon in NY. Sue the owner, really has set up a home away from home experience.The salon is beautiful and all of the staff are so friendly. Sues excellence in styling is among the very best. She did not just cut my hair and style it but did so after carefully checking my bone structure and hair quality. She gave me the best hairdo for my face and hair that I have ever had. Love it. Easy to manage especially here in Fl. I felt so lucky to get a facial treatment by the renowned Ursula from Beverly Hills who managed to make my skin look 10 years younger. A miracle worker who is as nice as she is talented. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for the best experience with the best talent in PG.

Great, clean salon. I travel 3 hours to get here and it is worth the trip. The staff is very kind--you feel like family while you are there. I keep thinking I should find a salon closer to my house, but the stylists professionalism keeps me coming back. I have had my hair cut/colored, pedicures, waxing, and a massage-I recommend all of Serendiptys services.Also on a side note, the salon was extremely clean. Staff was constantly sanitizing. I felt very comfortable for my visit. They do require masks (7/17/2020).

I won a spa package at a charity event and spent today at serendipity spa. It was so generous of the owner Sue to donate such a special gift. The day was wonderful. The personnel were all professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have never been so pampered. I would highly recommend Serendipity Spa for any and all of your spa needs.

Pintrist what you want your hair to look like and they can match it!Very sweet, took the time to listen and let me relax. Sue the owner is amazing.Tell them what you can pay for first so your not surprised....I generally never get my hair done so price over the 5 months seems fair.Beautiful salon...very classy for sure!

This is most amazing place I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few. Everyone is so nice and professional every time I go there I always book my next appointment before I leave. I get my hair done by Sue. I have been to her 3 times now and I would never go anywhere else. She is really fantastic. I moved from Boston with my husband and was concerned about finding the right salon. Well I found it and I love it! Now, I ever had a facial before because I thought that it wouldnt do anything to my skin. I mean I use my creams, stay out of the sun, drink my water and take my supplements so I felt that was enough. The truth is that I totally wrong. I booked a facial with Ursula who is a world famous skin expert from Beverly Hills and who had all the actresses as her clients. I thought at first that it was just going to be a pleasant experience. It was so much more! I came out of the facial room a little over an hour later looking better than I ever had. I still dont know how it is possible to achieve such results in so little time, but even my husband asked me that evening if I had done something different because I looked beautiful. I booked the Anti-Aging Facial and now I plan on having a different treatment every month. I not only recommend this place but I honestly urge you to go: its fabulous!!!

This spa is fantastic!!!!! What a beautiful space. I was visiting Punta Gorda a couple of weeks agoand needed a cut and color and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Scott. He gave me exactly what I asked for and then some!!!! I turned around to look in the mirror when he was done, and can honestly say I have never loved my hair more!!!!! He also showed me how to style it and I continue to love it!!!! He has a genuine passion for what he does.Also, everyone in the spa was very friendly. Hoping to relocate to the area within a year or two, and I know where I will be getting my hair done!!!!

Serendipity is a world class salon with top notch stylists. I am from Toronto and I was worried about having my hair done here while we stay for the winter. I was introduced to my stylist when I asked a woman where she had her hair cut. I love him so much that my friends and family from Canada now wait to have their hair cut, styled, colored and straightened when they visit. Everyone is friendly and kind. They go out of their way to ensure all is perfect for their clientelle.

This is my favorite place to go to relax. Jared is a Master at everything and will make your every wish come true. I have had many different requests, many different colors and styles and they all come out perfectly! Sue is a true professional and they pitch in to help each other, which I like. The atmosphere is cool, calm and loving. You can also have a world class facial. Please dont let anyone tell you any different; they are simply the best!My granddaughter also is planning a trip to Jared for color consultation. She had her hair cut there and was very happy.

I got microdermabrasion and European facial from Ludmila. It was perfect, I looked 10 years younger after the session. Ludmila is a great professional, she know what products benefit your skin. She used some latest nanotechnology and high end skin care products. Hand and foot massage was a caviar.I’d highly recommend to try it. Personally I am going to be a personal client.

I have been going to Serendipity for over two years, always a great cut...The price is a little more than what you pay at the franchise clip places but the hair cuts look so much better its worth it....Very professional, high quality salon....

My facial was amazing. I explained to ludmila that I didn’t get facials because I get claustrophobic. As an esthetician myself it was embarrassing. But she calmed me right down and began my facial. Best place ever. Scott was the stylist, I am in Punta Gorda for two weeks for business and needed a new hair style. I was a little hesitant to try another male stylist due to the bad experience I had back at home. But Scott came through with great help and what I feel is the best, most precise haircut I have ever received. Not only was he great, the staff was so welcoming and the spa was beautiful. Hands down favorite spa I have been to. I highly recommend giving this place a try and THEY DO MENS HAIRCUTS as a matter of fact I was the third guy getting my hair cut within the short amount of time I was there. All in all first class place that gives superior service, I am very pleased and WILL be coming again next time Im in Punta Gorda
