While visiting Punta Gorda for the first time in January of 2024 my facial skin had broken out the worst it ever had. I needed immediate help as I was having reactions to products. I called Excelsior Skin & Body after googling. Very soon after I received a call from owner, Kristy. I was able to discern her intelligence, her expertise, her profound knowledge of aesthetics and felt instantly comfortable speaking with her and in making the appointment.When I arrived with all of the products I have been using, there was a plethora of them, Kristy immediately went through & researched every ingredient in every bottle. With her expertise she knew what was causing the break out.I was so incredibly impressed not only with the level of interest and intrigue on her part as to what was happening with my skin but also how she articulated her vast knowledge & expertise - this woman is a encyclopedia on skin care.I was a licensed massage therapist myself and with fortune I was able to enjoy her gifted hands that enhanced the treatment. As a result of my one and a half hour experience that ended up being way over that time (she gifted because of the situation get more involved) I walked away trashing over $500 worth of products that got consolidated into three based on Kristy’s recommendation. I’ve been struggling with my skin for years, never knowing what my skin needed or how to properly treat it. I had my first facial with Kristy and was absolutely blown away by the knowledge she provided me on my skin. She was so sweet and understanding. I had been looking for an aesthetician who provided Buccal Facial Massage, and as a fellow aesthetician, I am particular who touches my skin. The closest I had found this service was Tampa, until I did a little more searching and came across Kristy. I was THRILLED she offered this facial in Punta Gorda! After receiving my treatment I must say, Kristy truly has a gift working with the skin! She is knowledgeable about skin health both internally and externally and her training as a massage therapist gives her the ability to understand muscles structure as well. She is caring and has beautiful flow with her massage. The Buccal part was gentle and I get my entire jaw relax afterwards. The rest of the day, my face felt lifted, my eyes felt more open and my skin had a beautiful glow! This is an amazing service and I am excited to find an alternative to invasive treatments!
