    Very good customer service. I am very impressed with how they handle their business here. I came in on Saturday to get my nails done and showed them a picture of the design I wanted. The nail tech who did them the first time did not do a good job. The manager Matt personally reached out to me the same day, after I expressed I was unhappy with my service. He offered to reschedule to get my nails fixed. They turned out better than I could imagine. Joanne did a fantastic job with the design on my nails. It was everything I could want and more. She took so much care and precision into making them perfect. She was professional and a team player. She truly cares about her work and her clients. If you were to come here, I would personally recommend Joanne for your needs.

    I’ve been getting my nails done here for quite some time now. Tammy has truly been the best at my dip nails and manicures. She is so nice and welcoming and also has kind words to say. My nails always come out even, not bulky, and last a long time. I would always recommend her!!

    Joanne did an AMAZING job on my nails . I don’t think I have ever had better service anywhere.     Love getting my nails done at this salon. I usually never give reviews but I want it do it for this place. My tech is Eglis. She is wonderful and I always love the work done on my nails. She makes sure you are happy with the results.. My first visit was in May 2024. The place is clean and the personnel is very pleasant starting with the owner. I was having a hard time finding a good place to get my nails done in Riverview but my sister found this place and I am so glad she did. I recommend it.

    I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Joanne was incredible – she’s so passionate about her work, and it really shows in the care and attention she puts into each nail. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The whole staff was so nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home.     I do my nails with Eglis, she is one of the best nail tech in this place, she makes my natural nails grow as you can see the second picture, she is patient and she always make sure you feel comfortable and feel good about your nails.

    Ivy did my nails and as usual she did a great job! I am impressed! The color is ballerina gown with a gold arch! I wanted something feminine and soft and I think she “nailed” it no pun intended lol… love the establishment staff are friendly, prompt and very professional. Ivy is the best. Love her!

    Amazing! I just moved from NY to FL and was dreading having to find a new nail salon. I have been going to my nail salon back in Ny for over 10 years! Well….cindy is a nail tech rock star!!!     I’m so glad I found Amour Beauty 2! I have been to both locations and they have been wonderful at each place. They really listened to what I wanted and they all do an amazing job.     Had the most relaxing spa day getting my nails done by Cindy. I got a gel pedicure and a full set French tip on Almond nails! It wasn’t busy at all which was nice, I was actually surprised that this nail spa isn’t flowing with clientelle. Stop by nail and get your nails done by Cindy, such an amazing job and pays attention to detail!!

    I love this place and if you come, please ask for Keyla. She is absolutely amazing! She teaches me how to keep my nails, healthy and last long.     I went in today for an emergency nail change!! I went in because my nails were so destroyed from the acrylic that I got done in another salon, I’m so glad I went to LUCY for my nails she was so patient with me because I’m so new to Gelx and she did amazing.     First time coming here - decided to treat my wife to a manicure/pedicure and get a pedicure for my self. I wear sandals 99% of the time, so my feet needed some tending to. Lucy was absolutely fantastic. Took her time and went above to make sure I was comfortable the entire process. Feet feel like brand new and was so relaxed.     Today was my first visit at Amour Beauty 2, everyone was very welcoming when I walked in. They were able to take me as a walk-in for a mani/pedi. Tori was amazing, she recommended one of the deluxe pedicures, I can’t remember which one, but it was definitely worth it. My manicure only took about 30 mins which was great as I was in a bit of a rush. I will be back again and recommending to friends.

    Lucy did an amazing her job. She was so patient, , gentle and very detailed. She made sure I was happy with the work and color.
