Beautiful salon with staff greeting me right away & offer of beverages; so many types & colors of polishes. Hope was my excellent technician. For my pedicure I took note the tools were sterile wrapped & bowls are lined. Massage was wonderful - not rushed or too hard. Just right! Hope took better care of details than I’ve had in a long time. Would highly recommend! Even gave me a thank you gift of lotion & coupon for coffee place in same strip just getting started. Discount offered due to their grand opening. Was asked more than once what I thought if my service. They are trying to please folks so don’t miss out!! ❤️

This is a hard one to write because I’ve been here on multiple occasions, I just think I had one bad experience.Came in an hour before close to get a pedicure and a fill in. The pedicure was amazing! Very thorough and I loved the attention to detail.The fill in felt rushed and uncared for. I was asked to confirm how short but never to confirm the shape or anything, she just started painting. Lots of inconsistencies and the top coat isn’t fully wrapped around so it’s already chipping. Pretty annoying after only 2 days with the manicure. Design was smeared but we were rushed out so I didn’t feel like I could say anything.Disappointed because the previous time, Lynn did my full set with a design and knocked it out of the park! Loved it!Maybe it was a one off.

Went during the week during lunch for a pedicure since I had bumped my toe and was due. Rachel took such wonderful care of me. She didn’t rush through my pedicure and helped with a minor ingrown toenail. Everyone in there is so sweet and always asking if you are ok or need a refreshment. Very reasonable prices and great quality. Would recommend appointment if you are getting nail extensions or dip. I also waxed my eyebrows and loved the results. Highly recommend. Clean establishment and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you!

I love going here. Lynn is amazing - I was having an issue with other places damaging my nails due to the chemicals and certain products. Lynn took the time to find the right products that wouldnt damage my nails and I couldnt be happier. Everyone in there is super nice and helpful - although I see Lynn mostly, I would be comfortable seeing anyone in the shop.

This is very nice and new salon. Julie did my nails. I am very specific (as most) about my nails… it is very hard to get the pointy/stiletto tip mail I like and she manage. I also have very thin natural nail that most people ignore when I test tell them and over drill to bleed. Julie was gentle and got them to look so natural with out hurting me.The owner is Anthony and he is a very present and optimistic person. Had some very nice conversation about outlook of life.Over all was just such a clam and relaxing time. Versus my usally salon I felt wel taking care and attended to. Was even able get my homework done during pedicure.Would definitely recommend and will be a return customer.Take aways: happy w nails/clean/niceequipment/staff are bomb..And prices are extremely fair!

I absolutely loved this place! Me and my mom wanted to try something new. We picked the perfect place. The customer service was amazing along with the time and effort put into these nails. We got there at like 5:11pm but they still took us in and did a great job. Go to Carrie she’s the best. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This nail salon had a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved the soft jazz music playing in the background, the bottled water service and the polite smiles and greeting from all the nail techs. Jessica did a fantastic job on my nails! She was patient and took her time to make sure my nails and eyebrow waxing was perfect and to my liking! I give her 5 stars I will definitely be back again! Service was impeccable and the best I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon! Right away I was kindly greeted by a gentleman who opened the front door for me and my mother and offered us free refreshments. He was accommodating in every way he could be and periodically checked on us to ensure we were still comfortable. Everyone was so kind!I got a pedicure with regular polish by Amy which is $35. It has been almost 2 weeks and my polish has not chipped! I also got an eyebrow wax for $12 by Julie. The pricing was excellent, especially since they are having a 20% off special right now. With the discount I only paid $37 for both! As part of the special, I also received a free hand cream after my service which was a sweet gesture.The salon itself is gorgeous, modern and very clean. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

Everyone is so nice and do such a good job. I walked in on a Sunday and they were able to take me immediately. Jessica did my nails & pedicure. She took my image of my jails and brought it to life perfectly! She was also so patient with how particular I was with the shape and the French tip. She redid both a few times until I was happy. I also got a free sample of cuticle oil! Great place and will be back. Thank you Jessica!

I’VE FINALLY FOUND MY NAIL SALON!!!!!! I’ve been living in the Brandon/Riverview area for 6 months now. I’ve tried countless nail salons before Fifth Avenue opened and none of them compared to the customer service and quality of work i received today. I’m SO happy they’re located 5 minutes from my house. HELEN WAS MY NAIL TECH AND SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! Extremely meticulous, conversational, and had excellent customer service. I can’t wait to schedule an appointment for more services!

Annie is very attentive to my wife’s needs and with that a rapport was formed. The atmosphere is top notch and very soothing to be in. Visited this salon for the first time today because I saw it was 20% off since they just opened. I got acrylic with french gel polish. I love my nails! She did the french exactly how I wanted. They were so nice and the place is very beautiful and clean. They offered a refreshment and even gave me a free bottle of hand lotion as I was leaving. A bit more pricey than some nearby salons but I think it’s worth it!

I’m new to the area and just happened to notice this salon one day so i went in after work. I was immediately greeted upon entry and they started on my pedicure. They had a wide variety of colors to choose from in regular polish, dip powder and gel polish. They even had an organic nail polish!! Both technicians i had were great and very detail oriented. I had Aaron as my nail tech today and he was great! I normally come here to get my eyebrows waxed (been to 3 other places in the area and had terrible experiences) but hadnt ever gotten my nails done, Im glad I finally did. I came in for gel but per Aarons recommendation I decided to try out dip powder and I think it was the right choice- my nails feel strong and protected. Aaron was funny and great for conversation and most importantly he was super efficient with my nails. I got out so much quicker than I was expecting without sacrificing the quality of my nails. I will definitely be back :)

Absolutely beautiful results. I had Jenny. She took her time. Didn’t get upset at all when I had to run and come back to finish work. She worked with my schedule and both times got me out quick. I went to the salon about a week ago, after trying to find someplace closer to my home , I came across this beautiful salon. I believe the woman that did my nails was named Kim, but everything about the service was wonderful! They were very attentive, kind & gentle with the removal of my acrylic nails. It’s been close to 2 weeks & my dip powder nails still look great & my natural nails are finally long & strong! I will definitely be back for another dip powder manicure & gel pedicure! BEST. SALON. EVER!It’s a 25 minute drive from my house and I have no problems making it– 100% worth it! The owner, staff, and even their customers are all so nice! Amy is my absolute favorite but all of the nail techs have done so well when she was unavailable. I feel that the pricing is fair and the salon itself is clean, modern, and very spaced out. I get dip nails every time and their products are so good that I don’t usually go back for 4-5 weeks!

Update to original review. My mom ended up needing antibiotics for an infection from the injury caused from the buffing on her toe. The manager reached out and apologized for the poor service. A refund was provided for my Mom, and it is my understanding that the technician that caused the injury is no longer working at the salon. Good outcome to a not so great experience. I appreciate the good customer service.I personally had a great service with Julie. She did an amazing job on both my gel manicure and pedicure. The facility was clean and the pedicure chairs were beyond comfortable. I brought my Mom there based on the rave reviews and was very disappointed in the service that she received. Her hands were cut a few times during her manicure. When it came to the pedicure her big toe was cut by cuticle scissors and bled significantly and throughout the remainder of her pedicure. We unfortunately did not get the name of the woman who did her pedicure, but she did not take any precautions when she delt with the cut or blood. Her gloves were on when the initial cut happened, but they were off as the cut continued to bled. She touched the tip of the chemical agent directly to the blood on my Moms toe multiple times. She did not wear gloves and proceeded as if this was something that happens often. Never once apologized to my Mom or addressed the issue. When my Mom got home there are multiple abrasions from the tools used on her toes. (See pictures) I am embarrassed that I brought my Mom there and hope that she doesnt end up with an infection from the service received.My Mom removed her review after a reply from the owner blaming the incident on an ingrown nail (it wasnt) and said that the technician wore gloves the whole time (she did not). If this incident was due to an ingrown toenail, why was it not addressed before proceeding? If this was a risk, why was that not addressed? If it was all an ingrown toenail, why does she have abrasions on multiple toes and cuts on her fingers?

Today was my first time in and all I can say is WOW! I was completely blown away by the cleanliness of the space and the kindness of the staff. All too often I have experienced rudeness in nail salons and that is definitely not the case here. Everyone went out of there way to greet me and make sure I felt welcome/comfortable. The owner came over to welcome me in after recognizing me as a new customer. The decor is absolutely stunning, so much attention to detail. My nail tech, Hope, did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend going for the deluxe pedicure. The hot stone massage really puts it over the top! They have a great selection of gel colors as well. Can’t wait to come back - they definitely have a new regular!

Went to 5th Avenue with my mom and sister today. I received a manicure and pedicure from Jessica. She and the establishment was awesome. Initially I came in to receive a manicure which was done fast and with care. My family talked me into a pedicure once I was finished. I was skeptical because my feet are ticklish but, Jessica made sure to be easy and showed my feet the best attention. As someone who doesn’t get their hands or feet done often I can definitely say I will be back!!!

My sister recommended this new place to me and let me just say that I will definitely be going back! When you first walk in you can see how very clean it is, they have relaxing music playing, and most of all the ladies and the owner is very polite in greeting their customers. While there I was offered water or soda while getting my toes and nails done. I had my one and a half year old daughter with me and the owner asked if he could give her a candy which I said yes. I just love the atmosphere here and all of the people working here!

Like most I don’t get home until 5:30. I had been wanting to go here but just hadn’t had the chance. Today I got there right before 6:00. I knew they closed at 7:00 and may not have had the opening to do both a manicure and pedicure. But…. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and they told me that would be no problem. In times past at other salons they say the same but…. They rush and you can tell they’re less than thrilled. Not here! I received superior service from start to finish! The salon is super clean and very relaxed. The manager came and told me about their services and that they want their clients to feel relaxed and comfortable. She said they don’t rush because they want clients to have an amazing experience. Cathy was my mail tech today and she is absolutely amazing!!! Not only did she do a perfect mani pedi with dip but her massages were outstanding!!! I was so impressed I booked my daughter an appointment for this weekend and I plan to return as well as share my above and beyond experience with others.

This place is wonderful. As soon as you walk in your greeted and welcomed. The Assistant, Assitant, Assitant Manager Anton is very friendly and engages with the customers. Best customer service I have experienced. My technician, Van is fabulous! She always does an amazing job on my nails. Her work meticulous. Shes patient, listens to her clients concerns and needs. I have been there twice so far and will continue to go there because they provide excellent service. It is true that you get what you pay for. I have long nails so I only get dip and both times Ive shown the nail tech a design and they designed my nails as I wanted plus it lasted both times for at least 3 weeks and even with diamonds. I highly recommend this establishment.

Top Tier Service!! Completely different from your ordinary mani pedi experience. This team takes their time with you to make sure your experience is one of pampering from the time you walk through the door. I will never stop going here. I told them we’re family now 🤣 Amy took her time and made sure I liked my length and every other detail of my mani pedi. I slept so good last night I just had to leave a review. I’m definitely recommending and taking family to be pampered and enjoy the experience with me!

I went with my wife and niece for the grand opening so they could get their nails done. Im a construction worker so my hands and feet are always unkept and rough.They pushed me into a chair. Jenny and Thao did the rest. Evidently I have pretty feet. Who knew? The whole experience was relaxing and fun as my wife and niece had a great time messing with me. Thao skillfully trimmed hang nails in my toes I didnt know I had and Jenny made my hands look like a bankers hands. It was a good time all around. Thank you ladies.
