The salon is under a new manager who is very sweet! I had Jessie today who did a 10/10 job. I highly recommend booking your next nail appointment here! My experience and the outcome of my gel manicure was amazing. I called to book an appointment for a gel mani/pedi and they were able to get me in that evening. I was paired with Sue and she was super efficient for what she had to work with (my nails were super short and stubby lol). She also did a great job recreating the design I wanted. The salon is super cute inside and it also feels secluded from the entrance once you’re sat down for your service. Definitely coming here again!

Serena is my go-to nail tech. I’ve been a loyal customer of hers for over a year now and I don’t trust anyone else to do my gel-x nails. She is amazing at what she does and her nail art is *chefs kiss*.If you’re in the Riverview area, you won’t find a better tech than Serena!

I have to say I was so impressed with the service and cleanliness! The packets from the autoclave and individual tool kits were brought over to my station, opened and used on me! Though this should be standard practice, it hasn’t been my experience. This was my first time there and will now be my new salon! I was also a walk in and was taken back right away.

JENNY! Was amazing! She took her time on my hands and feet. She was very polite and very nice. She suggested I’d try the Fizz bomb pedicure which included a hot stone massage, sugar scrub and more. My feet felt so smooth after. She also did a fill in on my nails in an almond shape, which she Nailed it perfectly! Let’s not for get how beautiful the nail salon is designed very modern and girly. This was my first time at the salon, and I will definitely come back!

Lan the Manager was very helpful and accommodating and I had Serena hook me up with a quite neutral polish change on my toes and gel for my nails! 💅🏼 I’m new to Tampa, so I’m happy that I stumbled upon this cute nail spot! I just want to start saying this nail salon is AESTHETICALLY BEAUTIFUL way way different from any other nail salon I’ve ever been. Nice decor, relaxing music and comfortable chairs. Second, the service is really good and the staff is friendly and respectful. I get my nails and pedicures done with Ellie, she is a SWEETHEART very kind girl. Her work speaks for herself, she really takes the time to do my nails and she really knows how to seal my acrylic nails. They don’t bend or cracks around the corners. She is very detailed oriented and I am so happy I found her. I am surprised about the other bad reviews because this place deserves 5 stars! I am definitely a Happy Customer!

I Originally Was Getting My Nails Done At Encore Until I Was Made Aware My Nail Tech Sue Left. I Went Back To Encore, Got The Scoop and Found Sue Here . The Vibe and The Staff Are Very Nice. It’s Fairly New So I’m Sure They Have Some Kinks To Work Through But, Overall No Complaints With The Environment. Sue Is The Best Tech I’ve Ever Had and Is Always Happy and Personable!!

Emily is absolutely amazing, and Haute Nail Studio is the place to go! The atmosphere of this nail salon is peaceful and beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. I met Emily previously at another nail salon, and followed her right to Haute. She is one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with, and my teenage daughter loves her too! Emily takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, and does beautiful work on my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows. She also has exceptional customer service, and works extremely hard. I highly recommend Emily and Haute Nail Studio.

I was losing hope for the nail salons around the riverview area but i went to this one and it was the best one i’ve ever been to. i got mary and she was the absolute best. she took her time and perfected them in every way possible. usually when i get my nails done my middle finger nails are always crooked but she picked the perfect shape giving me the best results. she was also extremely careful with the drill which normally my fingers get tore up by. i would highly recommend asking for mary and coming her shes the best!!

I just visited Emily at Haute nail studio and am very impressed. The salon is very clean, and is well equipped with modern/new equipment. It is laid out very nicely with separate areas for manicure and pedicure. It appears that they can handle quite a few clients at one time.Emily has been doing my mani/pedis for a few years now and she is very good. She does a great job and is very personable, pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with the service she provides and am glad she is at Haute nail studio because it is a nice salon. Tony is excellent, probably the best nail tech I’ve ever had. My nails always look perfect and last for at least 3 weeks. I have tried many other salons in the Brandon and Riverview area and this is by far the best salon in my opinion.

I called and booked an appointment with the receptionist Alexia who was knowledgeable and very through. She answered my questions about the dip powder and how it worked/lasted. She made appointments for me and my kids to come get mani/pedis. Nicole was my nail tech and she was wonderful. She did a great job and my nails have lasted for about 3 weeks now! I didn’t catch the names of the two girls that did my son’s pedicures but they were phenomenal. Very nice being they were dealing with kids but also never mentioned or made any comments about boys getting their nails painted or anything. It was very endearing that they just accepted it all with our questioning anything!

My nails usually lift in a little over a week but when kayla does them, my nails last soooo much longer. She takes her time and you can always tell by the work you’re left with. I love that they had so many colors to choose from but it also made it difficult to decide.The only con is I would’ve preferred to have more time to decide on a color. The building itself is absolutely beautiful from the second you walk through the door to the back with gold mirrors and so many flowers, The wait time was very minimal and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only con I have is it does not seem like they know how to do nail art or Designs brought to them from the Internet. the man who was doing my nails couldn’t figure it out (it was ombrea light purple and white with purple glitter), He kept taking my phone to ask other employees their opinions on how to do it, another lady sat down to help me but after a few failed attempts I just had her do a basic purple with one fingernail glitter. I would definitely go back for just basic manicures and pedicures as my nails do look beautiful just not for fancy nails or special occasion nails.

My new nail spot!!! Staff was amazing with great attention to detail. My nails turned out perfect and my daughter’s nail design was beautiful. Shop was very relaxing and loved the decor. Best looking nail salon I’ve seen.

Jessie was amazing! Super sweet and gave me the best foot massage! I highly recommend her! Coming from Boston I felt welcomed! However my boyfriend had to wait in the car even though many massage chairs were open.

This was my first experience here and i have to say i have very mixed emotions. the manager johnson seemed very money hungry and accepted me with a wait time of 5 minutes... 45 minutes later me and my daughter went back i went with mary my daughter went with jen mary did absolutely amazing so thats is why i did the 5 stars but my daughter was not pleased at all. she kept getting up to look at other nail techs work while she was still working with her. she got a gel mani and a gel pedi and the gel was clumpy... im unsure how you manage to do that but its already done. mary on the other hand was able to meet beyond my expectations. i showed her a picture of what i wanted and it was like she chopied and pasted it.

First off, I’ve lived in Riverview for 3 years and have not been able to find a nail salon that I love. I’m so happy I came across this nail salon! Mr Ben was amazing. The entire staff was so friendly, the place is so clean and so beautiful! I was hesitant at first after reading the previous reviews but I’m so happy I gave them a try!! I will 1000% be coming back and seeing Mr Ben!!

EVERYTIME I get my nails done they last me forever .i always get compliments on my design s . Sometimes I don’t have appointments and they will still take me . I work far but live close by . When they can’t take me in during work hours they still squeeze me in . When they close they don’t rush you out the door and that’s what sets this nail shop apart from others . I can be in dire need of an appointment But I won’t go anywhere else .

Great place to get your zen on!!! Most places have televisions on every wall but this place doesn’t. Instead it provides good music to vibe. The only thing I would change is the location of the nail polish mixing/ shaking machine. It totally interrupted my chi. It’s a loud rattling noise like a child with a baby rattle. But I would recommend to others looking for a zen vibe. Plus they have a place for a private party, so cool!
