    7/31/24 Adding onto my review, I recently have been getting my nails done with Susan! She’s so amazing and does such an amazing job. I now schedule my fills with her. She’s also so easy to talk to.I’ve repeatedly come back to Prive! They’re always great at what they do. I highly recommend. I usually get my face waxed, acrylic nails and sometimes pedicures.

    I live near Brandon, fl . I happened to stop here because during hurricane Milton my hotel room was near here and I took a chance and I fell in love . Tim is the man for the job . Second visit today and I love it . Will travel for this place. Exceptional services. My first nail and pedicure lasted 4 weeks . Very happy and pleased 🤗🤗♥️♥️

    Soo happy to have found prive nail lounge but even more happy to have found Johnny!!! He did my pedicure and a full set. My feet were in rough shape, I had acrylic on my big toes from a previous experience that wasn’t good and Johnny took his time to ensure my feet would turn out nice ☺️ Johnny did a full acrylic set on my nails and they look so natural. Everything Johnny suggested was on point! I already booked my next appointment with him for a few weeks before I go on a cruise 🥰 Prive is beautiful inside, really relaxing! The ambiance is nice with the soft music in the background. They have tvs with closed captions on so it’s quiet. My massage was great and I had a nice time relaxing and reading my book! Everyone there is really nice. If you go, ask for Johnny or his wife they are really good!! I promise you won’t regret it!!! 😌

    Love this salon. I have been here twice, both times I did not have an appointment and they took me right away. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. The people are very nice and the place is very clean and very stylish. I am so happy I found this place, will be my regular salon from now on.

    The other nail shop on 301 and symmes wouldnt do my 4 year old pedicure. But here I was instantly welcomed and said they would do her pedi and mani along with my pedicure. They were amazing.The one young lady who did my daughters pedi and mani was so sweet and talked to my daughter the whole time and was so nice. My pedicure was awesome. Ill definitely be going back!

    I always go to this salon!! Stephanie is the best and she’s SO TALENTED!! She is always able to do the design I want and she is always open to trying new designs!! Not to mention, they are always PERFECT! Stephanie is the most creative and outgoing nail tech I’ve ever had!!

    Great experience! First time at Prive’Leon my nail tech did a great job on my full set and pedicure. He took his time to make sure it was perfected . I was offered something to drink when he seated me . Which is a plus for me; great hospitality and good chair side manners ! My New nail shop

    Daniel was great & was very patient with me . I’m on certain medication that causes me to have involuntary muscle movement & he was very patient & understanding when my feet kept moving during certain parts of the pedicure. Overall, my first experience here was amazing . They were very kind and hospitable. I will definitely be coming back in the future & would highly recommend them to others .

    Felt secure seeing they are using common sense safety protocols and those mandated by CDC. You can tell the owner is thoughtful from making sure customers who enter, wash their hands and wear a mask, plexiglass between tech and customers, hand sanitizer at each desk and checkout counter, sterilizing seats after customers get up from them, purse hooks, cubbies for your phone and keys, and then spraying the workstations with covid killing spray when closing down. Wow! I applaud their efforts in caring for everyones health during these unusual and concerning times. Thank you. Oh and did I mention they have wine :-) and my nails look fabulous

    I have been searching for a place for about two years to call my nail “home”. I walked into Prive’ this afternoon and first impression was that the place was gorgeous and so clean! Viv and all of the staff were great! My pedicure was probably the best one I’ve ever had, and Viv did a fantastic job on my nails (don’t take my nail girl).I can’t wait for my next appointment.Again my first time, and they made me feel as if I had been going there for years!

    Just there for a Clasic Mens Pedicure. I play pickleball, so that puts a lot of pressure on the edges of both big toes. As such, nails bent into the skin. Painful. Podiatrist helped when it got really bad. Since then, found that I can trim them okay for about 2-3 months. But I go to Prive to do a really great job. Massage chair, glass of red wine or Diet Coke and foot massage all included. Relaxing. MUCH better that I could do myself. Sorta like shampooing ur carpets yourself, but every once in a while, not a bad idea to pay for a professional cleaning.

    My daughter and I had pedicures. Most nail shops really cheap out on the kids but still charge you the same. Here, they did every bit as good a job on her as on me! Also, on my way out the door I dropped my purse on my foot, ruining two nails and they fixed it for me immediately, so kindly and no charge!JUST TO BE CLEAR everything was wonderful and you don’t need to change anything! Based your response it sounds like you think maybe I was complaining but no I was trying to say you are BETTER than other salons.

    They took care of me 6/24/2023. I got a full mani pedi and it was $97 even but I paid 18% in tip so a bit over $100. I had a great time, in and out not even an hour later. Gotta figure out the massage chair tho, it was pretty loud and annoying people Lolol.

    As a guy, I appreciate a place I can comfortably go to just get a pedicure. Idk or understand alot of the other services; thats for the ladies to review. If youre a guy reading this, make an appt, get you that pedicure and massage, get that sprite or water they offer you and tip well at the end. Its worth it.

    David did my pedicure and he did really great! He asked me regularly if the water was too hot and was very attentive. I also had a full set done with another tech and he was amazing as well. He was very sweet and I had a good conversation with him. I definitely will be back!

I forgot to get the lady name but she did and excellent job. it was pass closing time and I told her I would come back to get my eyebrows down . Her reply was she could do then now.     Two of us walked in at 12:30 on a Saturday and we were surprised that we were both taken in right away. This is a beautiful and relaxing place. No smells at all, very clean. While my friend had gel nails I got a basic Mani Pedi from Jason who is amazing. No pressure to get more than I wanted. He put me right at ease and did a very nice job of taking care of my nails. I had a bad experience at a different location and hadnt planned on letting others do my nails again. But Privé and Jason changed my mind, I will definitely be back and will request Jason.

    **updated review - I have been a consistent customer for the past few months and my pedicure was rushed the last time I was in because I decided to go with a regular gel pedicure instead of the upgrade to a Hawaiian package. I just feel that it’s all about the $$ and customer service has gone out the window . I tried to explain that polish was missing on the side of my nails while she was painting and she didn’t fix it and one of my nails is crooked. I don’t know what is going on but I really liked this place but unfortunately I don’t think my mother in law who also had a recent bad experience with the prices changing will be backI’m so glad I ignored the bad reviews. The nail techs are really nice and take their time doing your nails. I will be back 😊

    Hands down one of the best nail salons I’ve been to! And the price is slightly less than the other places in the area! I have been there twice now and I wasn’t waiting very long even on a busy weekend.When I got my nails done the nail tech Travis was very meticulous and spent the extra time to make sure that my nails were how I wanted them.The friendly and funny staff made the experience very enjoyable when I went to get a pedicure with my step mom as well.They are very attentive here and I will definitely be going back every time I need a fill or any other service they offer!

    Chuc did my nails. Im from NJ (we just moved here) seemed to be a little confusion on what type of fill I needed at first (UV gel is much more popular in NJ...they called it liquid gel) but she did a great job once she realized what I was asking for. I also wanted a V French, and I have pointy almond shaped nails. Its also popular in NJ and I couldnt find a great pic of what I was talking about when I was sitting there. But she did a good job on that as well. She was also very patient while we were trying to get on the same page about what I wanted. Ill definitely go back.

    Hi, I’m is the manager from the Prive Nail Lounge. I saw we had a lot the 1 star at the same time, we use the system that save the customers has come with us, we checked it and they not come to us even 1 time. The salon open over 3 years, how they said the paint smell bad? We had free drink for customers or even the waiter too. All our customers always had warm welcome!

    I had such a fantastic experience in this nail salon. I have been going here a few months because they have by far the best jelly pedicures. I highly recommend coming in for one here. Today I had the good fortune of having my nails done by Vivianne, who I am pretty sure is the owner with her husband. Best full set I have had. Thin and very professional and beautiful. Then I had Will for my pedicure. This is THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. He was very kind, professional and really provided superior service. I am really impressed by how relaxing and fantastic this mani/pedi was. I will only go here from now on!!

    I was an out of town visitor in late December for my daughter’s micro wedding and as a mother of the bride considering to follow every single CDC guidelines for the current pandemic; I came to this place as a walk-in after making some phone calls.And I really came to the right place!! It was clean, I felt secure and the person who did my acrylic nails (I don’t remember his name...) was awesome! Nice, professional, knew about nails and overall quick. I was out of the place in a short period of time.I remember he said he lived in Connecticut and we started to talk about small and lavish weddings.And here I am over a month later and these nails still look amazing!!If you live in the area or you are visiting Riverview and don’t know where to go... we’ll this is the place, you will not be disappointed!!     I have painfully sensitive skin and normally do not get pedicures because they are so painful for me. It has been years since I pampered myself, and now as a mom of a toddler and baby I wanted to try again. I am SO glad I tried this place. My pedicure was done by Tom, and I let him know in the beginning that I have painfully sensitive skin. He made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, and was so nice, for the first time in my life I had a pedicure that was relaxing! At the end I scheduled another appointment with Tom in a few weeks because of his gentle touch! Thank you Tom and Prive Nail Lounge for listening and making sure I was comfortable. I will be coming back many times!

    My wife and I love the new salon! 5 star service and their Top of the line pedicures are amazing. Go for the $67.00 one with Gel!!! Just one quick suggestion: Have a Dry Wine available... like Merlot (red) and a Chardonnay (white). Not everyone likes their wine super sweet.

    1st impression walking in was this place is extremely clean and everyone is well dressed. Looks like a place where people take pride in their appearance and work place. Ive gone to numerous places where people look like they rolled out of bed and their attitude follows.After walking in I was instantly greeted and was given a menu to look at. Every body seems to be enjoying where they work, no one is sleeping in a pedicure chair or hiding away in the back. I came when they first opened so it was not busy at all so I would reccomend planning your visit on days and times that arent when everyone usually goes and expects to get top quality service that they do provide and I received when it is busy.

    I recently got a gel manicure here and I am very impressed! Usually, gel manicures last me about 10 days before chipping badly. The gel manicure I got here lasted 3 weeks before I noticed a little chipping! Nice decor and good prices too!

    Visiting from Nyc, where spa technicians are frazzled, burned out and always rushing, this was a treat. A pedicure as it should be. Everything was clean & pleasant to look at. Megan the Nail Technician was lovely with a gentle touch, absorbed in her work and not chatting loudly with co-workers. Im used to seeing this in Nyc and its aggravating.I got a proper scrub and foot massage, too...Only complaint is that the music used was repetitive and skipping frequently, from downloading too slowly, maybe. Broke immersion of the flawless spa experience.
