Highly recommend! I went here a few weeks ago to get moles checked. They were able to get me in that same day which is crazy. I couldnt do it, however, so they got me in a few days later. So awesome. Their check-in process is all online so I was able to do it and pay my copay beforehand. The office was clean. The staff was friendly. The mole removal was so well done and easy. I had to go back due to those being pre-cancerous and that operation went smooth as well. I was out of there in no time. Each time Ive been there, theyve given me a cost assessment before I got started, so theyre very transparent. My doctor was phenomenal and professional. Ill return next year again for another check-up. Nothing but good things to say.

I am really impressed with this practice. I went in to get a spot checked. I was treated kindly and was checked with expert care. My appointment was on time and efficient. I got excellent information and will be following up with them in the future. Fortunately I got good news, but again they are thorough and we are still taking precautions but at my own pace. Everybody there is very friendly!I saw Dr. Genebrieira a couple of days ago, and I feel rushed!! I waited 40 mins. to see him and the annual exam of the whole body was done in 30 seconds! After 2 mins, I was out of the office. I liked the Dr, but I dontlike to be rushed like that!!!

5 stars for taking care of business and being straight to the point.This was my first visit to the office.I was greeted pretty quickly, my temperature taken, and in my appointment in a timely manner. The assistant came in to ask me questions and concerns. I asked for a pelvic check and had to sign a waiver... I guess people need to have that in writing. The dermatologist was nice, checked all my areas of concern, and wasted no time wrapping up.Time was important for me at the time, so I was happy to get in and out. If I had more time, I would have preferred a more personal experience, and would not liked the feeling of being processed so quickly, but I think its a personal or situational preference for most peopleI was also happy that my appointment ended up being cheaper than I anticipated, but that was probably and insurance thing. I was quoted that it would be around $120, but I ended up paying about $45 so I was happy about that.The dermatologist was much nicer than the front office staff, who seemed like they were just having a bad Monday morning.Overall a good experience.

“Simply the best, better than all the rest” Patient centered focus is obvious from scheduling an appointment to checking out at conclusion of visit. Staff professional, personable and more than accommodating. The patient in this case was our 20 year old so who suffers from autism and anxiety. He was treated with respect, dignity and patience. He was heard, listened to, and validated. (Thank you). While we will miss Dr Perry, meeting Dr Mendozawas both a pleasure and an honor. Even with the all the Covid issues, making a reservation was easy. The time spent in their waiting room was a short one, with social distancing of course, and they checked me before allowing me to enter the back rooms. Once in their exam room, I met with an assistant for a short medical review. The Dr performed my annual exam, which was thorough and professional. Ive been using their services for several years and have been very happy with each and every visit

I had to wait an unusually long time to be seen. It was nearly an hour past my appointment time. However, once I got to the examination room, I was greeted courteously, and set up immediately for my 6-month skin check. Dr. Genebreira is one of the best dermatologists I’ve ever seen. Great patient care and thorough examination. His staff is truly outstanding, highly skilled, and very helpful. Overall my experience was very positive.

As others have already said, the wait time to see a doctor is ridiculous. Last time it took me 50 minutes in the crowded waiting room. Now, again, here I sit in their crowded waiting room. My time is easily as valuable as the doctors and his staff! This overbooking is an insult to the patients. Otherwise, this place is nearly perfect and I would give them five stars.

My mother and I both saw Alexandra Feuer and her medical assistan,t, Jessica. In all our years of going to dermatologists, we have never been treated so well. Her exam was informative and comprehensive. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and what she found. When she had to treat us, she told us what to expect and how the results would be given to us. Her staff followed through exactly as she told us. Jessica, her assistant, was extremely competent. As a matter of fact, she gives injections to numb the areas to be treated, and I could barely feel the injection!!! She numbed me several times, over various visits and every time, it was the same.. no pain. Besides being exceptional caregivers, both Allie and Jessica were friendly, caring and most interested in giving us the best experience possible.. in addition, the office staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience over all.

After 3 weeks only a slight red line and s few small bumps that are being worked out with the ointment they recommended. Fast professional staff and Drs. I was very happy with the Deborah Menendez P A, I had been suffering for a month with this crazy burning rash all over my body for over a month, my My primary dr, that I wont name, just glanced and gave me a cream to use 2 times a week (What?) and after following Dr.s orders I was reffered by a total stranger in Walgreens to Advanced, In 3 days of using the prescriptions given, I am no longer on fire, rash is fading quickly and I can sleep. Cant wait to see the Dr. & Staff next week to thank them all, Each one did as much for me as possible Thank you ladies.

Great, caring facility. We were driving on a family vacation to Florida when my 21 yr old son broke out with a horrific case of poison ivy. We Stopped at a medi-center and they gave us prednisone, but after 3 days it was getting worse. I called several dermatologists in Florida, but no one would see us. Advanced Dermatology squeezed my son in the same day(understanding how miserable he felt on vacation)and gave him prescription creams and better advise than medi-center, the cream allowed him to sleep and he was getting better the next day.Thank You!!

The Doctor was great! Amazing really. The girl up front at check out on the other hand is a nightmare to deal with. She was literally talking about me like I wasn’t standing right there, the words “she claims to have met her deductible, but even if she did she still owes us 20% or more” she was truly awful. Met my deductible and out of pocket expenses and she had no idea what she was doing. Refused to call Cigna. This is my third run in with same girl same issue. Every single time she’s been wrong and rude about it.
